Yeah I'm the first co tact as well and we've told them to call me first multiple times after they tried calling our kids mom instead of me. They don't care and won't change. Depends where you are. Where I live it would have been illegal because he was able to walk away from her. I forget the term but basically if you can leave a situation without needing to defend you're supposed to. If she had hit him and he retaliated, self defense. If she had hit hi. and the fight de escalated but he hit her anyway, still in trouble. The law is weird about this stuff.

Man, crazy people are a cancer. I had a similar situation with her after we broke up. She was telling everyone I belonged to her and she'd get me back. She snaked her way into dating my friend (I had moved to another town nearby shortly after we broke up) and weaseled her way into our dnd group. I just don't associate with people who try to find trouble. Dated one girl like this who I didn't know was that way beforehand.
