To answer this you need to understand that many women will never be happy. Never. There is an agenda, and a cottage industry at stake that relies solely on being constantly outraged at the patriarchy. In the end they will eat themselves.

Hold on just a minute there mate! Don’t go thinking that Merka has cornered the market when it comes to the wokely pursuit of virtue signalling. Can confirm that Australia has become an absolute cluster f of pandering to quotas, fuck ups, incompetence and aggressive minority causes focused on demonising average working class white men. It will only get worse and I pity young men entering today’s workforce. But you, yes you personally, need to hold your hand up and take some ownership. When you i…

That’s a standard answer these days. Reality is though, most think shopping for groceries and preparing meals while a husband is working 40 hours a week or more, is bringing something. Apparently nowadays we are told men are supposed to work a full time job, sometimes backbreaking physical labour, and then come home and split household chores evenly down the middle - but of course yard work and repairs around the house don’t count as we love to do them. Truth be told…most bring nothing, except m…

You roll the dice when you choose to splash in women like this. What were you thinking? Take it as a lesson learned. I really don’t understand you young guys going raw and running the risk of disease and unwanted pregnancies….fuck it’s depressing to read.

I don’t see this as an issue. Sorry. The fact that women want or need a dedicated section says more about them than it does about anything else. Pick authors that appeal to you. There are literally thousands to choose from. Avoid fiction. Read non-fiction…history, biographies, technical, how-to…

Why are you on dating apps? These are poison. They are the #1 tool though which many women demean, degrade and devalue men. Get off. Lead a better life than chasing women who only see value in their looks. I’m constantly amazed at guys who drool after women.

Dude. I can’t tell you how to feel but I will say that hating the world only builds resentment and anxiety. I have no idea where you are in your life so no judgment but I do know that setting yourself up for success mentally, physically and financially gives you a opportunity to kick back a bit and watch the self destructive nature of an overly PC and woke society that cares more about trendy celebrity causes and than it does about true inequality and the needs of the poor. Good answer. Be the best version of yourself. Don’t let anyone, most of all radical feminists and talking heads on liberal media, lecture you about what a ‘real man’ is. We live in some fucked version of society where the very traits that allowed men to protect, defend and build safe and open societies is now considered toxic. A society where people believe everyone should be paid the same irrespective of the actually job they perform or the risks they take or the hardship they face in doing tha…

Cry in private. Be sad in private. Don’t carry it in public. No matter what society says they expect a man to be a rock. They expect men to run towards danger and not be afraid; to go to war and return like it was a trip to the mall; to not be impacted by loss or hardship. Grey rock them all. Carry it. They don’t count. Women who say men need to show emotions are toxic.

Dude. Live how you want to live. Your anger will eat you. You’re playing a game, their game, you cannot win. Best way is to live a life of meaning to yourself, build wealth, stay healthy, rely on no one. You won’t beat modern day feminism while it’s driven by media and corporate culture. Best to run silent. Watch and laugh. They will eat themselves. Rejoice in your own solitude. You have a lot to learn.

No. I said I don’t care about engaging with a society that hates men. Or one that criticises the role men have played in it but then want men to provide for it, build it, defend it and ultimately die for it. You might need the smile of others to feel better about yourself. I don’t. It’s fake. Its duplicitous. I don’t need validation to know my worth.

Providing men with advice on how to navigate the current view of masculinity is important. That doesn’t mean playing the game and selling out to the new wave of anti male propaganda as you advocate. You are part of the problem.

We don’t ‘have’ to do anything. After years of being what was once a considered a strong positive male role model and after years of volunteering for charities, coaching junior sport, mentoring disadvantaged youth and supporting a range of humanitarian cause, I awoke one day to find that I was part of a cabal of misogynistic, dangerous and privileged white men who have trampled over women on my rise to career success and financial security. Who knew. Apparently I’m toxic, which came as a surpris…

This is not about getting cheated on. This is much broader. It is about the worth and value of men being continually questioned, devalued and marginalised by a society that tells us how toxic, dangerous and problematic masculinity is. Better to step back, take a break from carrying the load and watch who will fill the roles traditionally filled by men. I know who it won’t be.

You’re missing his point. Although not made very clearly I admit but his point is valid. Why would a man, especially a white middle age man, go out of his way or put himself in harms way to help a stranger? Society has labelled masculinity as generally being toxic. And in some instances made it clear that men do great evil and inside every man is a potential rapist - which includes your dad and brothers if you have any. Why would I put myself at risk of false accusations by volunteering or offer…

Dude. Forget even thinking about this. You will never get the answers you want. Reading your post I can only sigh. You and your colleagues are playing the game of chasing women. And worse. You are chasing women at work. Never ever engage with women at work in anything but strictly business. No socialising. Ever. Become a grey rock. All you are doing is setting yourself up for trouble. OP. If you get the chance go to College or University. You’ll see lots of comments here running college down but in my experience there is no substitute for a higher education. Especially if it’s in a field that is technical and always in demand. Education is the key to real independence. Don’t get me wrong, a trade is also great and college isn’t for everyone.

Let’s be clear. It is governments that start wars. It is not men per se. What people like to do is credit the bad things govts. do with ‘men’. Yet the good things like welfare, education, health care etc get credited to the ‘government’. It’s a careful use of words designed to perpetuate the narrative that all men are bad.

Lol. Don’t come home. It’s a shit show mate. I was out of the country for 8 years working and couldn’t believe what I came home to… and that was 10 years ago. Young Anglo men in particular are so feminine it’s a wonder they know how to piss standing up. They are being beaten into submission by a media and society that constantly reminds them of how toxic, how stupid and how useless they are. All the masculine role models are either cancelled, dead or laying low.

Men are expected to run towards danger. Men are expected to defend nations. Men are expected to sacrifice themselves to ensure the safety of women and children. Any hesitation to do so will get you branded a coward. Remember when the barbarians are at the gate, men appear a lot less toxic.

Some time back I posted a how-to-guide for navigating your way in organisations that have an aggressive gender equality policy. I’ve spent 25+ years in a few well known multinationals and to a T they all embraced quotas and enforced mandatory D&I training during which any older white male was made to feel like an ogre. It reinforced to me the need to always protect yourself. Never make comments about appearances; never engage in debates about equality and above all else never be left 1 v 1 with …

Dude. You fell for the trap. You will learn with time. Never ever comment on the appearance of a woman even if asked. I had a very similar experience with a team member who reported to me. He was accused of casting looks at a colleagues cleavage….not staring.. ‘glancing’. Very low cut top, pendant dangling, bulging out of a push up bra. In another time someone would have suggested it was inappropriate office attire. She complained to HR. Process set in motion and out of my hands. The guy left th…

I can only speak for myself. I’m 6’2” and 90kg with some training. I know straight away if it’s a gross mismatch. With the exception of a female boxer or MMA pro there’s no chance a woman will do me much harm. Easy to laugh and walk away. Promoting mens rights isn’t taking every opportunity to retaliate against women no matter how nasty, toxic or abusive they are. Why put yourself or your reputation at risk?

The test is to ask a woman what she brings to the table in a marriage. You’ll get responses that include ‘friendship’, ‘companionship’, ‘love’ . Ask why you need to be married to get that and there is silence - then anger and claims of being a misogynist. Marriage for a man is a lopsided contract where women apparently ‘give’ men children as if we have no input to the creation or upbringing. It’s a deal where men provide safety and security and then take on the burden of primary earner to work f…

The problem with that approach is you are not addressing the wave of anti male sentiment that young men are exposed to today. The fact that you conflate promoting positive male virtues with ‘right wing reactionary’ says it all. This is the EXACT problem young men battle against.

Pretty much this. There are a lot more positives than negatives so opening his eyes up to the good that men do is that key. Start by teaching him to avoid anything that describes itself as ‘progressive’. It’s a misnomer and really means ‘anti old white men’. Preach peace and positivity and self worth. Make sure he gets a good education in an area that will always be sought after.
