A more comprehensive post on why women handle being alone better than men, and why we need to find solutions to that.Your comment is the TRUTH more people need to see. Continue spreading the truth dude. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/04/24 06:27 PM
| – | Women accept being alone better than menAs a dude same. I think there are a large number of men in similar positions but it's not often talked about because there's more focus/pressure on women due to fertility talk. Edit: Also maybe it's expected more of men to cope okay with being alone, where as the patriarchy is still something prevalent that hasn't completely disappeared yet to where women have to still prove themselves unfortunately. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/04/24 05:32 PM |
CMV: It's okay for an autistic person to not want to date other autistic people, etc etc.I used to have the same outlook, but chances are they will change after realizing and finding their true self. I say this from my own experience and watching others who entered relationships early change. Low body count sure, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are more likely to be committed imo. I personally feel like body count is a huge distraction because it doesn't define what a person can become. Edit: clarification | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/04/24 07:44 PM
CMV: It's okay for an autistic person to not want to date other autistic people, etc etc.u/thelittleENFP Agree and your preference is real and valid. It is ultimately your choice and life. As a parallel, I've never had sex and I would not want to date a fellow virgin because I know in most cases there's a huge correlation with insecurities they have to work through. I don't want to deal with someone who is not secure, hasn't figured out who they are and what they want from life. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/04/24 07:24 PM

People are way too obsessed with finding happiness and it's one of the reasons why relationships are in such a poor place.100% agree, it is unrealistic to some how expect sudden change from continuing to white-knuckle our way through alone. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/03/24 02:37 AM
People are way too obsessed with finding happiness and it's one of the reasons why relationships are in such a poor place.Of course, many of us already deep down know what we have to do, but that active process in deliberately choosing to take action is the uncomfortable & tricky, sometimes hellish, part to execute. It takes a great deal of humility expressed as gratitude as you just said, and that is also why a lot of the time white-knuckling our way through alone without support or talk-like therapy interventions for empowerment can also hinder this process to express and increase our own agency too. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 31/03/24 02:28 AM
People are way too obsessed with finding happiness and it's one of the reasons why relationships are in such a poor place.u/triple_skyfall, do you expect some magical person/thing to fix your life? Only you live your life, that is your subjective reality; your mind can either be your hell or your salvation, which will you choose? A person could get all the best help in the world but nothing will change if they let go of their self-accountability in leading their own life, and they will call it some bullshit destiny/fate as they continue to fight themselves and remain ignorant bypassing their issues. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/03/24 11:28 PM
People are way too obsessed with finding happiness and it's one of the reasons why relationships are in such a poor place.Nothing mystical, and to name a few examples it literally has to do with unlearning maladaptive habits, processing past traumas, expressing natural defense mechanisms in a healthy manner that supports our well-being, and in general leading ourselves more by the desirable attitudes we would like to embody consistently in our own life. How else do you think brain plasticity is triggered after our brains mature at the age of 25, we're no longer kids who implicitly take on change without conscious e… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/03/24 11:11 PM
People are way too obsessed with finding happiness and it's one of the reasons why relationships are in such a poor place. In some sense happiness is earned, cultivated from doing inner conscious work. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/03/24 03:57 PM
The phenomena of single women dating married menThis is ludicrous logic to follow through on even if it's true because it's preying on vulnerable people. Everyone's morals go out the window for short-term pleasures, and enablers are even worse. This same logic is no different from tech companies selling personal data, sex workers preying on troubled men, or even one day AI preying on our human nature. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/03/24 06:40 AM
Why do women on dating apps ask what men do for work? There are many women in the world, you don't have to vibe with someone you don't vibe with. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/03/24 04:30 PM
Why do women on dating apps ask what men do for work? You can be a bit generalized and vague, you don't have to go in super nitty gritty details like the exact location nor pay. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/03/24 04:21 PM
Males who are frequently the dumpers usually have standards and a high self-esteem.Your whole premise hints at serial daters which are red flags that can apply to both men and women. It's not always authentic self-esteem, it could be high yet at the same time unstable across time as fragile high self-esteem. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/03/24 02:08 AM
"Every woman is unique in their taste in men" no they aren'tHumans are a collective consciousness, so of course most people are strongly influenced by the hive mind they're a part of. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/03/24 06:42 AM
Does a mans social status attract women?Do children like candy? That should answer your question. Some people are unhinged and it brings out a demoralized side to them. It's not surprising, this applies to both men and women. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/02/24 01:46 AM
You're focused on the wrong qualities that are triggering her lust: He's more attractive than you because he's more masculine, not because he's an asshole.Oddly enough a lot of men would love a "masculine" woman, someone who's self-actualizing and a real individual. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/02/24 05:08 AM
| – | Where in the US can you still find someone who isnt shallow? We are all alone in being yet together as a collective in this world. Just because someone else supposedly loves you does not rescue you from the project of loving yourself. "When you admire someone to the point that your mood entirely depends on them, it's never a reflection of how good they are, it's always a reflection of the relationship you have with yourself". - Yasmin Mogahed | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/02/24 06:29 AM |
| – | Where in the US can you still find someone who isnt shallow? You're approaching love and relationships the wrong way, overgeneralizations like this get you no where with no action. You won't know you found a keeper until you find yourself. Never settle bro | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/02/24 03:38 AM |
| – | Women fall in love with their imagination of the man and not men in truthHoly moly wait until you see what men are capable of! Naive people are naive, who would have guessed | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/01/24 12:51 AM |
“genuinely kind guy” is a rebrand of the “nice guy”Ah thanks for the clarification, I misunderstood your post. I agree then, people who only act nice to achieve an outcome do not truly embody kindness as a value they live by. This can be easy to spot when with them around other people they're familiar with, the fake mask comes off and so too does the performance most of the time, showing their real values. Two faced individuals, they do not live an authentic life, they are not honest nor accept themselves completely. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/01/24 06:34 PM
“genuinely kind guy” is a rebrand of the “nice guy”Genuine kind person = agreeableness with a backbone Spineless nice person = agreeable people pleaser Person with a backbone = disagreeable asshole Person with no agency nor gratitude = turbulent neurotic | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/01/24 06:27 PM
“genuinely kind guy” is a rebrand of the “nice guy”I highly disagree, and those people are still entitled nice guys as you said. These people who say they're "genuinely nice" are using a false label they are not. Genuinely kind people are authentic, nice to be around but that alone as you said does not always bring about attraction. They're kind with a good head on their shoulders, they just haven't found their one yet. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/01/24 06:22 PM
"You have to work 10 times harder than your grandfathers for women 10 times worse."Hmm my bad for misunderstanding your intent, but your initial comment came off as discrediting towards the top comment, hence why someone said strawman. I'm just glad we're slowly but surely moving away from the patriarchy. I agree with you | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/01/24 04:08 PM
"You have to work 10 times harder than your grandfathers for women 10 times worse."Nah a lot of women back then settled because that's what was expected of them to do in a patriarchy, lose their agency to give love to a man was their job. Back then men were expected to "work hard" to earn love from a woman, and if he was unhappy then the fault and blame was entirely on woman who were also expected to change. So lopsided in power. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/01/24 03:53 PM
"You have to work 10 times harder than your grandfathers for women 10 times worse."Talking about injustices to some people is what's considered "woke". I wish more people talked openly without fear and judgement, we need more discussions like this | /r/PurplePillDebate | 18/01/24 03:50 PM
Ladies (non-exclusively), what are your thoughts on population collapse?I'm a dude but I think this is a necessary evil because of greedy corporations trying to maintain exponential growth in profits at the cost of quality of life. We as a collective need to reevaluate our ways and attend to what we already have for the time being to recollect ourselves, make sure we are centering ourselves in the right direction. I guess that means declining birth rates, good imo, whatever it takes to shake these corpos up, force them to be present and ground themselves with realit… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/01/24 06:10 AM
