She was actually sexually assaulted (just groping, nothing beyond that) and she did file a police report and she is eligible for what’s called a U visa. Although, I do have evidence she lied to the government about why she was here and the circumstances of how she was being cared for. She was here caretaking a cancer patient for $6,000 a month, cash, but a document I found in the house claimed he was her boyfriend when I know for a fact that wasn’t true. That would look bad in court obviously.
