You would need to quit claim deed the house to yourself. You cannot do a mortgage on a house you don't own. Because you aren't on title, you don't own the house, you're just paying for it. If possible, you have to quit claim deed her off the house, or else at least at yourself also. Then, I'm assuming she is also on the mortgage and you left that out, (because someone on the mortgage has to be on the title), then you should leave that mortgage alone.
