If I were her lawyer and there’s no case law on this I would argue that vested or not vested it has value and she’s entitled to half. How do you value the unvested and vested portion? You could probably hire experts to do analysis though the cost of that outweighs the value probably given the numbers you’re throwing around. Realistically everything is negotiable so if they have value to you you should buy her out. She could demand a premium if she wants them too. You could even do the “I cut you…

Echoing others. No one cares about perjury. The voice recording may be illegal depending on your state and how it was done. However, it is likely still admissible in a civil court even if it was recorded in violation of consent laws. There is case law about that.

Well I hired a lawyer to respond to her filings. That’s out of my league. She did offer to pay for it so that’s not the issue.

The parenting plan stipulated a PC for a period, which is now over. I would say some of the issues concern parenting style differences, but nothing out of bounds on either side. Elementary school kids are both doing well. And ex and I for the most part communicate regularly and productively.
