They still seem to think their values should be law. Hence why especially men don't have the right to choose when it comes to abortion rights.

Yes I totally agree with you. Both sides get fucked over in that situation. I just think when we fight to get equal rights for men in the court systems we are fighting a 2 fronted war against religious stigma and feminists.

Oh I totally disagree with those laws and the religious stigma. Just remember getting lectured on it.

Most religious people disagree with that statement. I think that may be the a part of that the problem because they think its absolute that sex==kids==you are consenting to be a father. Of course religious views spill over into our court system, and women try to take advantage of it.

Or a court order to record the texts. My friend had text records that were pulled from a phone company prove he was cheating and lost a case.

Go on Maury, get a DNA test. J/K... She is freaking because she is not sure she wants the baby. She is testing you to see how attached you are as well. If you want to be a dad you have to just forgive her and be there when she needs it, you can win your child back.

Even if she doesn't fight it, its a battle. The courts are stacked against dads.

One of my friends keeps telling me that as well. Its definitely a common feeling after the courts put you through the ringer. All I can say is keep fighting. Even if you feel like you cant win why not fight a little bit more.

I will call them after I get the kids out of there I am going to work on getting them to a better primary residence. I will ask my lawyer to see if calling them will help my case. thanks for the info. I really appreciate the help.

Well its hard for me to see that as a positive thing, but I guess getting out of that situation is good for the kids and if I can use that in their defense its good.

I am about to do just that my lawyer told me its better if I file first and get primary set up before she has a chance to react.

Dont be afraid of getting married, they are not all bad apples. Even with all the pain I am going through I dont regret the decisions I made. We were dating long distance and had a kid. I had her and the kid move up with me and bought a house for them to care for my son and her. Even though she told me she resents ever moving up I dont regret a second of it because I got 2 wonderful kids and have had a blast with them. They are the love of my life even though my wife doesnt love me its still wor…

I will make sure to mention that writ to my lawyer. I haven't given her any info, other than expressing that I do not agree with her taking the kids. The last conversation I had with her I told her I will not make plans regarding anything until we had a mediator or counselor. I have made many attempts to have us go to to counselling but of course she has refused. When I told my lawyer about the last conversation he told me to come in asap to start proceedings.

I've been hearing a lot about video evidence that seems to be a great way to prove stuff. She is claiming I am unfit, but she sleeps all day letting our 4 year old have the run of the house, if I can record that with a nanny cam or something it would be great evidence.

Yep, that is exactly what I was worried about. I am going to fight tooth and nail for the health of my kids. I am having trouble keeping it civil right now. I have been just avoiding her right now, because I do not want to lose my cool and say anything I would regret.

Well that is what is really pissing me off is how I heard about this in the first place. One night when I was putting my kids to bed, they asked me why I was going to live in a different house than them. That's how I learned that she was planning on moving them out. She has already started by telling them they are going to move. She was telling them to pick out new beds and bedroom decorations the other night right in front of me. Its been very difficult keeping my cool through all of this.

If I can prove her habits with animals make it unhealthy for the kids do you think that changes anything?

yea, my friend was telling me to invest in a nanny cam so I could record her laying on the couch and doing nothing all day. but having the kids film the condition is a great idea. thanks

yea it permeates everything, they are outdoors and indoors and they piss on the door, so i smell it outside too when I walk up to it. She lets feral ones stay in the basement and they shit everywhere down there.

My kids have never been allowed to have friends over at all. She flips if someone from our neighborhood just knocks on the door to chat. My friends & family arent allowed to visit either because of the cat smell. Kids shouldnt have to live like that.

Thanks for that I really did not want to bring personal attacks into it. But I guess you need to fight fire with fire. I am letting the house get foreclosed because I cant sell it due to the damage from her hoarding cats. Living like this has gone on for too long.

That happened in NYC a couple weeks ago and the baby died. The hacidic(spelling?) community there caught a lot of heat when that happened.

Not only was it disturbing how they were planning to remove all our choices in the matter, it was just as bad at being racist.
