There is a danger to men, with their mood swings to fight and fuck, that’s some Viking level shit people are scared about and it’s been suppressed I would say it’s partly a good thing but the energy should be channeled and not just demonised.

There are people talking about it but there is a long list of existential threats to humanity and it’s pretty desensitising.

Can anyone speak from an Australian perspective? I thought after living with your partner for 2 years you’re already basically married, is that true?

I feel sorry for this person and for their family. She seems horrible or unwell or hurt or all of the above. I also can’t help but notice she has a wedding ring on or am I wrong? I’m intrigued by what her husband has to say about her attitudes.

We are all human trash we just get thrown away and forgotten at different times for different reasons.

I am 6”3 and I would say more muscular than most and have trained mma for 10+ years. When I walk around the more dodgy part of my area at night I’m still on high alert I’ve been punched in the face enough to not get overly confident and switch off.

I'm with you! Being over 6 foot in today's world has more Disadvantages! This whole obsession is just a leftover idea from our ape brains

Saw the movie, found it funny and silly and I don't take any “message” from a movie based on a toy the same as I would a political or intellectual discussion on the same topic.

it does fall within risk taking behaviour which men are known especially to undertake at higher rates than women. I did see there has been a rise of young women using drugs at higher rates.

it stabilizes society with monogamous relationships as the norm. otherwise, you get 80% of the women going to 20% of the men or something like that due to the Pareto principle

I worked with a really big morbidly obese guy doing shop fitouts moving big hardware store shelves and paint cans. It wasn't the hardest job but we got paid to get the job done and the boss would pay us for the rest of the day if we got it done so we where all smashing it out, but the big guy had breaks all the time to go off and smoke was really annoying to do most of his work for him to get paid the same, but he was good for a laugh so he made up with lols I guess

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
