I am very sorry for the late response. I basically had to trick my mind into thinking she was the most disgusting person on the earth. Her loose easy lifestyle turned me completely off. To me she was a HO*. I also went no contact. She called me many many times after that. My disgusting thoughts would not allow me to even look at her in her face. It was hard training but well worth it. Good luck

Your mental strength is being tested here. I remember not being able to hold it together. The ex played the victim. My daughter sided with her mother. I lost my cool and looked like the bad guy many days. I needed a break from the both of them. It seemed like nobody cared about me. I cried. This went on until I found the way. Extremely loving yourself is the only answer to healing and of course time. Never ever let them see you broken. You are a man.🚀💪

I never thought my wife would ultimately decide to leave. After she left it was the worst emotional roller coaster. These modern women now are being taught by social media and reality TV. I did so much but she said I did so little. They really don't know what love is. It will take time for you brother. The healing for some is slow. Especially when you really truly love her. The only way I got over my wife was to turn my love into disgust. I had to trick my my brain into thinking she's a monster.…
