I think that he's talking about the physical part. A woman should be able to get an abortion. A man should not be able to force a woman to get an abortion. Both should be able (with some restrictions) to give up their claim to raising the child and their responsibility to raise the child.

It is a bit of an ad hominem attack. Statistics should be scrutinized and judged based on their merits and accuracy, rather than on who came up with them. A statistic is not "misleading, honest, and demonstrably false" simply because it is a "feminist statistic," and its truth or falsehood has no relation to the truth or falsehood of other "feminist statistics."

Complaints by men are often disregarded at the source. If they're looking at filed police reports, then the fact that cops encourage women to file reports and discourage men from filing reports is going to substantially bias the results. The 85% statistic comes from a twelve-year-old study, and this bias was even worse then.

It seems like the kids should be tested and placed in classes based on where they will thrive, rather than simply separated by gender, in order to prevent masculine girls or feminine boys from falling through the cracks. This would probably lead to some classes being mostly male and some being mostly female, but allow the groups to mingle during breaks.

Women shouldn't be part of something if they need draconian laws and social restrictions in order to feel safe. However, I don't believe that all women require such laws and restrictions, and I'm fairly certain that the educational system could be altered to train people to deal with each other better, namely talking their problems out instead of running to the courts/media.

I'm not certain whether or not this is a real issue. It is a fact that men have a lower life expectancy than women. If this system is simply being used to judge how long someone is likely to live, then it seems only proper to show men likely to die younger. However, if the system is used to decide who receives care, then it is very wrong.

However, nowhere is it said that you have the right to choose between a public and private trial. So if the government and the defendant both want a private trial, they could, but neither could force a private trial. Regardless of the legality, it does not appear that the defendants in this case are trying to remain private.
