Also good point to note is that so much more is coated with plastic, BPA being one of the main endocrine disruptors. Coke cans? Plastic lining. Takeaway coffee? Plastic lining. My 2 cents on the topic is to not let the thought rule you, you cannot avoid plastic etc entirely. Focus on vegetables and removing as much processed food as possible. 1	8 MGTOW Survival Rules for the workplace If we are talking about the workplace, it’s also good to maintain a facade that you are interested in settling down and having a family etc. Taking on additional financial responsibility (house, kids) makes you more appealing (promotion wise) as you have a heavier anchor that requires you to keep your job.
