This is essentially it but the Butt hurt crowd is making it seem like we want men to dress up in suits every day like they did in the early half of the twentieth century to go out in public. I see so many guys that don’t even bother to iron their clothes or young men that won’t even get a bi weekly hair cut. I seriously hate that thick beards are back in style. They look terrible because they want keep it moisturized and neat.

I don’t know if neutered is the right word, more like content. It just seems like a lot of men lack drive and purpose.

Yeah It seems like he’s operating from a place that women’s sexuality is the same as men. A lot of us will not orgasm or become full aroused unless we feel connected the guy. Some women can’t orgasm in certain positions or from penetrative sex. Some women have past trauma issues. More than likely it’s something you’re not doing something right, either you don’t make her feel wanted, don’t care about her pleasure or doing something that turns her off.

The majority of the red pill men seem to be under 25, socially awkward, unkept, unattractive or going for women that they believe are in their “league” but are actually above them so they get repeatedly rejected. The rest of us women and men acknowledge that it’s a shit show out here but with effort you can get the results you want.

Stay home and don’t leave? I realize you were being an ass with this statement but that wouldn’t help a whole lot. Women still get raped by people breaking into their homes.

Seriously. Every woman I know has experienced rape, sexual harassment, or partner violence. Quite a few women have experienced all 3. I’m got my drink spiked, woke up to this man rushing me out his house cause he had to go somewhere. Was too ashamed to go to the police plus this guy was a new attorney and I couldn’t stomach facing him in court. I knew he would have fought the charges.

I would rephrase this to the only people that truly win in today’s market are those just looking for casual sex and those that have little to no standards. This encompasses both men and women.

Off topic but I guess I’ve been living under a rock but I see porn topics pop up around Reddit all the time. Are this many people seriously dependent on watching other people have sex to get off? It seems like there’s folks who watch it every day or weekly to fulfill their sexual urges. Is this normal now?

I can honestly say I’ve witnessed your first point so many times with women who have men with good careers. They are not entitled to me but they don’t hide the fact that they will not be asking for extra work and will do the bare minimum. Honestly it burns me up a bit as a single woman. I can’t help but to think of all the other single people struggling to get work and this ungrateful motherfucker just rolled her eyes cause someone asked her to take notes in the meeting.

Precisely, people claim they want a “boss” but there huge negatives to doing so.

Damn. This is going to end bad for a lot of men. Even though we make our own money, we still want to know that we can be protected and provided for in the event things go left. I’d like to point out the article says 22 out of 250 cities young women out earn young men. The article says pay gap still exists but is closing.

“The problem is that for the guys who really struggle, they are probably going to be unattractive regardless. I'm one of those guys. Its not healthy to tell them to devote their life to a game they can't win” There are people like this but I’m assuming OP meant this towards average to slightly below average people who are not that attractive. I don’t say this to be mean but if you know you’re looks/quirks are so unattractive than you just have to accept it and find other ways to be happy. No adv…

Because it’s true most of the time. This is coming from a late-bloomer woman. I think we need to normalize telling both men and women that unless you make yourself more attractive in someway you’re going to struggle a bit. We live in a competitive society, dating isn’t any different.

Agreed. As much as I get tired of working mandatory overtime I appreciate the extra savings and the luxury items I’ve been able to purchase over the past year. All jokes aside Ive always thought men had more sex than women. There are A LOT of closeted men out here who occasionally like other men.

You’ll just have to ignore it. I’m a bit concerned that you don’t notice any age difference though. That is a big one, maybe she is an old soul. You have to prepare yourself for her changing once she gets into a her mid-twenties. She might not see you in the same way anymore once she’s lived a bit or she might decide that she wants something different.

Yep. There are people who hit the genetic lottery but (height, facial features) but it still takes work. Contrary to what Beyoncé says in that song, she does not “wake up like this”. There is so much involved in looking your best. When I was more image conscious I used to spend 2 hours in the gym 4 days a week, monthly facials, biweekly salon appointments and stayed well put together most days. It was alot of work but I had zero problems attracting hot guys and men out of my league financially.

I mean, that’s kinda where it is right now. I know so many (20/30s)that work atleast one additional part time gig to have extra money or savings. Alot of busy folks that aren’t already paired up probably don’t want to go out of their way to find a good relationship. My company makes us work mandatory overtime, I don’t have the energy to talk to new people.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/03/22 12:27 PM

Agree. As an early 30s person I see men and women equally complain about not finding someone to settle with. I think people fail to realize that your dating pool shrinks as you get older. Not because you look older it’s just so many of your age range peers are paired with other people, work consumes most of your day, and you don’t go out as much.

I don’t think a lot of women are being honest in the replies here. As a woman observing her friends in these relationships I’ll tell you these women ignore every red flag or explain it away. The truth he is generally a decent person (as long as you don’t ask them to do anything) so they think they can change him. Like a lot of women in terrible relationships it becomes a sunk cost fallacy. They’ve put too much effort in to leave. Then think well atleast he’s not a cheater, abuser, narcissist. It…

The men I see complain about not getting women never “settle” for their peers or be nice to women they don’t find attractive. My short, broke, unremarkable relative got pissed that an overweight woman wanted a “date”….a date……In his mind since she’s not that attractive she shouldn’t have any standards or have romantic expectations. I don’t see these so called “average guys” trying to date : Awkward, no make up, ponytail having, jeans and tshirts wearing women either.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/03/22 11:17 AM

Also I think some men have problems communicating with women. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve met I guy that I thought was decent and then he opens his mouth and says something stupid and all attraction is lost. Misogynist statements,Negging me like men do to other men for fun ( women don’t do this guys 🤦🏽‍♀️) Seriously Quizzing me on some topic that I’ve expressed interest in like it’s a competition between us, Never letting me get a word in, they just keep talking.

Basically what I got from this, he chose to pursue a woman that was more attractive than him and while she probably loves him as a best friend/family she doesn’t love him romantically. He knows this but is happy to have her anyway. I wish them the best of luck. People been marrying for looks, sex, money, or stability since the beginning of time.

No different than men saying they hate loose women but watch booty models on social media all day. No different than men saying they hate women that only value them for money but then take pride in spending on a beautiful woman or woman that holds value to them.

As a woman I’m going to say no unless you meet a woman you love to pieces, want kids or you’re trying to climb the social/corporate ladder. Why? Well there’s absolutely zero incentive to marry. Alot of women today will give up everything to boyfriends with no formal commitment so why bother.

I agree on that. My coworker has a pretty boy face and sometimes he goes without shaving his very thick mustache and it looks terrible. I wonder if I should tell him he looks like Chester the molester…he looks like he should be driving a white van around elementary schools 🤣

Being disciplined, empathetic and hardworking IS a part of their personality. It goes both ways, my old manager was such a great leader that we consistently outperformed other departments and got bigger bonuses. He inspired us to do better because he busted his ass everyday and looked out for us as best as he could. I don’t get your criticism, should I admire somebody for being lazy, directionless, and selfish?

There are many men I admire, unfortunately they are all happily married as far as I know Ambitious leaders in their careers, they provide mental, financial, and emotional stability. They are fair to everyone, willing to listen, and generally encourage everyone to do their best everyday.

You are right, I’m not sure if it’s genetics or their workouts. I’m wondering if a lot of short men work on their upper body to appear bigger while completely doing nothing for their lower body. Actually it’s probably poor fashion choices. Those skinny pants/tight pants don’t look good on any guy unless he’s tall and skinny but they seem to be popular with young guys of all body types.

No need to get defensive, just saying coffee is boring and and feels like an interview to me. Ice cream place is a more relaxed environment and “cute”.

This is an area as a short woman I have an advantage in. Literally everyone is taller than me so height isn’t that big a deal. Oddly enough, short men avoid me like the plague and make a beeline for taller women.

I think it’s only going to get worse as western society becomes increasingly individualistic and people living more isolated lives. It’s easy to fall down the bitter rabbit hole when you go online and find other angry, lonely, awkward, self hating, lazy people to bond with.

Don’t bother, me and few other people on here have been saying the same thing but you will be met with a bunch of excuses and angry replies as to why they shouldn’t have to make themselves more attractive or that they won’t do it. I have an awkward family member that I talked to last night, he finally admitted to me that I was right but it’s too much work to try to change so he’s going to make peace with the fact that he must likely won’t get play from women.

Women that are only interested in money make it known upfront in subtle ways as they are not going to waste time talking to a man that can’t give her what she wants. Shit some come right out and say it, my friend did the whole sugar baby thing when she was younger and told them you have to take care of me if you want me to take care of your needs. They should be easy to spot too. They are typically well put together and have the princess mentality a lot of y’all speak about here. You’re right, i…

Right. It’s like these men on the internet have never been friends with women. The vast majority of women complain about the pitiful relationships we’ve been in, not being dumped by men out of our league. I sound like a horrible person but sometimes I just laugh at the breaking moms sub or FDS, women have got to get some self esteem. I read one the other day where she said she still stayed with her husband for years after he admitted to sleeping with her friend while she was paying all the bills…

Half of America makes less 50K, the average person does not have to worry about gold diggers. If you do earn 6 figures there’s really not a fool proof way to check to see if someone is with you just for money without looking cheap unless you lose your job. I can’t help you there. A face time or even one good call can be used to gage interest. If she seems like she’s not interested in you or you get the impression it’s going to be waste of time do not ask her out. I’m going to say it’s majority men’s appearance that’s the issue. I look at old movies and footage of people back when dressing up was the norm and guys looked so much better to me. Freshly shaven faces, ironed slacks, and suits.

I seriously think we should start encouraging folks to self improve to get a chance at the people they want instead of telling men/women to lower their standards. I wish more men would spend more time vetting prior to taking a woman out. I try to insist on FaceTime and a few quick convos but most guys just want to go out immediately upon exchanging numbers and a 10 minute phone call. Quite a few Lackluster dates could have been prevented if more time would have been spent talking.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 05:21 PM

Oh you know you may be right. I didn’t think about it like that. I suppose if I was a man treating a woman to a date and she didn’t seem that interested I probably would assume she only wanted attention and good time on my wallet. I’ll keep that in mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 04:36 PM

They throw a fit because they are not interested in spending any money if there is not a promise of sex. Its a waste of resources to spend anything on somebody that’s easily disposable to them.

You think it’s an unfair burden put on men? How else should a woman vet for interest, cheapness, behavior in public settings and etiquette if not for dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/22 01:40 PM

I understand your point. I’ll just say women generally give more freely than men once the relationship is established in my experience. It hasn’t ended well for me or other women I know by going along with 50/50 out the gate. You get either a cheapskate or some guy whose only with you for convenience.

I agree and disagree with some of their posts. The most empathetic, caring, and my longest relationship where with men that initially paid for everything. I think it’s a good strategy for weeding out cheapness and selfish dudes looking for an easy lay. They actually do stress self improvement and making your own money so you never find yourself in a Betty Broderick situation. My main issue is they don’t seem to be willing to work with men with shortcomings. Hygiene, empathy, and employment are n…

I’m starting to think there’s some truth to Krazy Kanye saying the people highest up have the lowest self esteem. The guys I dated who were out of my league financially had the biggest hang ups. I couldn’t believe it smh. I’m talking decent looking business owners with advanced degrees. I did have a FWB arrangement with a sexy man when I was going through a rough time emotionally. Oh, you’re strictly talking about men who are top dog looks wise only. I have dated top 20% of men income wise. They had issues with women trying to lock them down fast and wanting to move in quick. That was about it. I quickly lost interest with sexy men within a few conversations. Too self absorbed to the point where it was weird. I got the impression they expected me to bend over backwards to please them and got pissed that I wasn’t trying to do that. Wow, your country needs anti Viagra lol. It would be very hard to trust anyone with that high number of infidelity. I can see men take on a greater risk financially however I’m not sure if your country is like the US where a woman’s stocks diminishes greatly if she’s single mother. He may go on to find another woman to love but the woman with kids will find it difficult.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/03/22 03:58 PM

Eh, this makes sense. Women invest in our appearance a lot more trying to impress you guys. Cost of make up, cute clothes, nails are not cheap. Also we risk our safety a lot more. That would be a red flag but not for the reason you listed. I’ve come across a few I-found-god-later-in-life types, they tend to be very self righteous and uptight about everything. They condemn you for your mistakes but think their past shouldn’t be used against them.

This is a weird take though. 1st there is no way for sure to know the woman you’re dating has had sex fast in the past. People change, maybe she realized she prefers more romance or getting to know a person first before jumping into bed. I want someone to explain why some men are so concerned about what a woman did for a previous guy. Women do not think about this. This does nothing but cause resentment and insecurity. I agree with this. I will also add a lot of men and women skip the dating phase and go right to sex them form a relationship afterward. They wonder why they missed so many red flags in the beginning, the thought never seems to occur to them they are moving too fast and overlooking things.

No, I’m just highlighting how absurd it is that everyone on here keeps saying lower your standards. Since a good portion of this country only makes 40K a year and good portion of Americans are overweight, we should all just lower our standards to include perpetually broke and fat people then we’d all be happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 09:34 PM

Really? I think the average woman’s expectation isn’t high enough. I know some women who are providing for bums, I know some women that are miserable with a lying/cheating asshat, I know some women putting up with men with deplorable hygiene. I noticed a lot of men on here say they hate chubby women but maybe they should lower their standards and be realistic since America is full of overweight people.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/22 02:52 PM

Depends on what the person wants. If you’re just looking for hottest sex then landing the most good looking, skillful lover is success. If you’re wanting a fulfilling relationship then that’s another story.

I don’t think any guy acknowledged this. Bare faced Women at work were consistently rated as less competent than women who wore makeup. I’m sure this extends to their personal lives as well but they won’t admit it. I definitely notice people treating better when I wear make up.

Yeah I don’t think these guys realize what they’re advocating for. The current monogamy set up benefits the average man if he acts right. If women have to be in a relationship to survive, most of us will choose to be the 500th wife of Jeff bezos than the wife of Chris the bar manager.

My friend is black Barbie/ beauty pageant girl pretty. She had just ended a terrible relationship that destroyed her self esteem. She met a guy on tinder who wasn’t particularly attractive at first glance or through text but once they went on a date she realized they clicked and she could probably make this work. I don’t like him that much, he’s too dull for me but they have a lot in common, she loves him and he’s crazy about her. They have been happily married 3 years now.

It triggers me a bit because I’ve met a few middle aged women who were stuck taking care of older sickly men. They took their bitterness out on everyone around them instead of leaving. You don’t need to know someone’s expiration date, most people start having health problems as they get older and need more care. This is probably going to cause some resentment if you’re the younger person and still active. Edit: you’re right, it’s not desperation but I definitely think naiveness and lack of long …

…and this is the main reason why I do not approve of large age gaps for long term. It’s too selfish, take care of each other instead of sucking the life out of a younger person. Luckily no woman/man in my vicinity has been naive or desperate enough to marry a man more than a few years older/younger. My hairstylist is going through this now, her husband is 12 years older and in his mid 50s starting to fall apart. She is very unhappy with taking care of him and the fact that he can’t move around l…

No it doesn’t, it means she didn’t find him “AS” physically attractive as the other guy….such is life. Assuming she’s not a complete loser that was desperate for a man, she likes him enough and finds him attractive enough to have sex with and marry.

Where did she say she settled for him? I’ve dated a guy who had a better looking ex wife than me. I didn’t ask if he was settling, he treated me how I wanted to be treated and I was content at the time. This is the insecure bullshit that keeps people single and miserable. If you meet a woman/man that you hit it off with it or see potential in, don’t go self sabotaging thinking about their ex or the treatment they gave their last person 🤦🏽‍♀️

To be honest I had a instance like this when I was younger. I took it personal that a guy didn’t want to be with me long term but once I looked at things from his perspective it made more sense. He was older, in a six figure career, own house, stable friend group, pleasant personality, and on track to retire early. I added nothing of value to his life. It would have made no sense for him to invest in my young fool head. I was naive, in debt, barely surviving, hadn’t finished college, and still i…

I’m not sure about young men but a lot of young women are very insecure about everything including our appearance. Once we start moving into our late twenties our confidence starts building and we’ve figured out what we need. Assertiveness is a turn on, aggressiveness not so much. This guy seems like he’s one of those take the bull by the horns people everyday and has no chill.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/22 09:12 PM

I understand what you’re saying but there are average and ugly guys that use women for sex. Him being attractive doesn’t make him more or less likely to only want sex. Women talk themselves out of potential good matches because of their own laziness or insecurity.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/22 05:15 PM
7

There are some women who have admitted to being intimidated by good looking guys. I think it’s laziness to be honest. They dont want the pressure of having to stay in shape or be polished. These same women will also complain about how unkept and underachieving he is…make it make sense. I was intimidated once by a man that was wealthy when I was younger, didn’t call him back after 1st date.

As a woman, I can only add that people (both sexes) are shallow as hell however men are way more honest about this than women for whatever reason. Female late bloomer. Losing weight AND grooming, dressing well will change your life. I went from nobody approaching me to stopping traffic walking down the street on my best days. I’m against 50/50 because it makes no sense to me financially. I’m more likely to live longer than my man, I’ve made less money than any men I’ve been with and spend more on just being a woman (grooming and hygiene products).
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/22 10:38 PM

…and yet I bet they wonder why their wives won’t sleep with them regularly. It depends on the couple. The women that are married friends of mine have responsible men that don’t have to be told to do anything…because they’re adults.

Yeah, this whole wait until you’re 40/50 (which I don’t see encouraged anywhere but online) and can get younger women is terrible advice. This only works if you have money to spoil a young woman, most do not. I had a few friends that dated late 40s men when they were trying to make ends meet but they found someone closer to their age when they no longer needed sugar daddy money.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/22 07:20 PM

This is true. Everything in life is a trade off. If men and women want to prioritize dating after 35 there will still be consequences, just different ones from settling earlier. Despite what people will tell you, your dating pool shrinks significantly with age. You will now most likely have to be a step parent which seems to be an unforgivable sin around here.

I find it funny you choose to focus on things men can’t change instead of what they can’t choose. Find a style of dress that’s flattering to your body type. Find a hair cut that compliments your face/jaw shape. Work out, not to get buff but to get in decent shape. Get a basic skincare routine. Wash daily
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/22 08:30 AM

This^ I recognized that I treat married men better than I do single men. It’s not that I want them, it’s just the ones that are secure in their relationship are more comfortable to be around. People sell themselves short not considering the things you listed. My ex worked for a company that only charged them $ 30 a month for insurance. Yeah, I think this is exactly what’s going on. I frequent a predominantly white liberal female website and a topic came up about why so many people are walking around angry in America. Us black women) understood why alot of other POC were angry but didn’t understand why so many white Americans are walking around with chips on their shoulders. Almost every reply was about other conservative white people making shit harder for everyone and they wished they’d go fuck right off somewhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/22 02:58 AM

Correct. As much shit as we give some men for being slaves to lust, some of us are ruled by our emotions/feelings for the guy and refuse to see situations for what they are until it blows up in our face. I fell for all kinds of manipulation stunts. I just laugh now thinking how naive I was in my early 20s. The last one was a guy saying he’s working on himself with a tearful plea for me to stay. He kept saying he can’t open up to anyone but me and he NEEDS me meanwhile he was verbally abusive and…

Everybody starts to settle as you get older and things become less important to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 06:10 PM

Yeah I agree. I’m not sure I understand his dilemma. Privileged people problems. This reads to me like he likes the women he’s been involved with but don’t love any of them enough to settle down with them. If you enjoy living a bachelor life then do so. If you find a woman you love to pieces and want to marry them do so. He’s making this seem a lot harder than it needs to be.

Yep, sounds about right. I fell for this BS speech when I was younger.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/22 02:06 PM

Is he telling all his girlfriends that he’s a cheater? I bet he isn’t doing that. If he is telling them that he’s cheater and they still chose to be with him then it’s a case of those women thinking they can be the one to change him…wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/22 09:53 PM
3

I’m surprised they don’t seem to understand that is lunacy. I tried to point out that a good portion of young women under 25 are in huge age gap relationships and this puts younger men at a disadvantage by reducing their pool. I got angry replies from older guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/22 12:29 PM

Yep, pure fantasy in most cases. The guys I know that are very handsome and/or have a lot going for them generally do not have to get with any woman they’re not attracted to because they have other pretty women orbiting around them.

I like feminine looking guys. I’m surprised you’re having an issue. Perhaps dress more masculine, get a masculine hair cut, or put on muscle weight.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/21 11:50 PM

Hard no. The biggest drama I’ve witnessed is when the guy steps out and the side chick realizes she’ll never get him to leave and makes it her life’s mission to Destroy his relationship. All hell brakes loose when the side woman has a baby. The man loses his relationship, the kids stop speaking to him, and the social stigma of everyone knowing what happened.

The same as men that lack looks but make up for it in other ways. The obvious thing is to bring some type of value to the person you’re with. Looks, finances, valuable skills, stellar personality….You got to have at-least 1 to be successful in dating folks.

That’s a real hard one for me to believe. I’ve been to plenty of women’s activity groups and related functions. The overwhelming majority admit to being sexually assaulted, sometimes by more then 1 man. Didn’t know that about lesbians but I don’t date them so atleast I don’t have to worry about that. Even still, I’d much rather fight a woman. More than likely I’m going to get seriously fucked up by a guy which is why I don’t hit men.

They have a hard time sympathizing because they dont visualize themselves as women. Also they seem to not acknowledge that there are plenty of unattractive women that don’t attention either. As someone who was a late bloomer, it’s less hurtful to be ignored than to be mistreated or discarded like trash after you’ve served your purpose for them. Tell them to imagine getting aggressively pursued by a man that is stronger and taller than him. Then add that the guy is creepy acting or made perverted…

You don’t any women outside of your family? Okay, you may need to get out more once there’s adequate treatment for covid. They exist, and if you’re lucky (or unlucky) enough, you’ll find one on the rebound or one looking to get out of their current situation so she”ll cheat with you to see if works out first before dumping current loser. That is also a common tactic people who can’t be single do.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 07:35 PM

You probably don’t come across them because they are already in a bad relationship. I’m sure you know people (men and women) that can’t be single, they go from one terrible situation to the next.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 05:37 PM

Some hide their bad hygiene until they feel like you’re not going anywhere. Also don’t forget some women are desperate for companionship or don’t want to be single. Then keep in my mind a lot of people live in small cities so they have a scarcity mindset when it comes to the opposite sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 04:41 PM

This is probably accurate. It’s weird, the more technologically connected we become, the further apart we drift. Of course this will have ramifications in dating as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/21 12:37 AM

I would side eye the hell out of him for awhile. First of all nobody needs to know what you did with a previous ex. Then I’d think this doesn’t matter if I’m getting the treatment I want out of him.

Interesting, thank you for your insight. Did you break up with her or did you let it drag on? I think I read somewhere that BPD is under diagnosed in women. Dark personality traits in men and women are literally addictive. Please read what I typed again . I sense some projection, are you #crazygang lol? Never said I was better than anyone. My post was aimed specifically at people that try to settle down or start something serious after getting burned by others that would be considered more fun. Some people change but others try to force themselves to be with someone thats probably a safer bet and end up unhappy. I’m just saying stick with what you like .

I think making OLD your main form of dating is a problem in general. I mean this with no shade but most people do not know how to market themselves to the opposite sex online. Also, the average man focuses less on his overall appearance than the average woman. Then add on there are more men on dating apps than women and now you have a bunch of lonely bitter guys wondering why they aren’t getting matches. I think some apps have an insanely high ratio, like 7-3 , men vs women.

This is the exact same dynamic of Madonna/whore complex. In both cases I really wish people would stick to their preferences and leave us normal people alone. I dumped a man who was used to more passionate women. He always would try to pick fights with me because he liked drama. He was always wondering where I was and he later told me it was because his ex cheated on him. I saw a picture of a few of his ex’s and they all gave me crazy loose girl vibes. If you like crazy and/or promiscuous people…

Because realizing that it’s impossible for one person to tick every box and settling for a person that you mostly like is bad. I’m starting think a lot of people are in denial about how life works or they think they only deserve the best of everything for merely existing as a nice girl/nice guy.

You’re right about your age group still valuing looks and a good time. This is an issue unique to young men that are mature. A woman your age can just date an older guy. Since most women don’t pursue younger men I think a lot of you all get lost in the sauce. Have you tried casting your net to include women maybe 4-5 years older? I wouldn’t go any older than that if you’re under 25. It’s getting tough for all age groups, extending adolescence was a mistake. I’m seeing more and more 40 + people w…

Dating is competitive and it sucks but it is what it is. I try to look my absolute best as a woman when I’m single and looking to catch the a the kind of man I want. This usually works for me. So maybe you’re not best looking naturally but how is your grooming and styling? There is some truth to clothes make the man. Have you tried hitting the gym to get a more attractive body? So how is this any different then men who wouldn’t give me the time of day years ago now decide to give the quiet woman a chance after he’s broke paying child support to the kind of woman that sexually excited him? That makes no sense tho, women are attracted to average men otherwise no one would be having sex. He may not be the sexiest but his personality or other attributes make him attractive to her. So this is just anger that women can have sex easier with a top man ? Isn’t this childish though? I don’t get upset cause I’m not a super sexy woman that gets free shit, gifts, and men bending over backwards to be with me. It is what is, no sense in dwelling on it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/21 02:59 PM

I get confused about the 80/20 theory that gets pushed around here. Don’t men do the same thing? Don’t men ogle the finest women and would pick them if given the chance all things being equal to average looking woman?

“What does “cheap” mean to you?” Cheap in wallet and in spirit. Nickel and diming me, tit for tat, keeping score. Turning the heat down in the winter to save 3 dollars off their electric bill. Rarely sharing or giving anything to anyone that doesn’t benefit them. Dont want to go anywhere cause it’ll probably cost money.

Yeah I know how that sounds. Everyone’s experience is different but the guys who wanted me to split or pay in the beginning turned out to be cheap as hell, every time.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/21 03:34 AM

A lot of it depends on age and income. At 16, I was fine with 5 dollar ice cream dates. At 30, I’m not splitting anything the first few dates. I want to make sure you’re not super cheap or super broke as a man that may end up being a long term partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/21 03:16 AM

Only slightly disagree, a lot of men have admitted to having sex and being in relationships with women they don’t like, it’s just women usually won’t have sex with men we’re not attracted to unless you have other redeeming qualities or we just want a hook up. Most people are average looking but being as attractive as you can and staying well groomed helps.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/21 06:13 PM

I posted something like this last week and got angry replies. The average and below average person as to get in where they fit in. I’m not sure why so many seem to think they should get whoever and whatever they want, lord forbid anyone have any flaws.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/21 02:29 PM

Yes we think about a guys past but we don’t fixate on it. Nobody wants a partner who has been with 100 people or treated their ex better but there’s no way to know for sure so why dwell on it I guess is what I don’t get.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/21 03:06 PM
1

That makes sense kinda but there’s no way for me to know for sure he married all his ex girlfriends unless he told me and people lie. Unless you have photographic proof, you have no idea what a woman did or didn’t do for another man so why worry about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/21 08:40 AM

May I ask why so many men online are fixated on how and how much sex a woman had with previous boyfriends? Women don’t think this way of men so it’s bizarre to me. We care about if we’re being treated/ sexed properly with you, not what you did for another woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/21 01:44 AM

I’m a woman and 100% agree with you. I think this is why many women are choosing celibacy and no dating. We know the numbers are not in our favor.

Problem being, I don’t find anything interesting about meeting a strange man for coffee that I don’t drink in the afternoon or a walk. I normally get asked for drinks, we both have one and talk for a bit.

Proving my point, some of you all need to get offline or expand your social circle. Look around at couples you know from work or out an about at stores. All those average looking men have an average looking girlfriend or wife with them. Most people are average and getting burned by other average people. You’ve got to lack complete awareness and life experience not see this. My last job I was surrounded by a warehouse full of low income men, about 70% of them had a significant other. Occasionally…

Because they are cheap in wallet and in spirit. I’ve dated 2 normal men on the higher income bracket, they had no issues doing dates and took pride in their resources and lifestyle. We didn’t work for other reasons but they were decent men and I liked them. I love when a man I’m with admires me for my body shape. I work out hard 5 days a week for this booty. I don’t know anyone who just likes people for existing except family, and you’re usually forced to like them.

My comment was for other posters but to answer your question, I think it’s dishonest. There are plenty of men that are happy being single , not interested in a relationship, and it doesn’t matter how pretty the woman is or what she has going for herself.

I’m hoping a lot of men commenting here are really young and haven’t experienced life. The average woman is strung along and getting their time wasted by the average and below average looking man that works an average job. Where does this fantasy come from that we’re all getting played by some super sexy man? Getting dumped by an attractive man would be an upgrade for most women. This is probably the most accurate answer. My cousin admitted to me that she thought it was what she was supposed to do. Eventually she realized it’s not 1955 anymore and she doesn’t have to be overworked during the day only to come home to a second shift.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/21 08:16 PM

Often wonder this myself. A lot of Americans have no interest in getting married to combine savings, hell some don’t want to work at all after a few years. Most people aren’t going to make anywhere close to 100k and then so many loose money by having kids with multiple women supporting several households. I think the best possible arrangement would be communal living. Women living women, men living with men in their old age. Split mortgage, this is what my cousin and I are thinking about doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/21 09:15 PM

It depends, I’d wait up to 6 months if I saw something that could last long term.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/21 02:53 PM

Oversimplification, atleast for women. If you’re attractive and don’t give off creep vibes then yeah, I would be willing to sleep with you but I still need to get to you know you better before I actually do. Again, this is assuming I want a relationship. Appearances are deceiving and a lot of people show up to the first few dates as their representative before the mask falls.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/21 03:54 PM
4

It depends on the woman, if she’s just looking for a hook up then she’s probably swiping on all the most attractive men to her and go from there. If she’s looking for an actual relationship then she’ll swipe on men that’s attractive or maybe slightly less (workable category) but it doesn’t mean she’ll sleep with them. Only the one she likes after vetting.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/21 03:36 PM

I”ll actually applaud you if you’re honest with women that you approach. I feel the same with racism as a black female. If you think negatively of me just for existing then let me know, I’ll stay out of your way. I avoided getting involved with a Kevin Samuel fans after he told me he likes the guy’s platform.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/21 04:57 PM

I can’t say, the times I wasn’t really into sex with men was because of how he treated me, usually stopped putting in effort once he felt like I wasn’t going anywhere. I bet this scenario is more common than the woman just flat out not being attracted to him.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/21 09:32 PM
1

I was specifically speaking of the situations where the guy keeps saying they’re going to propose but they’re just not ready yet or some other excuse. It’s clear on the outside looking in this guy is just stalling for time but the one woman in the relationship is treated well so she believes him and keeps waiting.

I’d like to get more men’s opinion on this… Do you agree with OP? There are tons of women that are stuck in the forever girlfriend category. What are some things to take note of to avoid time wasting men that are atleast 28 years old.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/21 10:56 PM

As a woman who has observed older women do this it seems to come from a place of pure control or perfectionism. They can’t control anyone at work but they will control everything at home. For the the latter, they never feel good enough so they go above and beyond when it comes to organization and cleanliness.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 09:44 PM

As you shouldn’t however at the same time you must realize everyone has qualities about them that their partner doesn’t desire. No one is perfect.

The idea is to find someone who has most of what you want and settle with that. There is no one that will have 100% of what you’re looking for. Humans have flaws, we all settle in some capacity.

I’ll agree with you on that it’s worse for the average man. Girls are picked apart for their looks/ style and not fitting in from birth so we’ve learned to at least present ourselves better. This problem was magnified on dating apps when I was on there. I’d flip to see women and their profiles were usually filled out. Hair and nails groomed, used different angles, usually dressed in decent clothes, beautiful smiles. Switching to men’s profiles, it was mostly them holding a dead fish, making ridi…

First most women don’t chase. Second, you don’t think this rejection happens to women? I have watched beautiful women get 5 star treatment from men that wouldn’t look twice at me. I have watched beautiful treat their men like absolute shit and still get whatever they want . It is what is. Dating sucks for the average person. Either self improve to increase your options or opt out altogether and find other goals to accomplish. No sense in getting mad about it.

Yes 1/5 of men on dating apps. Get off the computer and think about happy couples you you, people are usually with someone similar to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/21 03:07 PM

In theory it sounds nice but will never happen. There are so many men that opt out now and WE the people end up footing the bill for HIS children if the woman needs government assistance.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/21 04:20 AM
3

As a plain female friend to some beautiful women, I can confirm. I’ve seen them pull shit that I could only ever dream of getting away with. This isn’t a gender issue, this an attractive people get better treatment in life issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/21 08:16 PM
1

No not entitled, just higher standards because we have more to lose. Single Women with children are the largest group that’s most likely to be in poverty. Women are more likely to experience violence or be killed from their male partner than vice versa. We know a lot of men just want a woman around for sex or something else instead of actually liking us. It’s devastating to give your all only to find out you were a placeholder.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/11/21 08:33 AM

This is kinda my thinking. I’ve never asked a guy, his actions indicated if he was promiscuous or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/21 06:24 PM

I tried to use porn but the more I watched the more I wanted to watch plus I felt bad cause I that industry seems to be ran by scumbags and is unethical. I don’t judge anyone else, just my personal opinion. I can see how that becomes a slippery slope to excessive reliance on porn to be satisfied. Like I stated earlier try more exercise, it helps.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/21 12:31 AM

Or better yet, I don’t need to tell a man my full intentions of leaving him as soon as I get pregnant because i just want a baby, the hell with how he feels.

That sounds like a living nightmare 😳
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/21 05:48 PM

Study after study has shown the AVERAGE person has the most consistent sex in long term relationships. I think they are letting the few promiscuous men and women they know cloud their judgment into thinking that every semi-attractive person is having wild monkey sex with multiple new partners every week.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/21 04:52 PM

It’s a sex toy for men, it’s exactly the way it sounds. Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/21 03:50 PM

None as a teen. Some during college, A lot during my mid-twenties until 28. Early thirties now, horniest I’ve ever been with all kinds of fantasies, it’s brutal because I’m single. If this is how young men feel I’m thankful I don’t have more testosterone. The appearance thing may be correct, a few weeks ago I realized I’m likely to never have sex again or atleast for awhile and I started channeling my energy into my looks via weight training and revamping my wardrobe.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/21 02:23 PM

This makes too much sense but people would rather stew in their own selfishness and project their own thinking onto someone else.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/21 12:30 AM

This is what I was thinking. I generally wait between. 5-8 weeks before sex but I’ve always engaged in physical intimacy. I think that’s what’s confusing to me, if a woman is not attracted to you it should be obvious after 1-2 dates. Little to No kissing, minimal eye contact, general body Language ( leaning away, closed off), not paying attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/21 12:29 AM

I don’t understand Do you think Beyoncé, Jennifer Anniston or all the other successful female celebrities that got publicly disrespected feel less hurt cause their women? So since beautiful, rich, women don’t get the respect they deserve I guess all us regular women should never have sex or enter relationships again with men cause clearly we don’t stand a chance at happiness either.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/21 07:23 PM
1

By the same logic, what chance do normal women have if folks like Beyoncé (who is rumored to be one of the kindest people in show business) gets disrespected in their marriage? All I’m saying is I think relationships with celebrities are MORE likely to be dysfunctional/unfulfilling for a number of reasons (egos, being out-of-touch, selfishness) and shouldn’t be compared at all to us regulars.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/21 06:55 PM
2

The fact that she is open about pining for Tupac is weird. A lot of people have the one that got away but have the god given sense not to speak publicly about it. Honestly their whole relationship is odd. The man takes vacations with his ex-wife…. I really wish regular folks would stop comparing their relationships, marriages, and divorces to celebrities. It’s obvious they live in an entirely different reality from us.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/21 05:15 PM

I actually agree with this. I’m running into so many adults that obviously did not emotionally mature beyond 21 it’s frightening. The complete lack of class and awareness from both sexes is astounding.

Can someone please explain to me why the hell so many men focus on how long a woman waited to have sex previously? It makes no sense to me. Women do not do think this way of new men we meet. I know there’s a good chance my boyfriend treated a woman better than me, particularly if he’s over a certain age. I can’t focus on that because 1. He can always lie and tell me differently 2. People/situations change. I had one ex that was really into pretty quickly. Going forward, should I expect every guy…

This is generally my thinking of the time line but the waiting in my case is for an emotional connection not so he doesn’t think I’m easy.

I’m 32 and I asked this question to a few guy friends a couple years ago when I noticed everyone jumping into bed quickly and some guys lost interest if I didn’t put out quick. They said they generally did not like to wait over 2-3 weeks but that I shouldn’t worry about it. Just entertain men who are okay with my preference for waiting a bit longer and don’t worry about those who don’t.

I wish all this hypergamy nonsense would die. I don’t know a single soul who doesn’t want the best person they can get wether that be, social, financial or academic accomplishments. Besides that, most people are average and find other average people to be with. The guys screeching about not finding any sex partners are just lazy. I guarantee you they are overlooking the women on their level( chubby, unkept, quiet, neurodivergent etc) because they are not attracted to them.

There is no reason to wait for love or marriage before sex unless you’re religious. I don’t have sex with a guy unless I feel a solid connection because its not enjoyable for me. its like grabbing a bag of chips when you're starving and want a meal. It might calm you a bit but in an hour or so you realize it was a waste of calories and still left wanting.

I’ll come back to this once I think on it a bit but the first thing that came to my mind was guys dressing up in things that don’t fit their body type. A love the vest and tie look but that only works on a small framed man. If you’re even the slightest bit overweight or muscular you end up looking like a stuffed burrito. The latter body types does well just sticking to suits or slacks and a nice shirt. Ditto for skinny jeans. Slightly off topic but I want to give a suggestion to white and Asian …

This is why I stopped believing these sob stories. Yep, overnight I went from A to DD cups in school and the groping from horny teens was non stop. I’ve read from women on here who were raped for years by fathers, brothers, boyfriends and husbands. Anybody with a legal background can tell me if they have a leg to stand on? I’m not sure what the point of this lawsuit is, they are going to receive even more backlash.

So, these scrotes aren’t even subtle anymore about asking for sex immediately after dates? Well I guess it’s better than them trying to touch you or asking you to go back to their place to “watch a movie”

Yep, I’m sure he’s mad she would never look his way but the root problem is his jealousy over her confidence. Someone posted a study awhile back that said Pretty much said that High scoring male gamers treated high scoring female gamers with respect but the average to underperforming men treated them harshly and negged them. The fact that he criticizes her looks so much makes me think he secretly wishes he could be her, because according to scrotes, all beautiful women live life on easy mode. He…

Another thing I just discovered, these scrotes are lowballing you on purpose because they are dating multiple women with the end goal of sleeping with as many as possible. I saw one of them admit to this earlier on Reddit.

Damn, why can’t I be attracted to women. I’ll guess I’ll just have to settle for a vibrator for live then 😒

Why would you go the internet with this instead of booking a therapist appt???? Do y’all remember when rapper T.I. said he made his teenager daughter go for virginity/hymen checks at the doctor? This is exactly what came to mind. I think a lot of these men believe every vagina living under their roof belongs to them. This includes their daughter or in some cases their mother.

I’m curious....What convinced you to give him a key if you’ve only been dating 3 months? I’d probably try to get a gun. Definitely be aware of your surroundings and don’t open the door for him. Call the cops if he won’t leave. Also, when men have unhinged outburst, it’s not just a one time thing. This man is an addict but usually it’s because they have anger issues they refuse to address.

This is a common control tactic that I notice women do as well. The difference is the man just stops doing anything while woman damn near have a nervous breakdown trying to please her “man”. I’ve heard spouses of military men take that shit to a new level. My friend said her dad would wake them up at 6 am if the dishes weren’t sparkling enough.

I think a lot of this has to do with porn/ tv sex scenes or the few women that’s easily aroused. You notice a lot of times they kiss for 2 minutes and then start jackhammering not taking into account the actors use lube and drugs before filming.

I dunno, I’m met the same number of LVM online vs offline. The only difference is they usually weed themselves out before my time is wasted going out with them. Trust me, men offline spin “plates” as well. Unfortunately as a whole it seems men are now only interesTed in sex with as many women as possible with more of them willing to lie, rape, and murder to get it as cheap as possible.

Okay, I just might have to give up sex. People are way too gross. It does explain why so many people don’t want a commitment, a new vagina or penis is just one swipe away. These guys don’t care about putting their health or safety at risk.

Yeah, I think there’s needs to be a section here on how to recognize and avoid LVW. These women will encourage you to stay with a LVM and just in general get in your way when leveling up.

It’s probably Nothing you’re doing. A lot of people are emotionally unavailable...it’s just apart of vetting.

I recently met a six figure pretty boy who admitted to being very promiscuous when he was younger and that’s exactly how he came off to me. It was like he had no personality or he was faking it. No affection, no warmth, no passion.... He genuinely didn’t understand why wasn’t falling all over him and didn’t want to give him chance so he called me weird 🤷🏽‍♀️

Did we talk to the same guy? I met one guy that makes 6 figures that flat refuses to pay for any dates. This guy just didn’t like spending money. Did he give you a reason why? It’s mind boggling. I can’t imagine someone that lives comfortably being worried about someone using them for a meal. I make nowhere near that and have paid for coworkers lunches on occasion.

About 6 years ago I gave a 25 year old man my number. Two days later he calls, we hit it off and then he politely says let me know when I have free time and he’ll come over. I was stunned, this was the first time I ever came across low effort dating. I hang up and when he realized I didn’t call a few days later he calls me and tries to plan a date... I have had broke college students and legit drug dealers offer to take me dinner I’m sharing my story because I want you to know don’t fall for it.…

Insulting, the average amount the woman spends on grooming/clothing for a date or just in general and these fools have the nerve say 50/50 is fair. I want to put this out here, if you live in a city in the USA with a decent economy splitting anything 50/50 with a white man 27+ is downright criminal. They face NONE of the sexism that white women face and none of racism that POC have to deal with on jobs. There is literally no reason why they are so poor that they can’t cover occasional dates.
