I think I would be happier and lead more fulfilling life as woman, compared to now as man where I am contemplating suicide often.. That said I wouldnt change a thing. I guess there is something "primal" about not really not being able to consider switching gender seriously.

I feel content being single most of the timeand sometimes depressed but never really happy. I guess relationship would make more happy but also more anxious.

I preferred my parents mostly as a guy, didn't have a lot of friends growing up and none anymore

Suggesting voluntary military service in Finland gets you labeled a coward. At the same time you get virtue signalling about finlands human rights

I think reckless behavior causing death, should be automatic life sentence

I don't really care if system cares me about or not. And I generally don't care to talk about my feelings. I just wish life would go more like it used to for most men. Like get nice partner in late teens or early twenties. Both take care of themselves and help a bit each other in struggles and then get house and kids in late twenties to early thirties.

I haven't had friends in 16 years. Nothing with opposite sex either. I care more about mutual support than friends. I don't really get lonely, only when in college when others grouped and I didn't.

I think bell curve of genders fits here well. Men have more hideous and super good looking ones and women are more on the middle. On average its the same.

I am thirty year old man and I still read harry potter from time to time. But I suppose i am manchild since i am not provider.

Most of the time I kind of like living. As long as disability pays enough, i have no physical pain, I could go for long. After my parents are gone, I might get really depressed and rope, but we will see.

I am tall and I think I look good apart from crooked nose. Personality wise I am pussy and I don't have lot to talk about that would interest women.

I dont know. I guess I think that potential gf would tease me over my insecurities and failings. And ultimately cheat on me.

I have gone to gym for 6 months now. I don't go gym for extrinsic rewards like getting laid for the first time at 32. But I like working out intrinsically.

Guys will ostracize shit out of guys that will lie big time at least in friend circles. For women there isn't whole lot of consequences of you lie to opposite gender.

Well I like making girls laugh. I suppose if girl is heavily left wing arguing with her would be rather dumb. I would also like to go to dinner or make dinner with girlfriend. Well I don't have lot to say, so I guess listening to her stuff would be the only choice if we don't want to be completely silent.

I dont know how to fix this issue realisticly, you could dissolve welfare state and criminalize adultery, but I feel like big portions of young men are already lost forever due to previous practices.

I have tried gymmmaxxing in the past. I was student in medical school until I was 23 before getting sick. I have been on disability ever since and I am 31 now. I have never been even close to having sex. People just don't want to be with me.

Apparently free trade ends up in all the wealth accumulating to 1 percent leaving rest of the population with nothing. At least that's my impression of late stage capitalism.

Monogamy probably does decrease for the next decade, but after the most likely most western societies will collapse, due to low productivity and protest votes to fringe parties from men.

I have never done those 4 things and i am on this 30 year old virgin group. I don't really understand why drugs and alcohol are not used by virgins, you would think it would help them cope better

What if divorce laws were different, such as parent with better income could decide who gets "ownership" of kids, what if alimony only exists for party that initiated the divorce barring any abuse, criminal activity etc. What if adultery was criminalized again? Would any legal change have changed your views on marriage, or LTR?

Idk, i expected plenty of struggle esp. With employment during my life since i was 15. I also expected plenty of struggle for relationships as well, but nothing super bad. What I didn't expect that I would be thirty year old virgin living on disability.

7-8, only downside is the future of my parents, frustrating boredom sometimes and being somewhat suicidal. I live on disability which is more than enough for my monetary needs, never had gf or sex or friends in over a decade. Sometimes lack of these things bother me, but not in a massive way.

I don't think anyone sane wants to reduce woman's rights on legislatory level, a lot of men just want alimony gone, if woman initiates divorce, to get rid of halving assets on divorce, opt out of alimony in during pregnancy, preference to place kids on mothers regardless of case, not having to pay taxes to everyone's elses kids and families, government jobs which mostly employ women and basically get rid of welfare state. Slut shaming happens whetever you like it or not, but frankly it's man who…

Inequality on economics usually improves baseline even for those in relative poverty. But for dating inequality men are increasingly in absolute poverty in economic terms.

So 80 percent of men should be condemned to virginity and you keep on foolishly believing that one of these top tier tingly men will commit to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/21 10:09 AM

No, but ask yourself if these tingles are really necessary for fulfilling relationship. And nobody owns you a welfare state either.

Suicide rate is about the same in my country and us. Almost 10 percent of population is on depression medication. I think culture explains those happiness reports.

While i havent pursued women in more than 5 years, i still thought most of the replies here are quite infuriating. Like i went to gym a lot, skied and ran a bit. Also watched movies and played games and read interesting stuff i found on the web. This was as a student so, as employed person i would have just a lot less time for these. So no i didnt consider any one of these as hobbies. And apparently it would have been a red flag. Likewise i dont see how me going once week for woodworking class, …
