I’m in MD, we’re discussing MD law. I have talked to lawyers. Go touch grass. I’ve only been talking about MD law in this thread.

“Only when proven can it impact litigation” Read the shit you post. You are not a lawyer, and it sounds like your lawyer sucks

I said “not a no-fault state”. And as it says, proven infidelity can impact the divorce. Keep posting links, Mr. Google.

Record 24/7 is literally the only way. https://store.google.com/us/product/nest_aware?hl=en-US Keep history for a month, as that is typically the timeline for filing for a protective order in most states that I’ve seen

You were told not to bring it up because if you’re putting your dick in someone while separated and they find out, it’s going to be used against you in court.

Maryland here: you’re wrong. When separating, include language in the agreement that allows outside relationships otherwise it could have an impact when the divorce is finalized. I won’t even look at another woman until I have a signed agreement stating that I can (and honestly, I probably won’t for years)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
