Never said that there isn't any case, but the idf doesn't use rape as a weapon. In every army, soldiers rape to some extent, but using rape as a weapon of war isn't that common. Since the reason you have to go to court is to protect the body autonomy and genetic privacy of the child, yes, who else should decide that? In the end, this goes both ways. The mother just can't do a paternity test as well. It is germany, not the USA, if you don't have enough money for a lawyer, the state will pay someone for you, even in civil cases.

To be fair, the bias isn't the big of the problem, but getting an appointment in court. If you get one, the paternity test is quite easy since you only need some saliva from the child in question, and it is an easy way for the court to end the dispute.

A big age gap can be a problem, but doesn't have to. The problem here with young adults is, that they are technically adults but without the life experiancy of adults. Communist here. Both the left (when it comes to online discurse, it is USA dominated and the USA doesnt have a left but liberals) and the right ignore the average men and their issues and only speak to them for their vote but not to change their conditions. Capitalism is always in crisis. therefore, capitalism needs narratives that keep the image that works the way it tells others, that with hard work, everyone can get everything. Because liberals, in the end those are liberals, like to portrait capitalism as not as bad like conervatives use to do. That's capitalism with postmodernism. This system reduces you to an atomized, isolated individual that is in competition with everyone else.
