I think the answer to that question is whoever has the most diversity points. So, if a company has already high number of Black people, it would choose White Woman for increasing Diversity points . And, if a company has already high number of Women, it would choose Black Man for increasing Diversity points . Right ? Also, what if that company has relatively equally high number of both Women and Black people, whom would it choose(Black Man or White Woman)?

It would be daffy to suggest.. women who don't vote Republican automatically must not care about men's issues. Yes, and it is daffy to suggest too that men who don't vote Democrats automatically must not care about women's issues. But the other person was saying "Men vote based on what benefits women" and I was saying that it isn't necessarily true ! I personally think it should be called "Men Are Evil" effect rather than "Women Are Wonderful" effect . I do think that MRM ideas are getting more attention in mainstream (Eg. There's a case going on regarding MGM in one of US State Court). Sometimes when so called 'Manosphere' is criticized , MRAs are spared . Even the video I linked in post admitted that . If man fulfill his responsibilities, then he's normal , if he don't, then he's Manchild .
