14	The Moment I Realized I'm Ruining my life I've struggled with a lot of your vices(porn,gaming,anime) and still am. The things I've seen to help me is working out 5/7 lifting and calisthenics and slowly, emphasis on the SLOW part, cut them out. You cant expect to remove tendencies and habits that have been formed over the past 7 years of your life. Hitting yourself over your mistakes is fucking futile, slowly improving your life is where the gold lies.	/r/askTRP	07/07/20 12:12 PM
