thank you! i’ve had too many woman friends over the years ignore every red flag a man would put on display just because he was attractive or “had his shit together” do SOME men lie? of course. however, a lot of the time it’s just wishful thinking on the woman’s part

so a woman is a slut if she also enjoys casual sex? 🤔

currently dealing with this and i feel awful cause as much as i’m used to being rejected and it sucks, having to be the one who rejects someone makes me feel like a monster lol at 30 years old, i’m finally accepting that lowering your standards doesn’t do any good for either person.

yes, we have. literally went on a date with a woman i’ve always been convinced was out of my league and, while she looked STUNNING on the date, the awkward silence was thicker than the milkshakes we were drinking:we literally had nothing in common other than we both like fashion 😂 i was genuinely shocked at how well i took neither of us wanting a 2nd date cause rejection is usually tough for me to handle. what DID sting and that i haven’t been able to not ponder on even though it happened FIVE M…

they control the dating landscape by ignoring short men and other undesirables tho, no? do they not have a power dynamic even in the current realm?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/23 12:37 PM

as a shorter man, i kiiiiinda have to disagree: i’ve felt i’ve NEEDED to be taller for women, sports, etc. 80% of my life. women aren’t holding a gun to men’s heads but MOST women getting the ick about height IS an underlying implication that it’s a “get with it or get lost” dating landscape

i’ve been staring at it for the past 5 minutes and have inferred the following: as you mentioned, that women tend to sleep with the same men/type of men that men, if hot enough and/or willing to lower their standards, would feel accomplished after around 20 separate lays the mean between genders being identical also shows that most men are simply not attractive enough to sleep around much but would if they could whereas most women can be find sexual/emotional satisfaction easily and likely stick…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/23 09:23 AM
1

wait, i think i get it now. was confused on the difference between mean and average… looks like we can debunk the myth that women aren’t as promiscuous then lol

while i agree to limit the posts from that crowd, i still feel that their voices shouldn’t be stifled simply because “OMG your struggles are SO annoying to hear” there’s a foreveralonewomen subreddit but there really aren’t outlets for men who are upset about their struggles with women. we are people, too. most of us hate ourselves more than anything. we just wish we were enough like everyone else.

i stand corrected. you are very much average looking. but you said yourself that you’ve hardly had droughts of being single so it’s not like the claims that it’s “easier” are completely off base

i will never understand why people think a man can’t find a woman attractive and ALSO be interested in her as a person and that he’s such an awful person for it. like, society thinks so low of us that we’re just incapable of being able to have both perceptions.

prime example: this question was asked tailored to women and they all had varying answers of manners, response rates, men being too sexual, etc. how did the men respond when asked: the main complaint was simply getting a woman to be interested and how difficult it is to get their attention whatsoever. the funny part of all this the post for women was up for a day or two while the men had a measly TWELVE HOURS of dialogue before the mods locked the comments lol

we focus so much because, for a lot of us (i’m a whopping 5’6” lol) height probably IS the great barrier between being forced to date huge and/or facially unattractive women.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/22 02:22 PM
2

i mean, to be fair, i watch my friends swipe from time to time and they swipe left on perfectly decent looking men. on the flip side, the pool for a man if you’re not aggressively attractive are women twice your size or women who are, respectfully, facially challenged. for women, the pool can at least have a nice view lol

/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/22 06:04 PM

i understand that but men would be able to take that power back if they simply said “no thanks” but again, it all starts with attractive men and we both know they’ll never do that lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/22 04:59 PM
2

why do taller men usually go after shorter women then?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/22 04:33 PM
4

my fellow men: if you’re above average, go after above average women. y’all giving average women their “15 minutes of fame” is then what makes them think they’re better than everyone. if you’re a tall dude, give tall women a chance. i get it. sexual conquest and all that but women won’t be reflective about their standards until attractive men LITERALLY signal it to them.

the same reason women would never pay a man to go on a date with them: we want to feel special. it’s really not that hard to understand
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/22 10:25 AM
1

if you did, it’s not showing up. oh well. it’s all good 😌
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 11:39 PM
1

but again, context clues: COULD get. there no mention of what point in life the short man is nor what the short man would have to achieve in order to be on a legitimately beautiful woman’s radar. you and i both know how much a short man would have to compensate to get that. I don’t know why but something is telling me that your mind is already made up and you’re not actually interested in the question you proposed.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 07:15 PM
1

okay but read the context clues: even when they’re in relationships, they’re STILL lamenting over how they weren’t able to have their pick of the litter… to me, that sounds like they had to settle in some type of way, wether that be lowering their standards or becoming a “betabuxx” type.

cat got your tongue?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 03:20 PM
1

okay, forget i said all men. you still made a wide generalization about men that most of us couldn’t live up to no matter how much we wish we could. i’ll ask this tho: while i agree with the 4-1 ratio estimation, what qualities do you think the men that WOMEN CHOOSE to engage in casual sex with have compared to the men that don’t get chosen?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 01:38 PM
3

i can’t help but agree with that 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 01:30 PM
1

& this is why the debates continue: just as women claim that “when men say all men, they really mean the most attractive,” this is essentially the same thing but the inverse. i.e. the only men i’ve witnessed be able to move like that are the attractive ones. as a man, literally all i care about is if i find her attractive and if she’s a pleasure to be around. it’s 2022 and has never been easier to sleep around; as long as there’s no kid/baby dad drama, i could care less who or how many she’s sle…

becomes women fail to realize just how much validation they get on a daily basis. it’s literally night and day compared to men. that’s why we pine for it so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 08:38 AM
2

speaking for myself, it’d basically be like settling for a relationship with someone that you’re lukewarm about all because a LTR is the only way you can get sex. cause it’s no secret how exhausting it is as an average man to get casual sex 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 08:34 AM

i feel like men have been saying this forever but women just see it as “men just want to fuck everything!” like, we have feelings too (even though we’re never allowed to show them)

LTR with a woman i’m without a doubt attracted to > hookups > LTR with a woman that makes me think “well, you’re not hideous…” that’s how it is for me, at least
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/22 08:18 AM
1

it’s not so much a high n count but more so the feeling of KNOWING i could attract the women that i’m actually attracted to and not have to lower my standards to get an itch of reciprocity. & no, before you even say it, i’m going after perfectly normal women. i’m fully aware fitness models wouldn’t breathe in my direction lol

but a bunch of men here have told you that most other men would step in if they saw that abuse in public... Women trying to absolve themselves of any responsibility for letting their rose-colored retinas to make them kneel before any man they find attractive is their own fault. there was a thread a few days ago where a women asked men how WE would vet for good men if we were in your shoes and they were pretty practical response for the most part. it’s really not that hard to differentiate betwee…

are women not a part of that culture?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/22 11:45 AM

no, i don’t get it because there’s this thing called hindsight that would alert me that this above average person is talking to me for ulterior reasons. have you not seen any of the hostel movies? if an incredibly attractive woman comes up to me trying to tell me about an after party, i’m running for the hills cause i don’t wanna be murdered 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/22 10:16 AM

but like…y’all be knowing deep down what they’re talking to you for and just let it happen cause you’re attracted to them. it’s okay. just be honest about it.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/22 12:33 PM

okay, well then you DO understand that A LOT of men are currently feeling devastated over the current dating climate. do you empathize with those men?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/09/22 11:41 AM
3

we both agree on the young age part which is why I didn’t include it in my response lol well, fair. i feel most men would also like to be intimate with people we’d actually want to be partners with but, because those women don’t want us, we have to satiate our sex drives with women that we are, more or less, indifferent about. do you take for granted the fact that most women, unless they are facially unattractive and/or fat, will probably never have to lower their standards/settle for intimacy?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 08:44 PM
8

okay, still on the same page for the most part. as a man who can’t get women to be interested in him no matter how hard he tries, how would you best try to convince someone like me that having zero options and being a non-factor to most women is better than having numerous options* at the sake of being over sexualized constantly? i put an asterisk at “numerous options” because i feel most women will call any man who isn’t their ideal man or close to it “unattractive” nowadays.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 08:38 PM
4

so are hot men also not seen as just objects by women?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 07:59 PM
13

no, i agree. i’m just pointing to the hypocrisy in that statement. if being used as a fleshlight is seen as bad to women, it should be seen that way wether the person is attractive or not
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 07:38 PM
3

because we LITERALLY can’t be if we want to be with a woman who’s remotely in our league (& yes, leagues exist. i wish they didn’t cause then maybe i’d have a fulfilling sex life)
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 07:29 PM
2

that was such a great response to that 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 06:32 PM
13

so women don’t gleefully accept being used as a fleshlight by men out of their league then? they seem pretty excited when that’s the case….
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 06:14 PM
1

yeah, 7-10 are all just attractive women with various levels of lighting and makeup lol
/r/PurplePillDebate04/09/22 01:06 PM

it really is… it feeds into the notion that, when it comes to dating, men are either the pillar of looks and allure or vermin that cough dorito dust… which is…just aggressively obtuse.

bro, NONE of y’all are gleefully approaching/welcoming an approach from someone you’re not attracted to. can we please not do the gymnastics this early?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/22 12:19 PM

work people and i don’t gel that well and the one friend i have has tried to immerse me into her circle but….her friends are incredibly white lol

i mean, why else would i be approaching them…?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/22 12:06 PM

a woman being single can still feel wanted at least. a lot of single men are likely seen as NPC’s by most women. that’s the difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/22 11:56 AM
2

putting too much pressure on getting them to like you/be attracted to you. isn’t that the whole point of approaching in the first place tho…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/22 11:54 AM

how do you make friends after college?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/22 11:51 AM

/r/AllPillDebate28/08/22 12:49 PM

i love how the number one reason women are “cautious” about men is rape/assault yet women will prefer the dude who’s 6 inches taller and weighs 30 lbs. more than her over a dude her height. I don’t know. if i had that fear, i wouldn’t almost solely have casual sex with the dude who could literally pin me down until i couldn’t move. but that’s just me, i suppose.
/r/AllPillDebate28/08/22 12:48 PM

yeah cause the myriads of women who have rejected me asking FOR A DATE are soooo ignored….
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/22 07:03 PM

that’s a whole lie lmao. y’all don’t need men to have a life anymore.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/22 06:36 PM

i mean, kink communities wouldn’t be a place i’d use as an example to showcase the crème de la crème of looks but i see where you’re coming from lol confidence definitely plays a role but i’ve been rejected after a date for a girl not liking the shoes i was wearing, another rejected me because me sitting in the passenger seat didn’t make her “feel feminine” (i don’t have a car, at the moment): women have very odd things that give them the ick. average, to me, would be like, a slightly less attra…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/22 12:13 PM

why do people on this sub think a reasonable and logical response to women’s unreasonable standards in the US is literally leaving the country???? “just drop everything: the life you’ve built, the relationships you’ve made. surely you have the income to just chart off to South America, since you want to feel simple love and affection SOOOO bad…” that’s how y’all sound. like, why is it SO awful of an experience for a woman to just date a regular dude…? men have to do it literally ALL THE TIME.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/08/22 12:03 PM
2

but that’s irrelevant because a man can be confident all he wants to be; if the woman doesn’t find him attractive, that’s that lol
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 09:19 PM
1

that + attractive men being afraid to go after women in their league = modern dating being the shit show that it is 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 07:50 PM

i have to say, this roasting is a pleasure to watch. Don’t let up 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 07:23 PM

for full transparency, can we see what those men look like? women tend to underrate men’s looks so i’m curious. even a celebrity look alike would suffice.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 06:52 PM
1

the internet has went in on both Susan Boyle and Beans for their looks and we could do a poll in this sub RIGHT NOW and show you just how many people find these two unattractive. you’re capping your ass off and you know it and that’s why you resort to trying to hurt my feelings instead of having an actual argument yourself. i’m taking stances. you? you’re just flinging insults, hoping they land. PLEASE keep conversing with me. dismantling everything you say is making the work day go faster.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 06:46 PM
2

just like how a lot of women on this sub conflate “i struggle getting women to like me” with “i don’t have any friends that are women”, right? i, too, have friends that are women. i’ve seen my friends (men AND women) get played time and time again and, spoiler alert, it’s usually the women who continue to live in fantasy land while my male friends just begrudgingly take their L and find someone else to mack on.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 06:07 PM
3

it’s not rhetoric i kinda is tho… that cat is outta the bag that women make “relationship material” men wait for sex but will fuck the hot guy because they know they shouldn’t expect more from him than that. women tell on themselves constantly. it’s quite baffling, honestly lol
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 03:57 PM
2

based on a worldview that EVERYONE has. stop being obtuse. NO ONE moderately attractive is giving her or him a chance, no matter how great of a personality they have. it’s hilarious when people don’t have an actual argument on this sub and just resort to slander and finger pointing
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/22 01:31 PM
2

im not so much focused on the creep part more so on the “unrequited interest” part. notice how you had to add the “in any capacity” part to make your argument when you know that’s not what i meant by women preferring to go be played by more attractive men than have reasonable standards

ignoring this astounding projection to respond: do you think it makes sense and is fair for women to be REPULSED by men of their same tax bracket, social status and attraction level?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 08:10 PM
2

because i already know you’ve never given someone as ugly as a 2 a chance and is not a genuine argument. i don’t CHOOSE for women to not want to be with me. that’s just more peddling of “no, it’s not cause you’re short/scrawny/facially unattractive, etc. it’s you pErSoNaLiTy”
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 07:33 PM

if she would rather continue to try with the same man that clearly doesn’t want her, why is it that men get told to stop being a creep, when men do the same thing?

i’m definitely with you on the not having enough hobbies/too much free time part. i literally ponder of all this so much because i have so much free time. i’m definitely bitter but i make sure to not project that on women i’m trying to court. i just simply don’t even try lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 05:23 PM

yeah. a friend asked me “why do you want someone so bad” the other day. I don’t know. perpetual loneliness is a bitch to deal with. involuntary celibacy is a bitch to deal with. knowing that i couldn’t find a woman to want to have sex with me no matter how hard i tried feels bad. i’ve seen how women treat men they actually want: i always imagined how great that must feel; to not be tolerated but to be CHOSEN… it’s not so much i think they’re above or below but more so that women are aware of the…

i’m gonna be 28 in october and have only been in two engagements that i’d consider actual relationships and didn’t really get to date around much so there’s this hole in my life where i feel i missed out on that 21-24 range where you’re an adult but still are young enough to enjoy youth without feeling like “what am i doing with my life,” you know? i just want to find my person so i can maybe stop being worried about intimacy and affection so much. it’s literally what i think about the most (esp…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 11:32 AM

that’s because none of your suggestions are as fulfilling as an actual human being being attracted to you
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 11:25 AM
3

but those aren’t the same at all cause no one is asking women to change their sexual orientation. no one is telling women “if you can’t get hot men, you might as well start muff diving” like…I don’t know why it’s so hard to see that the hypothetical you’re proposing is a terrible example lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 11:23 AM
2

but the difference is women want men MORE ATTRACTIVE THAN THEM to feel the same as they do meanwhile men just want to be able to be able to get women ON THEIR SAME LEVEL OF ATTRACTIVENESS with confidence. hell, i have a girl friend who is willfully entertaining a player and she won’t listen to me so believe me, i understand the stubbornness of women when they just HAVE to have someone
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 12:50 AM
2

again, a guy wanting to screw you isn’t the same as a guy wanting a relationship with you if you continue to refuse to admit that, there’s no further discussion to be had.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 12:38 AM
2

it doesn’t make them a bad person but it’s annoying when they complain about these men when they CHOOSE to continue allowing the guy access without committing to them. the attractive guy IS a bad person because he KNOWS that these women actually care about them and they couldn’t care less about the girl yet will still drain her of all her self respect until she smells the coffee and stops letting him
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/22 12:37 AM
2

yeah, it was a video on my story. but anyways. exactly. she’s pretty cute i.e. average. women with her level of attractiveness should not feel entitled to above average men, in my opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 10:59 PM
2

but women don’t want JUST sex from these men. it’s just that half of them would rather take sex with a hot guy than nothing with a hot guy
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 10:54 PM
3

obviously i’d tell them to look for fellow gay men…? please tell me what “fellow gay men” would be for the average straight man in your oh-so genius analogy of yours.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 10:51 PM
1

but when women do it, it’s fine? what’s the reason why men get villainized for wanting to be attracted to his partner but women can bitch and moan about men who are CLEARLY better than them? fuck all this condescending “you have a few choices” shit: live like me for a year and have someone spew some bullshit like that to you and try your best to not want to punch their teeth in.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 06:17 PM
1

yes i have. they STILL had to cross a looks threshold. & no, that threshold is not high. something is wrong if i can’t even get a woman who looks like this to be excited about taking to me when i look like this
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 06:12 PM
1

why is it so hard for women to understand that getting a man fuck you is NOT THE SAME THING as getting a man to want to be in a relationship with you…? if women want to be let a hot guy play them…how is that your problem? it becomes my probably when god forbid, i, a human being wants to experience intimacy too but my only options are to go after women that are ACTUALLY unattractive since women around my height, weight, and looks want to keep their head in the clouds.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 06:07 PM

once you start telling people to change their sexuality, this stops being a debate in good faith. you and i both know how unreasonable that argument is.

a big portion of MY depression simple reading comprehension, mate. & no, it’s not just sex. it’s feeling wanted sexually at all. prostitution will help a little bit but it won’t solve the issue: no one, man or woman, would feel good about knowing the only way a person would want to be touched by them is with money.

they are not hurting anyone a big portion of my depression has been perpetual loneliness but go off on how this doesn’t affect anyone…. it’s just easier for women compared to men & because of this, hundreds of thousands (if not, millions) of men are being forced into loneliness because average women want to hold out hope that they can bag a man that EVERYONE wants.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 11:47 AM
4

no, the frustration is i’m not ugly but i’m short AKA a top 3 trait in men that women find unattractive that i can’t do ANYTHING about. because of my height, i’m already seen as below average by default, even tho i’m in decent shape, full head of hair, social, etc. i have multiple friends that are women (who i was admittedly in the friendzone with for a good majority of them) and i’m convinced that, if i were more conventionally attractive, some of them would’ve given me a chance.

everyone is this post who have this answer are willfully glossing over how women can AT LEAST get the gratification of intimacy; of feeling at least SOMEWHAT attractive by these men out of their league. meanwhile, average and below average men are constantly told to lower our standards if we’re so upset about being lonely and DON’T get that vain, but affirming gratification that average and below average women do. i know women and men interpret sex in different ways but both genders enjoy fuckin…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 11:23 AM

okay, and if short men were to try to make a movement to make ourselves feel good, there would STILL be plenty of women making twitter threads claiming being under 5’8” gives them “the ick” the sole difference is there are men who are desperate/bored enough to fuck fat women. fat men can’t even get that lmao https://twitter.com/myasiaaa2x/status/1561808775291478016?s=21&t=5EWMWUxlnAIFk_mBps4zWQ Hell, even fat women make fun of short men https://twitter.com/dj_amezon/status/1561667495324418048?s=…

/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 10:59 AM

why are you trying so hard to find any other reason why these women would randomly approach him? 😂 even tho he already answered the question, it doesn’t matter if he’s a shut in or not, many women have “opened the door” for HIM to fuck up. as much as you want to believe it’s not looks, that’s literally the difference between a woman seeing a man as an actual option and not “just a friend”
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 10:46 AM
2

why are we forcing women to get with “not-chad?” because a lot of women are “not-stacy” either but refuse to accept that. hell, didn’t the body positivity movement not essentially force men to give bigger women a chance? what’s the difference if men were to want a similar thing for them to feel good about themselves?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 10:23 AM
2

please show me all the 2’s you gave a chance then lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/22 10:19 AM

okay so date someone uglier then cause “who cares” right?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/08/22 11:05 PM

Does anyone honestly wanna be the guy who they are told to date because he and her are in the same “league?” um….yes….? that’s literally the whole argument (at least, that’s how i interpret it) the only people who’d have issue with that are women; most men are realistic when it comes to who they can get and are happy with that. i’d gladly wager that there are more women who feel entitled to a Chris Evans level of looks than there are men who feel entitled to a Scarlett Johansson level of looks. …

it’s astonishing just how many women here will essentially tell men that they’re unworthy to feel love just because they’re not tall enough yet act so surprised when people say that’s a shitty thing to say.

okay, and the issue is women see stab victims every day on here and don’t care to stop the bleeding whatsoever. financial success or perfecting the perfect steak seasoning isn’t gonna be a bandage for male loneliness, only women are. but women don’t care.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/22 02:11 PM
1

no, that can be an IDEAL but most men just want a woman who isn’t fat and isn’t busted in the face.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/22 01:21 PM
1

don’t you think non-chad men would be able to “get over it” easier if we could illicit any type of sexual reaction from women without having to jump through a myriad of hopes first? i mean, honestly, why is it so hard to understand, as a woman, why men bring up “chad” so much?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/22 01:20 PM
0

but we run into a chicken or the egg scenario: is it that women have such high standards because men aren’t picky when it comes to sex OR is it that men have adapted to not being so picky because the women in their league don’t register themas an option? me, personally? i blame all the top tier men that even entertain any women below them for making them think they have a chance. THATS what’s skewing dating right now.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/22 12:51 PM
2

women love to forget Michelle Obama tried to basically force recess/gym classes and that the Biggest Loser wasn’t one of the most popular shows on television is the 2010’s. women literally gaslit society into giving bigger women a chance but get angry when short men try to do the same. it’s laughable.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 11:43 AM
1

it’s different because the woman is still the one who allows sex to happen in both situations. the women feel cheated because they picked a bad guy. men feel DUPED because they picked the right girl. how many men would continue to shower these women with money if they knew that sex wasn’t going to happen? none. women’s looks are their currency when it comes to dating and it’s much more difficult to run out of. all a woman has to do to have male interest is to just not be unattractive. a man has …
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 11:08 AM

so below average women know a man is obviously not attracted to them and that turns them off…but they don’t mind it if he’s out of her league? then why do women constantly complain about players then if they knew the dude didn’t actually want them? do you not see how it just ends up being these type of women absolving themselves of any responsibility of the situation?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/22 12:03 AM
1

tell that to the -3/10 women who willfully let men use their mouths as fleshlights
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/22 07:36 PM

it’s as simple as this: as a woman, unless extreme circumstances and deformities, most men will want to have sex with you and it won’t be hard to find them. most men experience the opposite. for women, it’s offering honey to bees. for men, it’s it’s throwing a fishing line in the water and hoping something bites.

1

you underestimate how much i lower my standards
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/22 11:50 PM

i’d like to think that learning that the carrot will perpetually be on the stick for most people kills motivation JUST as easily. How much money do you think it cost Bezos to just casually take a field trip to the moon? you don’t think that money could’ve been out towards something else?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/08/22 12:42 AM

my perfect solution would be wealth distribution/higher taxes the more money a person makes. there’s no good moral reason for billionaires to exist yet there are 2700 of them and about 25% of that 2700 are in the US, the country facing some of the highest poverty issues in the world. but like we agreed on, that’s a pipe dream. i don’t think it’s ego to want ALL people to make a livable wage and it’d be achievable if the rich didn’t horde their money.

accountability. “chads” and almost chads need to go after women in their bracket and learn how to be okay with having to work for their reward lol average and below average women need to accept that just because an above average man will use their mouth as a fleshlight does not mean that man wants anything else to do with them. once that happens, then it all trickles down and equilibrium will be achieved, hopefully. i personally think it’s bullshit that women can use high waisted jeans to cover …

working out would solve the skinny, my friend. and sure, taller dudes exist but the caveat is knowing that being six foot tall is TALL ENOUGH to get at least a look from most women. unless you’re hideous in the face, a woman seeing the new you that can fill out a shirt better will likely make her swoon. therapy is a two way street, not a genie. therapy is really just a supplement; a guiding force that is supposed to gives us advice on how to get from point a to point b. unfortunately, the work i…

probably because they’re mainly attracted to men who are put on pedestals themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 12:53 PM

precisely. average men don’t expect Doja Cat but the average girl at a hometown bar? yeah, i expect to be able to get interest from her if i put in some effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 12:36 PM

one of my favorite episodes 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 12:27 PM

like, most of my friends are women and i’m fully aware that the only reason it’s nothing more is because they’re not attracted
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 11:32 AM

people love being willfully dense on this sub… you know plenty of dudes get to know women as people and the women STILL aren’t interested, right? who don’t “trigger a chemical reaction” no matter how much he tries to get to know them. it’s better that it wasn’t as barbaric as some people who just see a hot person and that’s all they need but i still think we should be realistic that a lot of men wouldn’t be on sabiinvesting’s radar in the first place
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 09:38 AM
4

but getting a woman to be attracted is different from getting her to be your friend exactly. I don’t know why so many people on this sub miss this obvious distinction
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 02:26 AM
1

what would your advice be for those who struggle not taking it personally?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 11:45 PM
-1

that makes it feel slightly less as bad
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 10:23 PM
1

so all he had to do is give you a compliment to let you know that you were on his radar and your guard was all of a sudden down afterwards. i’m sure most men on this sub compliment women and don’t get nearly the same results.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 10:08 PM
0

whatever. another woman in this thread said even professional athletes aren’t high value if they think like this so y’all are gonna stick to whatever definitions make y’all good people. there’s no point in this sub cause women rarely will give a “you know what? you might be right” on here lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 09:41 PM
1

i’m saying that there are plenty of good men that women don’t find attractive. women DO value good men but if he’s not that tall or isn’t aggressively good looking, all that good is just gonna land him a “you’re such a good friend” the reason some men with options will exercise those options with no remorse is because there’s not much of a negative outcome in doing so (outside of STD’s and pregnancy) same reason some women with high standards have them with no remorse.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 09:28 PM
3

so, in other words, become more handsome and rich (and work on your mental health) you
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 08:58 PM
2

so you’re just gonna ignore the “you can’t personality your way into attraction” part then? also, where do you think “bad men” (i assume you mean men who are players and the like) get these beliefs from? thin air?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 08:56 PM
2

i can promise that many men you find physically attractive also think like this. women on PPD constantly say you can’t personality your way into attraction so let’s just not even start lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 08:24 PM

it’s really not that hard to understand but women are gonna women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 08:04 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 08:02 PM

unfortunately, the vocal ones tend to be the ones that have strict height standards. also, sorry, i’m not a robot: i want love and affection just like everyone else. believe me, i wish i could be asexual after years of not being wanted lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 07:14 PM
1

you’re saying that like short men have no problem going through hundreds of rejections in order to find the one woman who it doesn’t bother. like that wouldn’t be psychologically damaging at all lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 06:36 PM
1

cause everyone likes to experience the pleasure wealth can provide. think women ACTUALLY find danny davito attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 06:34 PM
1

but we’re not allowed to be bitter. cause then it’s our “personality”
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 06:16 PM
1

well women can’t even reject a guy anymore cause they’re afraid he’s gonna somehow assault her through the phone so excuse me if i’m not confident in thinking women will be honest about that. for example, when women say “i just didn’t feel a spark” that can be interpreted as like five different things lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 06:15 PM
1

not picky about height? or not picky that he’s only 3 inches taller and not 8 inches?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 06:07 PM
1

verb gerund or present participle: gaslighting manipulate (someone) by psychological means into questioning their own sanity. you’re literally telling me short men are getting rejected because they “believe” it’s their height. what would you call that if it’s not gaslighting?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 06:05 PM
2

more gaslighting lol. let me ask you, what do you think came first: short men being insecure about their height or short men learning that society doesn’t take them seriously?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 05:58 PM
1

you literally did it but okay
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 05:49 PM
2

but short women have so much more to offer 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 05:46 PM
1

Almost every woman who’s commented has said “i prefer my man taller” so a short man’s height is a pretty much life or death when it comes to attraction. in other words, it might not be the ONLY reason she rejects him, but is certainly a BIG reason. i’m talking about them using how they don’t want to be taller than their man when wearing something that increases their height as an excuse, not the heels themselves, obviously. short men who give a shit about women being taller are insecure morons a…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 05:46 PM
1

yes people are dicks. that still doesn’t make it less obnoxious that a woman will find a man less attractive if he’s not the tallest in the room, even if he’s still taller than her. it still doesn’t make it less obnoxious that some women even use wearing heels, something that makes them even taller, as a reason to not give short men a chance. but it’ll be a miracle if even ONE woman can admit that on this thread
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 05:31 PM
0

30 year olds date each other all the time and by the time you’re that age, i’m sure no man is thinking he’s the first person she’s ever going to sleep with. just like women don’t find manwhores attractive, men don’t find easy women attractive (at least for relationships) women have NOTHING compared to height for men and y’all just use things like age to justify obnoxious standards thrust upon men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 05:06 PM
2

but why can’t she be attracted? the shorter women are who short men are TOLD to go after. but then she doesn’t like him even tho he’s STILL TALLER THAN HER…so what are short men who don’t aspire to have six figure salaries supposed to do?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 05:00 PM
8

and they don’t care to actually empathize but rather try to gaslight short men to just accept it meanwhile, bigger women spent close to a decade doing the same type of complaining. lucky for fat women that they still have vaginas so SOMEONE will still find an interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/22 04:53 PM
2

even with the whole “just get a woman who’s 5 feet tall” response, how often do you see women THAT short?

looking like some kind of pedo i ask the same question lol what a 6+ foot dude needs a women shorter than 5’6 for, i have no idea. once the top of the girl’s head doesn’t even come to the dude’s shoulder, it just looks odd

people are people, not a business so let’s get that out of the way. other than that, i agree with you: top men are JUST as at fault as average women. they’re not confident enough to swim in their own pond so they go for the easy fish, as most men would

i’ve said it once and i’ll say it again: if men are the pursuers, the apps should be easier for men: Give women a 10 match max that will only allow them to continue swiping if they drop one of the matches Make women pay for filters but keep them free for men (on Bumble) Implement a three-strike penalty for when ANYONE doesn’t respond to a match within the 24 hour window. after three-strikes, account termination. the apps are the way they are because the disproportionate ratio of men to women hav…

see, only about 10% of the women i see when i’m out and about are shorter than me and most of them are usually old women. I don’t know where folks get the whole “average female height is 5’4” thing cause i hardly see them.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:55 PM

exactly. let’s us have SOME of the women
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:43 PM

please enlighten us then
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:42 PM

some people are not able to meet/talk to people out in public this is why OLD was great for me. i literally can’t flirt unless i know there’s mutual interest
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:35 PM
6

it’s a chuckle and “damn, that sucks😂” for you but for men like myself, this just makes you not even wanna be a member of society. THIS is what contributes to modern men just giving up. THIS is what contributes to modern men not being “‘men” anymore (cause what even is the incentive at this point)
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:32 PM
1

so as a 5’6” man, what do i do?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:29 PM
7

you’re not getting how demoralizing it is to say that to someone about something that they can’t change… 5’8” IS taller than the average woman but he’s STILL being told he should be taller yet that aspect is almost always ignored.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:26 PM
5

precisely if you’re a short man, it can feel like a lost cause. sure, the love of my life may frequent the same bar i go to but what if she prefers to go on fridays and i prefer saturday? we’d never run into each other. OLD was supposed to remove that issue and it did before it became a buffet for women and a desert for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:23 PM
9

that’s the thing: it’s not FRAMED as a pitfall, it literally is
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:14 PM

and yet women are shocked when a shorter man is insecure and bitter
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 09:12 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 12:33 PM

this is a really great point. i’ve learned to not confuse kindness for actual interest but it still feels like a glitch in the system when women give me more than small talk/hey, how are you’s.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 12:31 PM
1

precisely. it’s such a cop out.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 10:55 AM
2

that’s essentially how it feels. you’re thinking from the perspective of a woman. sex is unfortunately very integral to a man’s identity. telling men “some of you just won’t be good enough to be loved for who you are” is much more of a punch to the gut than you think it is. my money is not who i am. who i know is not who i am. men want to be valued for WHO THEY ARE just like women want to.

men feel the same way. if we see a woman is clearly a bitch/rude, no, we’re not gonna talk to her just cause she’s hot lol as for the gym bros, they’re like that because not enough people in their lives/society not only hasn’t told them to NOT be like that but also that being like that has been met with positive feedback. it’s as simple as this: would you rather have something that gets your foot in the door (so then you just have to make sure to not break the door when you walk in) OR have some…

based on nothing but their physical appearance with zero consideration to who they are or what they have to offer so women have the ability to know who a random guy at the bar is and what he has to offer all of a sudden? call it as gross as you want but looks are the first thing ALL people see first, full stop. we’re ALL cattle when it comes to dating. as for pete davidson, i think his appeal is he’s a rebel, a jokester. also, he didn’t really get any sexual appeal until Ariana Grande said his d…

shy and introverted women have also been dominated by photogenic men precisely. i’ve stopped blaming women cause men would go after the runway models if the situation were reversed BUT this is why we tell women to date in their leagues. not to police their sexuality but in a way to plead a case that shy, introverted men are being left to starve (and die). again, i understand wanting the hottest person available but if the hottest people usually aren’t dependable because they have o many options,…

but i’m saying that for women that are strangers. as a short man, i’m aware of the height threshold most women have. when you don’t meet that, it’s highly unlikely the woman will see me as an option for anything more than friendship. you know what i mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/22 12:07 PM

the issue isn’t that i want LOTS of casual sex the issue is just how easily sex is obtained for some this right here. seeing my friends get women to dance with them after a few minutes of conversation while i can’t get a woman to say more than hi…. seeing my woman friends go after men who are clear players yet still excuse their bad behavior…. it gets to a point where it’s hard to not think “if i were just more attractive, i could be an awful person and i’d STILL get some women to like me. meanw…

the girls at the bar ARE the judgy, mean types this is why men cling to dating apps so much. because, as a guy who isn’t a 6ft tall Adonis, it almost feels pointless trying to approach women at the ONE place where they’re open to being approached because it’s almost a 90% chance they won’t want to be approached BY YOU

you’re literally arguing over off topic semantics. bottom line: the type of black guy that people think can’t be incels are the stereotypical type of black guy. women love the Idris and Michael B. Jordan’s meanwhile, the Tyler James Williams type blacks get overlooked constantly

i’m realizing that most women in this sub who are taller than average get most of their mistreatment for being tall in grade school, when men are still boys and think they’re a hard ass for saying a swear word at the teacher. the tall women that i know get about the same amount of adoration from the shorter women and i think most men grow out of the “ew, you’re taller than me, bigfoot” phase by the time they get to college. i mean, there’s literally a height requirement of 5’10 to be a professio…

/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/22 03:15 PM

i’m sorry but are you serious? this man just told you multiple scenarios that would make a short man feel bad about his height and your immediate response is “sounds like some internal thing you need to work on” lmao the women in this sub lack so much empathy it’s insane.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/22 02:21 PM
1

this comment hit me like a truck… especially the “thinking she’s interested until a tall dude approaches and seeing what her being interested ACTUALLY looks like” part. it’s the knowing that i’ll never be able to have that effect on women unless i become incredibly successful or in shape that makes dating feel so depressing and hopeless.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/22 02:12 PM
1

what are they saying about height that is so different from what everyone else in this thread is saying lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/22 01:55 PM

it’s still kinda fucked up if you’re told “you’re too short” while you’re still taller than the woman tho and is a shallow preference
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/22 01:25 PM

by racism in dating, i more so reference social stigmas like “bringing a black man home” and such
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 02:44 PM

okay….but i’m not 5’9, i’m 5’6…which means i’m only 2 inches taller than the average woman. i know the “evolutionary reasons” why the 4 inch difference isn’t completely arbitrary but how does that information help any man that is shorter than 5’9”….?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 01:26 PM

do you even have data claiming the opposite…?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 12:41 PM

you have never heard the term ‘dumpster diving?’ you’ve never heard the term ‘pumped and dumped,’ especially on the subreddit we’re talking on…? or do people like you love being obtuse so you can tell yourself “i won a debate today, look at me go…” you don’t need statistics when you have eyes. like i told the other person, go outside.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 12:26 PM

i also noticed most women have a boyfriend that are around at least 4 inches taller (top of their head is around adam’s apple-shoulder are. at 5’6, that means my dating pool starts at 5’2. I don’t know about you, but i rarely see 5’2 women that are in their 20’s and honestly think the average height for both genders is increasing. most women i see when i’m downtown or at work are around my height…which makes me panic about my height even more lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 12:23 PM
14

am a short black man and i just want to say thank you for that. black women don’t give me the time of day and it’s heartbreaking cause like…sure, “racism in dating” is a thing but i can’t even attract my own people…. who will want me then if even my own don’t…?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 12:06 PM

yeah, i really only would want height for sports/physical activities
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 01:04 AM

honestly. i’d be curious to see what the women of r/ForeverAloneWomen even look like. cause in that post where people showed what they look like to get the average PPD’r, i don’t remember any of them being too ugly to get a date lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 12:36 AM
2

I don’t know how women don’t understand that as long as they’re not fat and have a decently attractive face that most men will find them attractive. the whole “step on me” phrase is about tall and/or strong women. look up leanbeefpatty and see all the simps she very deservingly has lol women are the only ones who have a very narrow view of what an “attractive man” is.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 11:12 PM

i had one girlfriend who was 5’10 (i’m 5’6) and can add, i felt the same way this person’s partner does. i remember the looks of “how is he with her?” vividly lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 09:57 PM
10

exactly. it’s not the height, in itself but the knowledge that it’s a BIG reason why my love life sucks. knowing i’ll never be able to dunk a basketball because i’m short? sucks but i’ll get over it. knowing that most women will immediately reject me before i even open my mouth (or even worse, completely eliminate me as an option on dating apps) because i’m short? fucking brutal.

it’s called look outside. you’re welcome
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 06:40 PM

definitely a big part of the problem lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 05:18 PM

at the end of the day, as a man, i’d rather be tall and fat than short and in shape cause i’d at least be able to lose weight. that’s the argument every time and women don’t seem to realize it

i know you’re a dude. which is even more hilarious cause most men know how women feel about Jake Gyllenhaal (physically, ignore the taylor swift stuff) & um, no??? it’s kate fucking upton….? she’s hot enough to probably bag Jake even if she was just a women who worked at Trader Joe’s lmao i don’t think i can make any more clear of an analogy so yeah, i’m good
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 07:55 PM

you just turned down Jake Gyllenhaal… i have nothing more to say to you lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 06:57 PM

than settling for an unattractive guy again, you’re not getting it: the guy is not unattractive, he’s just not AS attractive as the men who usually get No Strings Attached with minimal effort. Women Are Wonderful/Princess Treatment is why women feel they shouldn’t lower their standards one decimal point even if it meant they still end up with Jake Gyllenhaal instead of Henry Cavil
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 06:03 PM
2

the few women i’ve been with that i felt compelled to hide from friends were just fat so… just lose weight lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 04:23 PM

because it won’t make her happy and getting pumped and dumped by a player does? cause even though she willfully got used as a flesh light, at least the guy was hot? but don’t women find casual sex worthless? see how none of that makes sense? no way. it’s a choice men make. yes: either lower your standards until you’re in your 30’s or never touch a woman until your 30’s. great options.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 03:08 PM

shit, i’d be proud of them if most of them actually were unattractive because they are the ones who have somewhat of an idea of what a lot of men deal with when it comes to dating. but again, i doubt that a lot of them are THAT facially unattractive to the point where they can’t find a man to be interested. if i’d take a guess, most are probably fat without a conventionally attractive face to supplement, not outgoing, butterfaces, etc. i’ve seen all three of those types have a man interested in …

im 5’7 so i’m gonna be settled for regardless lol now that that’s out the way, by not as attractive, i mean instead of going for the obvious player who’s a 9, whats so bad about the guy who’s a 7 that you’ve been friends with for a year? and why SHOULN’T some women have to settle? the whole concept of hypergamy is men SETTLING. women makes men settle in dating constantly. equality, right? also, i truly don’t think that women genuinely believe the player is the one. they HOPE they can change him …

that sub needs to have some people post their faces like we have here cause i doubt more than 20% of them are THAT unattractive and they’re probably just shallow themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/22 12:59 PM

i don’t blame them for having that fun but once you hit 22, it’s easy to tell which hot guy is a player and which hot guy is an actual decent human who just happens to be good looking as well. the issue is when women will rather take the risk of getting played with the hot guy who’s known to get a bunch of female attention instead of giving the guy who isn’t as attractive but have more in common outside of the physical a chance and then want us to feel empathy. if the roles were reversed, men wo…

in regards to dating? no, i don’t think that’s a reach at all. i’ve lost count of the amount of times i’ve been told “maybe it’s not your time yet” or “i mean, you’re not UGLY so I don’t know what’s wrong” i’m not ugly but i’m not good enough: that’s been the message i’ve received my whole life. are there women that also go through that? sure. i’ve had a few friends that were…not physically appealing but had similar interests so they were cool to chill with. but no, i don’t think this happens to…

precisely. constantly being the dude HEARING about the cute guy and not BEING the cute guy from most women i’ve been friends with has been damaging to how i view myself. but women don’t care about guys like me
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/22 11:59 PM
2

agreed. i’ve stopped blaming women a long time ago. men would do the same if the roles were reversed. super attractive men just really need to stay in their ballpark. all these couples with 6+ inch height differences, fat women with tall dudes, average women in college with dudes on the basketball team… scenarios like that are why so many men are struggling with women right now.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 05:23 PM

no. it’s the fact that y’all think a man the same height as you is equal to an ugly woman. the last thing women do is compromise. but i realize you’re stuck in your ways because the system benefits you. you’re no better than the greedy people of wall street lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 04:49 PM
1

that’s still about $25/hour. you said it yourself: the good jobs aren’t gonna be found on indeed. so, if i didn’t have a fruitful internship, didn’t really connect with my professors, how do i just get 3-5 years of experience out of nowhere?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 04:47 PM
0

cause i’m not ugly, i’m just not 5’10 or taller lol why can’t ACTUAL ugly men go after ugly women. like, y’all would be so pressed if the value of the vagina was 0 and you couldn’t be seen as these ethereal beings and instead treated like you’re mortal like everyone else
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 04:32 PM
0

the fact that you equate a man being the same height as you to the ugliest woman i can possibly find speaks enough about how bullshit womens standards are. it’s not biology, y’all are just selfish
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 03:35 PM
1

exactly. again, YOUR life isn’t how the AVERAGE persons life pans out. you have to stop speaking from YOUR perspective when it’s a OBJECTIVE discussion on a topic. i get it, you’re well off lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 02:43 PM
1

but when can we start having conversations that involve nuance like how the economy is fucked for EVERYONE and how inflation has made people stay at home longer than usual? when can we start having those conversations instead of just defaulting to “you must be lazy” i work 40 hour weeks just like everyone else but because my hourly wage is shit, that just means i’m lazy and that’s just…simply unfair to put all the blame on someone
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 02:26 PM
1

again, all this sounds a lot more taxing than simply just having to not be fat. and let’s be real, women care about the JOB you do to make money just as much as the money itself; a truck driver does not sound alluring to women lol thank you for the advice but i’m aware i fucked up and know i have to go through hell in back to undo my mistake. NOW: can we go back to the topic at hand which was men having a shit deal when it comes to dating?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 02:05 PM
0

why can’t we “it’s biology” fat women too, then? are you gonna “it’s biology” away a man who is good for you in every other aspect? y’all would be just as angry if the roles were reversed and it’s ignorant how y’all just don’t give a shit because YOU want to feel good about yourself. this is why the world is fucked: everyone has this “better you than me” mentality where no one wants to have any empathy anymore. it’s sad.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 01:58 PM

i mean, driving a truck sounds nice until you realize you get about 14 off days a year lol

it’s hilarious how y’all just don’t care how a good portion of men feel at all. do you speak to fat women like this too?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 12:11 PM

so because you want to feel good about yourself, a whole demographic of men can just fuck off? that’s the message, yeah?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 11:34 AM

i already admitted to not having a plan. you don’t need to continue driving that point across. i get it. it’s just bullshit.

well i’d much rather be a fat women and just have to get a gym membership than be me, who by how you’re breaking it down, essentially has to uproot his whole life to be seen as an option
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 05:11 AM
1

probably. i’m working on it. i just want be able to get laid more than 1-2 times a year and feel i should be able to with SOMEONE being just who i am now. also, you inadvertently answered my question by the way: going to the gym is MUCH easier than going back to school and finding a career lol

forgive me for not being an engineer lol. again, stop thinking about how YOUR life went and think about how the life of the AVERAGE person goes. not all of us have a job right after college. also, sorry for thinking i can pull women who make the SAME hourly wage as i do

is it really a fucked mindset if NEITHER GENDER finds fatness attractive tho??? it’s like when men (and sometimes women) try to tell me that because a woman has a height standard that i “dodged a bullet” for avoiding a shallow woman but who’s to say that she isn’t the best girlfriend to men she’s actually attracted to? it’s the same thing here: fat women hate being treated like they should be easy lays, never being wanted for more than their “utility” just the same as short men hate being treate…

i think they’d lessen the number of men who are AS upset as they are now but it wouldn’t cure things like loneliness. but also, as someone pointed out, not all men would feel better doing it since knowing the only way they could get a woman to touch them was with money.

how often does an above woman talk to a lower man vs. the inverse tho…. it all comes down to which problem would you rather have: having options but having to be weary of which are genuine OR know that you have zero options and have to go through a rigorous grind to get options just to STILL have to be weary of which are genuine?

the thing with those 48 messages is that Becky knows that half of those are men that more or less just want to sleep with her but she willingly ignores that because “if i’m gonna willingly allow myself to be used for sex, the guy better at least be hot so it’s worth my while” that’s how YALL view yourselves. i’ll never understand why women simply can’t find a man the same height as them as a sexual option nor how y’all think it makes sense and is fair for a man to BE FORCED to try to find a woma…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/22 03:25 PM

that’s why it’s frustrating having these conversations but, like she said, short men HAVE to start pushing back. no one else is gonna do it for us. like, “inability to attract women” is literally the only aspect of life that makes me feel bad about my height. can’t dunk a basketball? 3’s are worth more than 2’s anyways. can’t attract a woman? well, guess i either change my entire diet and lift heavy things for 1-2 years OR make at least 70-80k a year which we know is JUST as easy as doing cardio…

what women are we exactly supposed to go after then? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/22 12:44 PM

and that’s why this cycle will never end. y’all cherish the validation of someone above you more than the respect of someone in your same league then blame ALL men for being shit when y’all willingly walk into a minefield because “if i’m gonna willingly allow myself to be used for sex, if the guy is hot, i won’t feel AS bad”
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/22 12:28 PM

no, we simply want y’all to realize that your minimum attraction threshold for men is incredibly narrow. once that’s acknowledged, productive conversations can be had

the answer to this whole response is in the comment it’s responding to: short men are viewed as insignificant in society. the reason tom cruise HAS to wear lifts in his movies is because he’s an action movie star who has to be tall because, again, who is taking an action star serious at 5’6?” i’m not saying Lizzo is popular BECAUSE she’s fat. i’m saying Lizzo is popular because she’s UNAPOLOGETICALLY fat (and facially attractive, which, agreed, does help). men being unapologetically short is jus…

y’all say you don’t care it you’re the same height but i rarely see situations where the man of same height or close are the number one choice, ya know? but i also can acknowledge my bias as being a shorter man. as for Lizzo, it’s not that she has confidence. it’s that she has confidence in something (being a fat woman) that is wildly agreed upon on this very sub to be viewed as unattractive by BOTH genders yet still gets support, in spite of that. women SUPPORT the confidence, they SUPPORT the …

but if i have to grow 5 inches in height and spend at least a year to gain 15+ pounds of muscle and be in shape to be considered as a women’s “minimum attraction threshold” when all she has to do is not be fat to be a man’s threshold, when can we, as men, start calling that bullshit?

/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 10:57 PM

i promise you that you’d get more attention than a trashy fat white woman. you’re projecting.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 10:10 PM

nah, i remember being attracted to many women in high school before they had there “glow up in college” phase
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 09:19 PM
1

almost 99% of the time lol
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 09:15 PM

this is the best analogy i’ve seen for what this feeling is lol
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 09:14 PM

bingo
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 08:45 PM

the problem isn’t making friends with women, it’s women never seeing me as more 😎
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 08:11 PM

then they can stop swiping and actually talk to some of their matches instead of swiping because validation feels nice. they can stop swiping on men that they’re on the fence (since they clearly aren’t quick to adjust their standards anyways) so they can stop being so dry during messages. most of women’s problems on OLD outside of the classic name calling is self inflicted and they just want to absolve themselves of fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/22 11:14 AM

already got an idea of the type of men you go for if they can bag two women in a week lol
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/22 01:57 PM

you’re not obligated for a response tho, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/22 01:55 PM

i feel seen
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/22 03:55 PM

yeah, that makes sense
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/22 11:17 AM
3

i see this and always wonder why, although you are right, a majority of women prefer men that are twice their size since safety is such a concern. sure, he can intimidate other men but who’s protecting you from your own partner?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/22 11:15 AM

then dating apps aren’t for you

this is the one comment on this post that doesn’t read like fluff. thank you

anyone got a TLDR? 😂

great synopsis
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 07:50 PM

when the topic is LITERALLY about success with women, how on earth is that the point?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 05:55 PM

even when it’s not the goal tho, if they find you attractive enough, they’ll put the ball not only in your court but in your hands too. women will only notice if you’re friends with OTHER ATTRACTIVE WOMEN
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 05:41 PM
3

im sorry but the way i’ve been friends with multiple women who were around the same size as me and beat me in an arm wrestle makes it hard for me to co sign the whole muscle mass argument also, if he was raped by a woman, i find it hard to think he’d find it to be nearly as traumatic as a woman being raped by a man
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 05:16 PM
4

never said it was bad. just saying that simply being a good friend and making them comfortable around you does not mean they’re gonna find you attractive by doing so
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 05:08 PM
1

but i’m saying it doesn’t have to be a “struggle olympics” i don’t get satisfaction from it but i just want women to think just slightly below the surface and ask themselves “WHY do these men treat loneliness as equal to sexual assault? is it just as harmful, to them, to their psyche” unfortunately, sex and the ability at which you have it are big proponents to a man’s value. the more and more bleak fulfilling that need gets, the more and more outraged men you’ll see comparing not getting matche…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 05:08 PM

because you all are telling us to try to make friends with women AS PRACTICE FOR TALKING TO WOMEN. i’m sure most men who struggle with attracting women don’t have the highest standards and can find most women attractive, especially when one MIRACULOUSLY sees us as an option. it only doesn’t matter if we’re not attracted, obviously
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 04:57 PM
2

did that. now i just get put in the friend zone
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 04:41 PM
2

okay, fair. how about wage gap, equality, etc. why should men care if a woman is educated?earns her own living? BECAUSE WE’RE ALL HUMANS. we’re on on a floating rock in space and are only here for a minuscule amount of time yet we just choose to make it difficult for each other with “better them than me” mindsets like this and it will continue because those that aren’t “effected” by the issues so no reason to change.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 04:30 PM
2

by your logic, why should men care about abortion rights, women who face sexual assault through dating, etc.?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 02:52 PM
1

conveniently all removed. anybody remember what the comments were?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/22 02:35 PM

sounds like a great childhood with a lot of positive feedback. wish i had that lol men ALSO want quality tho. not bottom of the barrel
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/22 03:27 PM

i can be secure in my height as well as secure in knowing most women find it unattractive, no?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/22 01:01 PM

ahem michael b jordan
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/22 12:57 PM

the person you’re replying to is just trying to say that the door will always be open for men who are THAT good looking for most women but only if you’re THAT good looking. the average man learns not too long after huh school where he stands in the hierarchy and knows that the bottom of the barrel are the only women who will have the door open for them. i know very few women who have the same bad luck.

you’re the second black woman in 24 hours to try and tell me it’s comparable to being a short man. you realize i’m also black, right? Guess who likes black women? BLACK MEN. what women like short men? on top of that, BLACK WOMAN have had the highest standards of all the women i’ve tried to be with, funny enough. y’all be the ones don’t see anyone other than a PartyNextDoor or Brent Faiyaz lookalike. y’all do not like Donald Glover type black dudes. the more eccentric will favor a Lakeith but tha…

what i find attractive: around my height decent face cool personality isn’t fat i’m pretty sure most women can fall under those preferences. while you wish for hottie hot hots to be in your league, i wish for REGULAR women to not be hung up on height cause it’s arbitrary when you realize non-straight women usually have no height requirements for women 🤷🏾‍♂️ so one gender is essentially made to believe that they’re only as attractive as their perception of being “big and strong” it’s bullshit, li…

before the text of the quote hmmmm? it sucks. it does. i’d definitely trade crooked teeth for height tho lol remove the entitlement a bit i don’t think it’s entitlement to expect to be able to attract a woman who isn’t out of shape. i don’t go to the gym, i just have a fast ass metabolism and do a lot of walking lol. my days of pining and realistically seeking “hot” women are long gone after years of the universe telling me those women are never gonna be interested. so now, i just want a woman w…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/22 01:45 PM

i gotta learn how to do the indent shit lol but the first point is fair. if i were also fat, i wouldn’t have shit to say but i’m healthy, have visible abs when i flex. i’m literally JUST short. i will never not think that it’s unfair that being short means i have to accept “the land of forgotten toys” just cause i don’t tower over every person when i walk into a room. women are ridiculous and they know it. they just won’t do anything about it cause they don’t have to
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/22 01:28 PM
2

well, not dating bigger women is a hill i’m willing to die on. if i could go to the gym to go from 5’6” to 5’10”, i would not be on reddit. big women just don’t wanna do the work. i get people can be genetically disposed to carry weight but that doesn’t mean you can’t be as slim as you can possibly be ESPECIALLY if you want the caliber of parter you want. what frustrates me about women’s standards is that what they ask of men, in regards to lowering our standards, is shit that they would NEVER d…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/22 12:56 PM
2

why is it so much to ask for a human, not just a woman, to simply not be fat? why is that the knife that short men must fall on every time cause an average, 30% body fat woman can’t BEAR being the same height as their partner (if he’s a man, of course. bi women usually don’t have height requirements for women, funny enough)
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/22 12:45 PM
1

what do you find attractive on a tall man that a shorter man doesn’t have outside of height then?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 08:48 PM

oh nah, too short is once that first number becomes a 4 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 07:37 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 07:35 PM

where are the 5’5-5’8 women who think like you????
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 07:28 PM

5’6. 5’7 on my dating profiles lol
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 07:27 PM

this is my answer
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 06:57 PM
1

but what about it is attractive, physically?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 06:53 PM
2

and i am a dark skin man with coily hair… unless you’re unattractive and/or fat, no, you do not have it just as hard as short men. not everyone man on this sub is white lol
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 06:52 PM
6

precisely
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 06:50 PM
1

i just want women to have a thing they couldn’t change that damn near disqualifies them from dating someone they actually find attractive like height does for men. that’s the only way these conversations will be had while also being productive
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 06:20 PM
2

you realize how it’s mainly mental attraction as opposed to being attracted to the actual person, right? like, men like big asses cause they’re nice to grab, they’re soft, gives the women shape. men like hourglass figures cause they’re usually good proportions between hip and waist, it signals that the woman is in relative shape and it’s much easier to wrap your arms around compared to a fat woman. women seem to like tall men just cause the PERCEPTION of protection instead of genuine attraction …
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 05:42 PM
1

you don’t have a NEED to feel protected by them?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 03:41 PM
1

but why. it’s just longer proportions 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 02:17 PM
1

ah, didn’t see the “or shorter” part. interesting you don’t mind them being skinny AND short
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 01:46 PM
1

valid. i saw a whale with a skinny Lebowski at the museum yesterday. the power of the vagina, man 🤦🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 01:12 PM
2

is there a reason the men MUST be tall but the woman can be all shapes and sizes, more or less?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 12:20 PM
2

as long as you find them valid lol
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 12:18 PM
2

indifferent about height as long as she’s with a deviation of four inches shorter or taller than me (i’m 5’6). indifferent about breast size but gotta have some type of cheeks (at least something to grab) can range from skinny to curvy
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/22 12:15 PM
3

in the 20-24% category but i’m 5’7 🙃
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/22 05:19 PM
1

exactly. most average men are finding her sufficiently attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/22 05:18 PM
1

i’m aware lol but if anything, that proves my point even better: the figure of the average woman is still seen as attractive by i’d guess at least 55-60% of fellow average men
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/22 05:04 PM
1

okay, maybe not that skinny https://images.app.goo.gl/yCKFhUZHeikKUuuz9 this is the average build of a woman, to me. this STILL isn’t bad and women of this build still can garner interest
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/22 04:23 PM
1

that’s what i mean. she’s lost weight but she still has a full figure. she’s not built like Bella Hadid but she’s not Lizzo either lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/22 03:40 PM
4

y’all keep talking like the average woman is some beast looking person like Rasputia from Norbit when reality is that the figure of the average woman is more closer to an Adele. i.e. they’re just fuller figured women. OBESE women are what y’all have in mind when y’all say overweight. AVERAGE men want AVERAGE women. it’s the AVERAGE women that struggle finding AVERAGE men attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/22 02:38 PM
2

thank you so much for this. no amount of therapy is gonna help someone achieve a livable wage, for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/22 01:02 PM

i even put the name in quotes and you still couldn’t fight the urge to use it as a buzzword to immediately get that “HA! you’re an incel!” out of your system. i got laid just the other day, through dumpster diving, funny enough. we had a good time, shared laughs, fucked at her place and got milkshakes. she had a good time, so did i. please tell me what i did differently in that scenario from the attractive men that average women go after. & again, will you feel better if i just say a good lookin…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 07:59 PM
1

if i go dumpster diving, take you on a fun date, we’re having a good time, etc. i’m giving it no more than two dates; if i’m still getting denied even a heavy make out session, i’m gone. again, as morally correct as you wanna be, average women probably bend over backwards for “Chad” 80% of the time so why can’t an average guy expect the same treatment from a below average woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 07:30 PM
1

have you ever heard of a woman saying they were doing “charity work” when giving an ugly guy a chance? or men saying the went “dumpster diving?” it’s the same thing. as morally correct as you want to be, there are people that you think are not as attractive as you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 07:24 PM
1

if we change the word from entitled to expect, would it make you feel better?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 07:17 PM
1

how is “men often don’t let women pay” not relevant to “women feel entitled to a man paying for a date” lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 07:07 PM
1

you realize you’ve sidestepped and reframed every point i’ve made right? for example: “if someone offers, i’ll let them pay” is not an answer to “y’all give a different energy when the man tells you to not even think about it” you’ve done that this whole conversation lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 07:04 PM
1

women can make their own money, yes. never said they couldn’t…women will bring their money to be safe but you can’t tell me y’all don’t bring a different energy when the guy tells you to not even think about reaching for the check vs. when a guy earnestly asks you if you’d like to split the bill both genders ghost people yes. but ask yourself: who are the men that usually ghost? the ones with options, right? for the average early 20 something man, unless he won the genetic lottery, we don’t have…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 06:24 PM

exactly. i think about the women i could pull if i were just four inches taller all the time lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 06:04 PM
1

not entitled to money but expect men to pay for dates, have their own place and a car by age 23-25? got it. everyone should feel entitled to being treated well, says the gender that constantly leaves men on read and forces them to “take the hint” i’m not mad at being a friend nor do i see these relationships as transactional. the reason i’m mad is because the SOLE reason i’m just a friend and not more is not because i’m unattractive but because i’m not attractive enough (being short, i’m reduced…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 05:19 PM

this. it’s not so much the casual sex itself but the ability to propose that that’s the ONLY thing you’re interested in and still getting a ‘yes’ with little to no effort.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 05:04 PM
0

you’re literally the one who brought up entitlement first in this conversation but alright. you’re being dense for your argument and that’s fine, i get the sub that i’m in. but you and i both know women also feel entitled to the spoils of men (“I am the table” being a response that a lot of women love to use) y’all feel entitled to our money, no? i’ve seen women give attractive men chance after chance when the dude is CLEARLY not being serious cause they feel ENTITLED to be treated better. go tr…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 05:00 PM

read my edit. women feel entitled to good looking men, male servitudes etc. everywhere. are you blind?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 04:18 PM
0

do unattractive women NOT feel entitled to attractive men….? edit: notice how i used the words “rare” and “be able to” which means they still gotta work for it but it’s actually possible. they problem with someone of you women is you wanna villainize anyone who has a penis BECAUSE they have a penis
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 04:15 PM
0

it’s not JUST that they get play: if even fat women get to have a rare one night stand, it’s only fair for most men to be able to also lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 04:03 PM
1

as an average AND short man, if i were to wake up tomorrow looking like a 6’2 Chris Brown, i’d have my fun for probably 3 months and then be bored of the hoe phase and settle for someone close to my league. i don’t understand dudes who sleep around for years at a time lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 04:01 PM
1

deleted and antiquated is beautiful lol
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/22 03:54 PM

glad someone else said it. i’ve heard the word incel coming from women much more than i’ve seen men call each other one

thank you for reminding me of iskra lawrence
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 10:26 PM

eh, if she goes beyond 30-35%, i start sleeping in another room lol

funny how that works lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 09:56 PM

27-29% and beyond are desperation fucks. trust me, i’d know.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 09:53 PM

that’s not even THAT tall for a woman
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/22 06:26 PM

dated a tall women, can confirm i got more questioning remarks from women. men would just have a confused but respectful look on their face 😂

any advice on how to build a social circle post college?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/22 10:19 AM

as the other reply says, yeah. i’m asking how do you do well
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/22 04:31 AM

it’s hard to focus on other things when those other things are either make a lot of money(which is hard) or suddenly have the charisma of a young Jim Carrey lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 11:54 PM

as a fellow 5’6” man who is NOT socially inept, all my friends are women, etc: HOW?!
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 11:53 PM

i made the comment above but he basically said it best. an overweight person can have some peace knowing they can get smaller a short man…we just kinda have to do a lot of therapy to not feel bad about being second fiddle
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 10:38 PM
1

bingo
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 10:37 PM
2

but you’re probably angry at yourself because your traits are mutable. as a short man, i get angry at women’s preferences cause there’s literally nothing i can do about it
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 10:34 PM
1

yeah, you have a point. it’s hard to be fun when you’re broke 🙃
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/22 01:51 PM
1

in a world where no women prefer orange juice lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 10:24 PM
1

solely cause women are usually the gender that’s offended that being more attractive is why people find them more attractive. it wasn’t personal, i promise. i’m sure rejecting them was mildly satisfying lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 05:22 PM
2

that actually makes much more sense. i was wonder if i’d be able to stay with someone if something like that were to happen. I don’t know 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 04:53 PM
3

nah, women retract immediately when i try to step out of platonic territory. it’s a fine line, for sure
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:22 PM
4

so it was more acne than weight? i’m not trying to put you down but more so trying to get you and women like you to see it from the other perspective. trust me, i get it. i cried over my height last week lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:19 PM
3

wouldn’t it be ugly women…since i’m attracted…to women… it’s always nonsense when talking to you tho so i don’t even know why i’m giving this a response
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:14 PM
1

literally all my friends are women so i definitely think it’s just cause my looks lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:06 PM
3

would you date someone you found attractive but was in a wheelchair? i wouldn’t and believe it’s basically the same thing: a physical characteristic i couldn’t find attractive. that doesn’t make either person wrong, in my opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:05 PM
7

precisely. they wanna tell us it’s not negotiable but then also have this mindset. make it make sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:03 PM
4

word. guess i’ll finally give it a try
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:03 PM
6

ma’am, i have ZERO likes on my dating apps. that’s even includes from women i don’t find attractive. i’m sorry but yes, i would love to be sexualized, have to be more vigilant about my surroundings, etc. if it meant i had more options. i’m weird 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:02 PM
2

agreed, if you end up more attractive when the buzzer sounds, you’re more than welcome to tell those folks to fuck off with a smile. i know i would lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 02:00 PM
2

also super late to the party (approaching 28 this year) we got some catching up to do lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:58 PM
6

do you still think “gym-maxing” will matter for men 5’7 and below tho?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:47 PM
37

i’m sorry but i’ll never understand women who get angry that men suddenly find interest in them when they lose weight. as a short man, i know that if could somehow workout to miraculously become at least 5’10, i’d have more options and i wouldn’t be upset because i DID THE WORK to be more attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:39 PM
2

if you wouldn’t at least fuck the girl in the video, you’re the delusional man these woman are talking about
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:17 PM
1

i mean, me personally, i know that asking a girl how much she weights is not the same as asking a dude his height cause weight distribution and how much it varies from person to person (like boobs and such) so i don’t even pay attention to numbers. i like to think most people know there’s a difference between a woman with some curviness and a woman who’s genuinely fat (Adele now vs. Adele before the weight loss)
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:16 PM
1

going off the link u/ummizazi has been sharing, i’m seeing that “overweight” is simply “they have curves” even tho i immediately think of actual fat people when i see that word.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 11:03 AM
1

if you can’t see women making up excuses to feel entitled to men simply for being asked to lose weight while constantly telling short men “you’ll find one of us women who don’t care about it MAYBE but stop whining about it” as being too picky, there’s no conversation to be had between us lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 11:00 AM
1

yeah, that’s fair
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:38 AM
1

so why do you think that the media wants us to find a woman who is extremely obese attractive but no one cares to try to give short men a better case to be viewed as more attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:09 AM
1

answered my other question. okay, i can see how 75% of people are overweight now. jesus our system is harsh lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/22 12:02 AM
1

if those women are obese, does a term for Lizzo even exist?

could you give a photo example or even a famous person that fits your definition of overweight? cause when i hear overweight, i immediately go to Lizzo or Melissa Mccarthy. 3/4 of people are not that big 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 11:36 PM
1

there’s literally someone in this very thread claiming that asking for a woman to not be overweight is a “big ask” they wants us to just accept absurdity 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 11:19 PM
1

yeah, i never understood this angle either
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 11:16 PM
2

how is “not being overweight” a big ask 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 10:46 PM
2

no. we don’t. AVERAGE men want AVERAGE women. i realistically know that SZA or Kali Uchis would never give me the time of day. I realistically know super attractive women that i see when i go out would never give me the time of day. I don’t know why folks keep peddling this narrative that Kyle Mooney looking dudes are DEMANDING a Blake Lively lookalike. they’re not lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 10:40 PM
5

there’s literally two of us saying most of them are passable to find some attraction lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 10:14 PM
2

my other comment still stands that only 2 of the women have figures that a better face would fix. hell, even the red head in the first picture could have options. the one in the wedding dress tho? yeeeeeeeaaaaah, better chance after losing weight.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 07:13 PM
5

exactly. that’s every weekend for HVM 😂 they just want any dude who isn’t tall to be happy with actual fat women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 06:04 PM
2

it makes zero sense to me too lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 05:37 PM
6

wait, so you’re telling me the girl in the video example wouldn’t have ANY interests? lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 05:31 PM
0

all but like two of these women have bodies that a cute face WOULD fix. they all just have busted faces and most of them look over 30 lol edit: realized i typed this wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 05:13 PM
1

when people talk about averages, we have to factor in different regions cause i hardly see women THAT big. i’m in the northern states tho so fatties of the south probably bring that average up more
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 03:15 PM
2

yeah, going by your history, these women are just fat lol. fat women do be hella easy tho for those long winters 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 01:12 PM
2

women literally just have to not be fat lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 12:44 PM
2

new copypasta? lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 12:40 PM
1

thank you. the only thing i did wrong is that i didn’t grow to be a 6 footer and that somehow means i only should go after fat chicks? why not tall dudes have fat chicks since their proportions would be able to actually handle a 5’4 195lb woman lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 12:36 PM
3

shits comical how some women can’t see this point
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 12:30 PM
2

i never see where people get these notions that men think an average woman is a bombshell. an average woman, to me, is Pam from The Office. she’s cute but nothing spectacular whatsoever.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 12:25 PM
1

precisely.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/22 12:22 PM
3

thank you lol
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/22 08:59 PM
33

you still at least make it pass the threshold. short men literally can’t do shit outside of become rich or really fucking famous, locally or otherwise
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/22 11:22 AM
5

well, when all a regular woman needs to do is not be fat and not have a busted face to attract a tall, dark and handsome while a regular man has to be in shape, not be shorter than 5’10, be facially attractive, and has to have the charisma of Leo Dicaprio to get an average woman to even be excited about him, it’s not shocking that people think that’s bullshit
/r/PurplePillDebate14/06/22 09:39 PM
1

my point is literally right there: “a good majority of y’all bring your walls down if a guy is tall and handsome”
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 06:07 PM
1

that guy still got laid that night. cause my friend thought he was hot and found it playful. not ALL women but a good majority of y’all bring your walls down if a guy is tall and handsome. it’s not a weird ideology, it’s how people work.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 01:59 PM
1

bingo
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 12:07 PM
1

okay so i’ll throw an oddly specific hypothetical: you’re on a trip with a group of close friends and they invite their friends of friends to come through yada yada. as everyone is having a good time drinking and such, you find yourself alone in the living room, laying on the couch. one of the friends of friends comes over and starts softly touching and rubbing your feet. is this creepy?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 12:00 PM
1

but an attractive man will have to be more to trip the creep alert. all an unattractive guy has to do is linger around five seconds longer than he’s wanted and the woman is annoyed lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 09:42 AM
1

5’9 is still passable for most women in real life. it’s a lot more difficult when most women in your day to day life are eye level with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 02:42 AM
2

when the woman also makes 40k and lives with roommates…yes, they’re unrealistic…. why is that hard to grasp?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 10:38 PM
2

there it is lol
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 10:34 PM
3

and people are more willing to consent to the attractive person. it’s called a halo effect.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/22 10:21 PM
2

like, mom, i WISH my friend and i were doing what you think we’re doing when i’m over her place all the time lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/22 02:05 PM
1

piggybacking to say this is me: if you saw me on the street, you’d think i had a different girl every week but nope, i’m just a photographer and women like to show they look cool on instagram lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/22 01:31 PM
3

the many times in my life that i’ve seen my exact personality in men around 6 feet and it leading them to success would like to have a word
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/22 01:24 PM
-5

women who look like Zoey Dashanel about 5’5, about 140lbs.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/22 10:17 PM
7

being a man under 5’8” really turns dating from hard to expert. jesus….
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/22 08:12 PM
3

this is me lol. they love me as a friend but as soon as they get a whiff that i’d be interested in more, vibes change
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/22 07:54 PM
1

i’ve been diving into my photography lately which lets me express myself and make shit i think looks cool so that’s been good for me. it doesn’t help that models….look like models tho lol. i’ll have attractive women follow me on instagram and have to remind myself they’re interested in the camera, not me 🙃 as for working out, due to me being short, i don’t really see an incentive in it. my metabolism has essentially guaranteed that i’ll never be remotely fat unless i forcibly ate my own body wei…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/22 12:33 PM
7

yes, 1000%. i’d just take a martial arts class and carry pepper spray at all times. unless a woman is literally bottom of the barrel, they will never know what it’s like to be truly invisible to the opposite sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 10:38 PM
1

my friend has rocked a dude in a bar for touching her ass and he immediately fell back. you underestimate how pussy some dudes are when they get hit in the face
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 01:32 PM
1

yeah, i’m trying. rejection from women has just spilled into feeling rejected, in general. constantly being good enough to be a friend but not attractive enough to be seen as more; over and over and over again…. men, never be short.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/22 11:00 AM
1

can you please stop changing the topic. i’m talking solely from a physical standpoint: even if both of them are “intense loners,” WHICH of the two is more of a physical threat? it’s a simple question.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 06:26 PM
2

thanks for the links. wish me luck
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 03:59 PM
3

so even if this intense loner can’t even bench 100 pounds, he’s a threat because something, something man, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 03:58 PM
3

thank you. like, u/hemaristhysbe, who’s more dangerous: the short, skinny dude or the tall, in shape guy?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 02:59 PM
3

oh no, i’m not fat at all. i’m just short lol. 5’7” @ 145lbs. i’m built like a gay best friend lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 11:03 AM
3

see, but going to bars alone makes me feel like a pariah lol. i’m in pittsburgh so a small city but a city nonetheless. i could probably see if there was a local rec league for basketball, i suppose
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 11:01 AM
17

i literally enjoy all of those. I don’t know why people fail to acknowledge that it’d be difficult to even HEAR of a party if you don’t have friends. Hell, most “party people” are sub 25; college aged. so that leaves over 25 men to bars (cause a 25+ parting with 22 year olds is just weird) which are expensive and where most people just keep to their friend group anyway. why can’t people outside these groups of men have any real empathy for isolated, invisible, forgotten people? we literally are …
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 09:17 AM
2

like, i’d give anything to just have to be skinny and have a decent face for society to say i have value.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 09:00 AM
3

thank you so much for this. i really did try…
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/22 08:57 AM
1

it makes sense for women in scenarios when the woman is dumbfounded that a sought after man would rather choose to explore options than to settle. not so much in scenarios where a man is upset that a woman who is shorter than him tells said man that he’s not tall enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 10:37 PM
1

do you think most women, or even most PEOPLE for that matter, care about someone’s personality if they don’t find them attractive? be honest.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 10:17 PM
1

so….you’re not gonna answer the question? got it 👍🏾 here, i’ll give you a hint: which gender is more often told that their standards are too high? it rhymes with “whomen”
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 10:16 PM
1

so….you’re not gonna answer the question? got it 👍🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 10:14 PM
1

cause those men afterwards are usually tall lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 09:58 PM
4

no. i can read. the question still remains lol. & no, men can’t make our own “body positivity” thing cause we want to feel attractive to WOMEN. if there weren’t enough men who were chubby chasers, women’s body positivity wouldn’t have worked either. hell, referring to a man as “short king” was endearing for a whopping two days before it become an unironic meme.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 09:58 PM
3

why do men have to accept being told to lower our standards but it’s an issue when we tell women to do the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 09:31 PM
1

yes and no. the more attractive the woman is, the more usual the requirements are, obviously but i see plenty of examples of couples where….let’s just say height was definitely the reason he’s in a relationship lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 09:24 PM
4

i have gone after basic white women, chubby goth women, black women, tall women, nerdy women, etc. a good 72% of them had a standard for height that was at least the man being a head taller. did they tell me that verbatim? no. i saw who they dated afterwards lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 09:22 PM
5

nah…women definitely have weird height preferences. not necessarily “6 feet or nothing” but more so “i want to feel small….which means he has to tower over me” lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 08:44 PM
0

from what i see in person and what i read on here, most women prefer a man be at least 4-8 inches taller in order to feel intrinsic attraction. are there women who are less stringent than others? of course.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 08:15 PM
2

yes….? most women want a tall man…? were you born yesterday?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 07:33 PM
0

height. a 5’5 woman rejecting a dude 2-4 inches taller not being tall enough will always be absurd to me since all height really affects are the proportions of the body. but we all know “long legs” isn’t the reason women care about height.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/22 07:03 PM
2

threads like this should really be pictures only
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 05:53 PM
2

this is the answer
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 03:20 PM
1

talking about looks, PURELY looks “so not dream person means you don’t love them?” WHAT?! 😂 note to self: remind me to just not debate here anymore lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 03:07 PM
6

ma’am, my neighbor who is PLENTY average makes $1000/month from OnlyFans to help with her bills. it most certainly has benefits lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 02:37 PM
6

so being with someone who isn’t your dream person but you still find attractive isn’t a common thing now….? & please tell me how a woman simply not being fat and not having a busted face top 30….
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 02:35 PM
1

but what percentage of women do you actually think that ONLY want casual sex? the good girl who’s “never like this.” do you count her?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 02:28 PM
10

there literally is 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 02:24 PM
7

college age women definitely fuck around but also pine after the same type of dude who is KNOWN to get around. source: was on a college dance team where the women complained about said men constantly
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 02:20 PM
3

but a red flag for a woman is shit like being self centered, materialistic, the town bicycle, etc. for a dude who only cares about sex, those aren’t really red flags.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 02:18 PM
2

never said y’all don’t. but i’d imagine the percentage of women who solely want to do casual sex is fairly low
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 02:14 PM
1

i’m aware that women have the agency of ignoring red flags cause a guy is hot lol the same red flags that women tell men who aren’t conventionally attractive to avoid doing, funny enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 01:56 PM
6

a common strawman people have in this sub are “you don’t get laid cause you only go after runway models and gym girls” what i’m saying is, personally, i just want a regular, average looking woman to intrinsically find me attractive. unfortunately, conventionally attractive men trade those women like it’s their fantasy team which leave average men to….very unattractive women lol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 01:12 PM
1

hard agree. i’ve had enough partners to know that most vaginas kinda have the same function and a woman is only as good at sex as how enthusiastic she is during. that being said, i haven’t had sex in about a year while trying my hardest to change it. THAT’S why “just get a hooker” is awful advice. it’s basically cheating while playing hide n seek
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 12:36 PM
4

what if men can acknowledge that super attractive women but would be happy with an okay face, slim (don’t read that as physically fit, literally just not fat) woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/22 12:17 PM
1

she was never gonna let you win 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/22 10:23 PM
1

you have to change the heights to 5’6 and 6’1 and you’ll have your answer
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/22 03:44 PM
10

in my experience, as a short but average black man, black women have been the most picky tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/22 01:46 PM
1

that’s exactly the point lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/22 03:10 PM
1

no but that’s the most normal looking dude i could find a picture of lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/22 02:17 PM
1

Zac Efron is a whopping 5’8 and has had a line of women wanting to jump his bones since Troy Bolton and STILL does meanwhile no one really saw Adele as good looking until she lost weight (even tho both of these people have very conventionally attractive faces) so is it the actual height that’s unattractive or the social stigma women have of not having the most sought after man in the room at all times?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/22 05:10 PM
1

as a man, women will reject you for forgetting a punctuation mark unless you’re aggressively good looking. it’s fascinating every time i show my friends my dating “messages”
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/22 12:54 PM
1

so boom, a woman most people wouldn’t find attractive tries to “just be herself” while flirting with you: does that change your attraction to her whatsoever?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/22 12:29 PM
3

but would women accept the male version of that? never lmao the fact that women try to equate short men to this will always be baffling to me
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/22 12:26 PM
1

mmmmmmhm! 🙃
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/22 12:24 PM
5

i wish i could save this comment a thousand times
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/22 12:23 AM
2

he’s good looking but i never hear women talk about him. https://images.app.goo.gl/8atzbeg7UWdRBWXJ9 how about this guy? make a profile with a guy who looks like that and make him 5’7.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 05:11 PM
2

the only thing i can think of is to just make a profile as a short man and use pictures of a regular looking guy (Charlie Day level of looks, for example) and see what the results are after a month
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 04:49 PM
5

i’m on reddit. do you think i care about going on some .gov website to prove a point that can easily be seen if a person doesn’t live under a rock?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 04:21 PM
5

but see, that’s where men are coming from: when it comes to height, it’s not some. it’s MOST women. from the IG model to the cute girl at the local vet: i’d wager height is a big deal to at least 70% of all women
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 03:41 PM
5

some TALL guys* need a shorter woman to feel masculine and all that bullshit but they’re able to barter for that BECAUSE they’re tall. i promise you, most men 5’8 and under would be more than fine with a woman being his height. some (like myself) don’t even mind if you’re taller 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 03:18 PM
8

i just wanna know why most women NEED that 5+ inch difference in height… why do you NEED to be no taller than a guys shoulders?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 02:22 PM
3

spot on.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/22 01:55 PM
1

i’m sure small breasted women don’t feel nearly as hopeless as short men do tho. that’s my whole point.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 06:51 PM
2

i sneer because if all men are twice as stronger anyways, why does height even matter to most women in the first place?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 10:45 PM
3

how are women not shallow also?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 04:24 PM
2

so woman logic is: “if the possibility of danger is always there, might as well go for the guys who’d have the most potential to be dangerous for both men and women, so i feel most protected” am i getting that right?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 04:23 PM
1

example of the level of woman i’d be happy with am i still entitled?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 12:44 PM
1

what about the 5’7 but 140 lbs (me)? are you saying someone like me is SUBSTANTIALLY stronger than the 5’3, 110 lbs woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 12:42 PM
4

at that height, that makes sense. now if you’re 5’1” demanding at least 5’10”, that’s where the confusion comes in
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 12:39 PM
5

for christs sake…. just like every involuntarily celibate dude isn’t some 300 lbs shitposter with a dirty room covered in dorito dust, men not wanting the fat girl who brings nothing to the table but calling herself “thick” doesn’t mean he only accepts Emily Ratajowski, THATS WOMEN. every day on this sub, all men are asking for is to be able to have a legitimate chance with that REGULAR LOOKING woman who they see at the local bar from time to time. it’s the gaslighting that y’all think is so cle…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 11:59 AM
24

this. most women, no matter the position, just receive. i’ve had maybe 3 givers out of the few lays i’ve had and the effort makes it night and day
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 11:44 AM
1

y’all love choosing men twice your size without a single consideration of danger lol
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 11:41 AM
1

so you’re fat and it’s mens fault? got it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 11:36 AM
3

a woman in this very comment thread said she finds 0.1% of men she sees attractive. so if the average woman only finds, let’s say, 10% of men attractive, you’re basically telling the majority of men to be happy with repulsive looking women. we all know women would’ve had several marches by now if the roles were reversed.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 11:23 AM
1

not everyone can be a winner right 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 12:49 AM
1

no one is enforcing anything. you got it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/22 12:49 AM
1

no. uglies with uglies. hot people with hot people. tall with tall. short with short. fat with fat. slim with slim. it’s that simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/22 11:11 PM
1

are you a parrot or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/22 10:28 PM
1

yes cause most slim men are lamenting about where all the fat chicks are…i’m suuure that happens….
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/22 09:27 PM
1

when women can’t even find someone the same size as them as attractive, yes, it’s their fault
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/22 03:41 AM
1

this
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 09:39 PM
1

the disney metaphor is one of the best ways i’ve seen to explain this 🤌🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 09:35 PM
2

y’all are missing the point so much that it’s hilarious. some women really DO think like that so…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 09:27 PM
6

literally me 🙃
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 03:27 PM
34

suddenly everyone is 6 foot lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 03:21 PM
1

see, but the perpetual loneliness and days of the only notification being the weather app… it’s trash lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 03:19 PM
1

exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 03:15 PM
1

140 at 5’6” it’s literally just cause i’m short lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 03:12 PM
3

it’s been said before and i’ll say it again: fat. people. can lose. weight.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 01:47 PM
1

y’all really get mad when people remind you that you can do something about being fat for some reason. if i could get taller by just working out after constantly hearing how unattractive being short is, i’d do the work. not bully society until we have to pretend like Lizzo and Rebel Wilson are hotties.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 10:27 AM
1

cause we’re not attractive enough to be flirty and bold at the first introduction, obviously lol
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/22 10:23 AM
1

i’m saying you don’t think women on that sub have at least ONE guy who’d be into them?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 11:44 PM
1

I don’t know eugene, that just sounds like “rejection” but with less steps /s yeah, you’re probably right
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 09:31 PM
1

i got the “never knew” a few times… like, ma’am, i went to the other side of campus just to get a bagel from einsteins for you then came all the way to your dorm room to give it to you….you’re reeeeeally gonna make me spell it out???
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 08:41 PM
1

they literally need to touch my penis for me to confess at this point lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 07:54 PM
1

eh, i’ve definitely been told i “take what i can get” when it comes to any time of relationship. it’s either that or loneliness tho so 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 07:40 PM
1

it is as a man trying to date. if men usually initiate, we’re more than likely already somewhat attracted, unless you’re a classmate and we’re doing a project together, for example
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 07:38 PM
1

or maybe all the woman friends i’ve had in my life weren’t good friends 🤷🏾‍♂️ i’ve never gotten a GENUINE “i miss you, let’s hang out soon!” from a past friend, man or woman so maybe the issue is i’m just not memorable
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 07:11 PM
1

also, at least for me, if they can’t tell i’m interested, they’re probably more social stunted than they think
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 06:53 PM
2

trust me, when you’re not attractive, they rarely act like actual friends and more like “eh, i’ll hang out with him, i guess” they’re not as hurt as you think lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 06:51 PM
0

for the ugly, r/foreveralonewomen would like a word. for the fat, they can literally lose weight lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 05:47 PM
1

i can’t think of any times that i know of where fuck zoning occurs from an average or slightly below average guy tho. most women in those situations are usually ones that flew too close to the sun and got burned. had to tell my girl friend this after she let chadlite finally bang after two years of keeping her foot down.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 03:35 PM
2

i mean, for men who aren’t attractive enough to just propose themselves to a random woman, let alone an attractive one, the warm/be friends first approach is kinda the only play in the playbook we got so can you really blame us for using said approach?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 03:12 PM
4

shit, i don’t even get that. i get the classic “slowly start hanging out less until we don’t talk anymore”
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 03:02 PM
11

OR he believed all the rom-coms and media that told him if he is attentive to her wants and needs, is a reliable figure in her life, etc. that’s she’d see something inside of him. not every man who’s be in the “friend zone” has nebulous intent
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 02:45 PM
3

i know. that reply just feels half assed every time someone says it. i go to therapy. it still feels bad knowing you’re missing out on “exploring in your 20’s” cause women refuse to find men the same height as them as attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 02:32 PM
1

if she’s alright on most other fronts (good person, i enjoy her company, etc.) and is just very sexual TO ME, i’d probably consider dating too
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 02:30 PM
4

“aw, that sucks” great help lol
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 02:18 PM
1

i would love nothing more than a woman to act slutty towards me 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 01:26 PM
1

what if the only thing you did wrong was be 5’6 and not have a jaw line? can i not blame all the 5’4 and shorter women who rejected me for being “short?”
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 01:01 PM
3

when you hear/see “short men aren’t real men” enough times, it’ll fuck you up, whether you like it or not
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 12:48 PM
0

“a stomach doesn’t growl after it just ate” that’s why it doesn’t rule your life 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/22 12:27 PM
1

nah, they’d use “well i’m not always on here” with such a small window of time.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 09:39 PM
1

not at all. that’s the only way i can see women having any form of empathy towards average/below average men
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 08:32 PM
2

true but, and i feel like i can speak for most average/below average men when saying this: we’ve been trying to get reservations to this bustling business for OUR WHOLE LIVES; i would be ecstatic for some appetizers at this point lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 08:30 PM
2

i love how this was put but still disagree: it’s more so that this is the only Straight Man restaurant in town it’s five stars and has a wide menu but the main entrees usually makes people sick and most patrons feel cheated for going to a restaurant just for appetizers
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 04:34 PM
1

no one is starving over there, i promise lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 03:54 PM
2

right?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 03:11 PM
1

every woman makes a dating app as an average man (short to drive the point home even more) for six months and share the results.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 12:56 PM
0

as have i but most of those instances have just been the girl being super attracted to the point where they just gloss over or outright ignore red flags. on the inverse, the amount of free drinks and dances i’ve seen my friends accept just to say thanks to the guy and dance with someone else…. women would have a pretty decent success rate compared to her male counterpart if they pursued and that’s just the truth lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/22 09:46 AM
3

yes, i have plenty of friends that are girls and i appreciate them. i still can’t attract a woman 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/22 10:10 PM
-1

fucking. thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/22 09:55 PM
0

it really would
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/22 07:49 PM
0

you’d be surprised lol
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/22 07:29 PM
2

exactly. it may be a dumpster fire but reality is a scorched earth lol
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/22 11:51 AM
2

this. if a dude doesn’t like anime or sports or movies, i have no idea what to talk to them about. but women? fashion, music, art, gossip, NOT FEELING WEIRD ABOUT HUGS… as a man, men are not easy to make friends with lol
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/22 12:58 PM
1

this is me and currently amazed at how anyone makes friends after 25, especially other male friends
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/22 12:45 PM
1

i mean, the reverse is literally why average women get hit on by attractive men and it looks like a sweet deal from the average male perspective
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/22 10:52 AM
7

“hey there, pretty lady. was thinking you may have be looking for something a little more size Boom” lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 09:17 PM
28

exactly. never understood when people think that’s a realistic rebuttal lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/22 09:11 PM
0

agreed. it’s just knowing that if 5’10 dudes didn’t have their own weird reasons for wanting to be with someone nearly a foot shorter than them, women wouldn’t be able to have that option in the first place
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 06:46 PM
3

but what if said woman is 5’0? 5’5 would make her forehead reach his chin. is that not enough height difference?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 06:31 PM
1

well, ya see, i’m 5’7 and a solid 145 lbs. on a good day. not masculine looking whatsoever lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 06:24 PM
0

it is not but i guess this means i should just put 6’0 and lie like everyone else lol
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 05:59 PM
3

i think about it from time to time but we’d have to meet each other eventually, ya know?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 05:58 PM
0

“here is why women will never give you good dating advice” 🤌🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 04:31 PM
1

agreed. when it comes to relationships with huge height disparities, i definitely judge the tall dude being with a woman that is half his size way more. i’ll never be tall enough for tall women meanwhile he’s tall enough for all women. it’s bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 04:26 PM
1

i’d do my thing and probably get bored of it after six months to a year. pick the most compatible out of the bunch and do the happy ever after thing. the difference would be that even when men would finally have our pick of the litter, we still wouldn’t have a NEED for the best
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 04:22 PM
1

i’d do my thing and probably get bored of it after six months to a year. pick the most compatible out of the bunch and do the happy ever after thing. the difference would be that even when men would finally have our pick of the litter, we still wouldn’t have a NEED for the best
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 04:22 PM
4

it sucks cause the women of color that NEED to be in dating apps are never lookers themselves so it’s either swipe on white women and roll the dice or lower my standards for butter faces lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 11:17 AM
10

precisely. it’s frustrating but i don’t blame them: if the roles were reversed and all Dua Lipa looking women were suddenly interested in us, don’t act like we wouldn’t accept it lol it truly is more so the more attractive men GIVING these average women the idea that they’re wanted which causes us average men to be left with Honey Boo Boo
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 11:11 AM
11

being 5’7, i just know this is the case for me
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 11:00 AM
5

the amount of STEM asian/middle eastern women i see with their white male classmates at the university near my job…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 10:49 AM
3

this is literally me. i hate that i’m approaching 30 and it’s hard to accept that i’ll never be 21 again where i didn’t need to have everything together in order to attract a woman. i just had to go to a frat party and mingle. now, four years after graduation, i can’t even afford to move out of my moms and don’t even have friends to go to a bar with… feels bad, man
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 10:32 AM
15

both short and black: can confirm it is ROUGH
/r/PurplePillDebate21/04/22 12:29 AM

can we see what you look like? lol
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/22 10:37 AM

i always assume that was a first crush before they went to college and able to have their pick of the litter aka no one below 5’10
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/22 10:13 AM

*smoke coming out of headphones meme
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/22 10:09 AM

i just wanna know where all the women who are shorter than 5’3 went so i can have the at least 3 inches of height difference women so desperately need
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/22 11:15 AM
3

in other words, if you’re short, you’re still gonna get rejected, but at least they’ll be nice about it 👌🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/22 09:49 AM
1

exactly. dating is so off balance now.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/22 05:05 PM
1

scarlet johansson? no but a girl that is similar to me in virtually every metric? yes
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/22 12:51 AM

work at an art museum; can confirm: just saw a 5’5 behemoth with a 6’3” black dude. my brothers have failed me again 😔
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 07:27 PM
1

guess i’ll just move to europe. do y’all have different forms of media or something? it’s interesting how it’s only this excessive in the US
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 03:55 PM
3

i see it from the woman’s perspective and it’s still dumb. no one is looking at a tall twig like Machine Gun Kelly and thinking they can defend anyone, subconsciously or otherwise. it just feels like a lazy reason to reject someone. overweight people have specific life habits, bodily odors, etc. there are LEGIT reasons to not be attracted to fat people, man or woman. notice how you say fat women “gross” us out but women just think a guy is weak cause she sees herself as weak
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 03:18 PM
1

ayyyy, big ed lmao yeah, nah. that’s a perfect example. THAT is a guy who’s 2. as for your second part, i don’t put to much stock into what i see in these subs, especially the ones made specifically for the intention to debate. those guys just sound like they’re trying to bring them down so they don’t feel as bad. but as a black man, i agree that’s it rough for us colored folk here in the states. we probably need two more generations of kevin harts until that changes 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 02:55 PM
4

okay but then i ask, how is an overweight person remotely close to the same level of appeal as a dude who is literally the same height as a woman??? does that ACTUALLY make sense to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 02:50 PM
1

you realize how unattractive a human has to be to be a 2, right? if we’re just talking looks, 1-3 territory is legit deformities and anomalies like being 300+ lbs. or one side of your face drooping more than the other side. on the daily, most people, men and women, are from 4-7: -for men: that’s short and/or a regular, non-exceptional face all the way to 5’10 men who are somewhat handsome but can’t dress for shit -for women: that’s fat/out of shape with a regular face all they way to slim but no…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 01:12 PM
1

i only know one person younger than 40 who’s bald so i agree, that’s a bit of a stretch to be angry at. & most dudes i know have jobs. are they the 50k and up jobs? not for most of them. to me, women can’t say “men will fuck anything” and also “men feel like their owed an attractive woman just for existing” (i’m not saying you’ve said this but from what i’ve seen on this sub) they contradict and i think that’s where the communication between everyone gets murky.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 12:33 PM
3

why is it always “YOU JUST WANT A 10/10 SCARLET JOHANSSON!!!!!!!!!” like…i just wanna attract the cute girl that works cashier at hot topic lmao. is THAT too high of a standard too?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/22 10:59 AM
6

when it comes to looks, i’ll never understand why, as a shorter man (5’7”) who’s in shape, that we’re left with bigger woman to choose from cause that’s the equivalently neglected demographic for woman. Tall women complain about no one wanting them but i’ve been rejected every time i’ve gone after one. i don’t have a neopolean complex IRL but it’s hard to not be bitter when you’re constantly told “run along, the adults are talking” by women over something i can’t do anything to change. and at le…

that’s what i think every time i’ve heard it lol
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/22 01:51 PM

literally had this happen about two months ago and i get it but it’s moronic: i’m TOO good of a fit for you so you don’t wanna ruin the friendship but you can have sex with a friend of your roommate who visited campus for the weekend…? the logic….
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/22 10:56 AM
2

ah yes, whine and guilt trip your way to acceptance? that only worked cause you still have a vagina. notice how it’s more so fat WOMAN acceptance, not fat, period. y’all can literally sculpt your bodies to be more acceptable. short men can’t do shit about the hand we were dealt but bigger women can. that’s ALWAYS been the frustration. no one, of any gender, takes short men serious. when even short women don’t want us because “i LoVe mY hEeLs,” of course we’re not gonna be able to change the conv…

/r/PurplePillDebate29/03/22 10:24 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 01:57 PM

yeah, lots of caterpillars for sure lol i actually resonant with guy 4 (dude with towel lol) the most cause him and i have the same build so knowing that i just gotta bulk up was reassuring to see
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 01:56 PM
3

i see. i kinda have the same parameters. to me, woman 8 is an easy 7 and possible 8 if she had makeup that didn’t wash out her complexion as much. i also think, if all men maxed out their potential Guy 7 (black guy with blonde hair) would be the clear favorite. no amount of weights are getting you that jawline lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 01:25 PM
9

don’t even get me started on Woman 8 somehow being a 6 lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 12:29 PM

i get the same critiques tho: decent but could definitely try to fill out a shirt more lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 11:39 AM

even though i know i’d get a 4, i’m definitely down to be a part of the next one
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 10:27 AM

y’all calling male 11 a 6 is why we say y’all have high standards
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 09:59 AM
19

i’m just glad y’all can’t call us ‘overweight’ and that we ‘only want stacey’ anymore. most of us men here are just average looking and that’s it lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 09:56 AM

god knew not to make me look like you cause i’d be a magnet
/r/PurplePillDebate18/03/22 09:54 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 10:18 AM

we use that type of language cause, for me personally, it NEVER feels like two magnets but more like a random anomaly. the last attractive woman i was involved with literally only happened cause SHE saw me as worthy. that happens about 0.86% percent of the time. it’s rejection otherwise
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/21 11:42 AM

everyone would suddenly be as attractive as their personality is
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/21 06:26 PM

I definitely think it's a combination of multiple factors. “But if those guys had a chance in the first place, would they still be hermits? They probably don't go out because of the same reason people choose to not buy a lottery ticket. The odds of winning are insane so why bother?” precisely

this is the best crossover i’ve ever seen
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/21 01:51 PM

if y’all liked ACTUAL average (not tall, rich, super charismatic) men then i’d feel bad. if average women didn’t cling to their rigorous standards (which i understand; if all it took was more effort in makeup to land a college athlete, i’d keep my options open too), this sub probably wouldn’t be as popular. a 5’2 woman demanding 5’10 is just as wild as an average man demanding Jennifer Lopez, only difference is men are aware of how absurd that demand is. Hot -> Hot, Short -> Short, Fat -> Fat. A…

i agree, physical attraction is the line between BFF and husband
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/21 07:48 PM

or...or... they do genuinely offer those things and it’s just not wanted....from them? likely do to the lack of physical attraction but still. let’s not act like every guy in the friendzone willfully enters as some type of play.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/21 07:48 PM

to be fair, there are men who offer this and just get friendzoned lol
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/21 10:56 AM

it’s the same as luxury brands charging hundreds and thousands for clothing made of cotton: is it dumb? sure do people who can afford it still buy it? you bet.

how short are we talkin?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/21 11:18 AM

how a dude is on the same tier as a 40 year old, obese single mother solely for being short is hilariously ridiculous lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/21 03:29 AM
8

You touched on an idea that i don’t see enough in these discussions: a person who has an upbringing of praise and acceptance is obviously gonna grow to be more confident/charismatic than someone who is rejected and dismissed their whole lives.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/20 10:41 AM
3

Is being a 26yo, unemployed man with no car who still lives with his mom a good enough excuse?
/r/seduction06/12/20 10:51 AM
5

no, it’s not. the average adult should be relatively in shape and all that, agreed. but if you, say, weren’t as active, not fat but also not above average in physique, you’d still be able to get the attention of an objectively attractive man. on the flip side, if a man is missing two of those things, he has to resort to less desirables. i don’t blame y’all cause men would shoot for the stars too, if we could 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/20 02:52 PM

random but that just made me spit toothpaste on my mirror lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/20 11:48 AM

literally had my friend who is (respectfully) a 4/10 show me her hinge matches and like 10 out of the 50 looked like Michael B. Jordan. they’ll never understand just how far they can stretch their hands when it comes to casual sex
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/20 11:32 AM

do you see how many things a dude has to accomplish just to get a regular human woman lol

what about the fellas below 5’8?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/20 06:22 PM

i feel that’s one of the bigger motives behind it
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/20 11:00 PM

okay but like, what if i see the “love of my life” downtown during a lunch break? who knows if you’d see them ever again, ya know?
/r/seduction26/06/20 03:26 AM

also, as someone pointed out: for most men, even a hookup can be hard to come by and a long drought could make anything seem heavenly
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/20 08:33 PM

.....that’s....exactly how it is for men lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/20 08:30 PM

right?! the nastiest girl i’ve been with was also the most personable woman in the day time (kids loved her, professors would always stop to talk to her) it made her being nasty even sexier lol

FWB sex: pretty good BJ relationship sex: “babe, why is my thigh wet?” no matter how attractive a woman is, none are more dangerous than the one that knows your buttons
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/20 08:18 PM
1

thank you for the mature dialogue as well. Funny you brought up co-ed friendships cause all but two of my friends are men lol Some of them are women that rejected me and, after the gradual acceptance of that (which has gotten easier over the years) have been great guides for the minds of women, as brutal as it can be. About half of them are like you and your friends, the others.....six feet or nothing lol the guy from your story is wild lol. I understand getting bummed out that you don’t get to …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/20 10:45 PM

i mean, you’ve already won most battles by being able to garner interest. I find it hard to believe that a woman doesn’t have the intuitiveness to be able to discern between an attractive dude who’s running game or not. if you’re actually getting to know them, being dependable, all that good stuff WHILE ALSO BEING ATTRACTIVE, i don’t see how a woman views it as “simp behavior” and not simply “this is what i’ve been looking for in a man” if you’re a good looking dude who does all the “simp” thing…

there lies the problem: you have to be pretty rough looking as a woman for a man to not find some endearing qualities in them. on the other side: women’s (at least, young women in my experience) views on men are pretty much the inverse. with such an unbalanced scale of attraction between the genders, most things that men would see as additional perks are seen as steadfast, non-negotiable requirements. Phrases i see all the time are “why would you want to be with someone that shallow” and “you do…

i mean, you could look him in the eyes even better at 5’7 tho 🤷🏾‍♂️😂
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/20 03:46 AM

shit, in times like these, every home should have a firearm imo
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 10:27 PM
1

yeah, that’s a good point. so should i just carry a gun around then? /s
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 08:41 PM
2

oh, of course. it’s just interesting that that power balance (i.e. being a protector, being a “real man”) is somewhat most women’s reasoning for finding height attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 07:59 PM
1

but then all you have to do is be receptive to that and reassure them that you care about them more than just flesh after you’re done with your casual sex... was...was that supposed to be a good point lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 07:26 PM
1

this is a point that i didn’t know i was waiting to see: women have this obsession with tall men even when that very same guy could potentially r*pe or kill her just for denying him sex. interesting to think about.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 06:10 PM
1

Men don’t filter for height as strictly as women do. unless you’re a woman 5’10 or above, no self aware dude, at or around your height, is gonna be threatened or dissuaded by your height whatsoever and i’m sure you still have a decent batting average in dating. You say height in itself is unattractive but Mark Wahlberg is 5’7 and could get casual sex from about 75% of women he encounters. Yes, i know his incredible looks make up for it but i’m saying this to say that height isn’t really as big o…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 01:36 PM
1

it really is lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 01:03 PM
1

While i agree with your last sentence, it’s still a bummer that i can showcase those three things expertly and the percentage of women who’d actually try to be receptive of me is much lower than the already incredible odds that the average dude is put up against lol
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 11:22 AM
2

agreed. as a short dude, it seems i’m gonna have to achieve 2% body fat at most, create three start up companies and learn to master the Didgeridoo just so im not overlooked by a decently attractive tall dude who dresses okay. i didn’t want a regular 9-5 life anyways so works for me 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 11:19 AM
1

then, with knowing all of that, why is it that a lot of women (and even men in these responses) can’t understand why or just dismiss short men who struggle so much with trying to not be bitter or feel slighted by it all? would you not have the same disposition after years and years of this if you were in our shoes? i’m asking this cause serious relationships or even simple casual sex just seems....futile.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/20 11:13 AM
1

both? lol more so a relationship cause the game of casual sex is not for us and i’ve grown tired of it 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 11:15 PM
1

Pittsburgh! & same here. with casual sex, character obviously doesn’t matter as much as for LTR so it makes sense that it’s harder to come by for us.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 09:33 PM
1

i agree. y’all also get dismissed for dumb reasons. like, tall women have long legs, are great partners to bring to the courts and run games with, also great cuddlers. not to mention you HAVE to be a tall woman to be a model! ????
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 09:27 PM
1

THIS!!!!!! like dude, it’s already hard for us as it is. take you daddy/babygirl fetish less serious for my sake lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 09:24 PM
0

tho i agree with your sentiment that you can’t lecture attraction out of someone, i am also a POC and black women have been getting more appreciation as time has gone on and, as he put, are nowhere near as dismissed as short men. the issue with women with your attitude is that, to us, it translates to “ah, sucks to suck, short man” even tho many of us fall into life-long depression due to the life that being our stature presents us with. it’s insensitive and as a fellow POC, you should know how …
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 09:08 PM

as momentum put it, with women’s weight, there are ways in order to get skinnier (notice i said skinnier and not just ‘skinny’) a curvy girl, skinny girl, slim girl all have around the same odds of attracting at least a 6/10 male during a night out. a guy shorter than 5’9 is practically Neo with all the alleged “bullets” dodge* we can’t do anything for our height. reference to woman telling short men that they dodged a bullet if a woman rejects them for height or other uncontrollable things.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 08:52 PM
1

thank you for giving one of us shortys a chance. How tall are you?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 08:39 PM
2

see, it’s rational for you to like 6’0 men because that’s only a four inch difference, ya know? i think it’s so pertinent in USA because image has become very important to our culture. A guy may be taller than a woman, but a man taller than him looks like a more lucrative and beneficial choice to most american women. it is what it is 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 08:38 PM
1

And a german male sounds much more intimidating than a tall american lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 08:07 PM
2

i mean, i, personally, think a good 80% of the responses have been honest. I wish more women had the ideal that you do. Why a guy needs to tower over someone to be attractive, who knows. There have been some trolls too and they were more of the variety you speak of. I got the answer that i was hoping i would get from all the responses tho: women (and people, in general tbh) may not have such rigid standards IRL but for OLD, we have the flexibility to be more selective. In other words, for short …
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 06:10 PM

like Hang the DJ but 25% as intense lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 05:05 PM

i think it’s a societal thing tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 05:04 PM

it puzzles me as well
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 04:55 PM

oh, it’s a whole scam, if we’re being honest. Match.com bought em and nothing was the same
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 04:00 PM
2

thank you for taking the time for such a detailed response, first of all and 5’10 is “short” for women (from the responses) so you weren’t too wrong about The Captain lol as for your “shallow” moment, i think it’s fair. i’m a skinny dude too and your story and other situations like it are why i plan on lifting so i can maybe “fill out the room” more and look more protector-esque. I think the biggest bummer of it for me is that OLD is actually a great tool, but only if you fall under the small pe…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 03:56 PM
2

ain’t that the truth
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:42 PM
1

thank you for your response 🙏🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:16 PM
1

so you would focus more on his personality since you’re not as attracted as you would be if he were two inches taller (which most people can barely notice IRL)? i’m asking this to kinda lead you into realizing you’re not even mentioning his looks, just that he’s not as tall as your preference is. Even tho he would be in the right pair of Nikes. that’s the issue short men have: if taller women don’t want us and even some short women don’t want us.....what are we supposed to do?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:09 PM
0

i apologize. i tried to think of another phrase but i stumbles at that. that wasn’t meant to offend you. i look up to y’all, literally and metaphorically lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:36 PM
1

So a man who is only two inches shorter than your boyfriend and 7 inches taller than you needs to have a godly charisma and be more compatible to be given a second thought... that’s seems a tad unreasonable but everybody is entitled to their preferences and i can only respect that 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:35 PM
3

their comments got deleted before i could see them so i apologize for whatever they said. thank being said: thank you so much for this paragraph. if most tall men didn’t fetishize being with someone who hardly comes to their chest and if most short women didn’t require a man to be a D1 athlete, everyone would be happy
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:29 PM
1

understandable. are those traits as important to you when you’re vetting women or do they just have to be good enough to be attractive, which most women are, in my opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:22 PM
1

gotcha. not to come off as aggressive or anything but do you think you have an idea on why a man has to be tall and not just taller than you?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:10 PM
1

makes sense ☺️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:07 PM
2

that’s a good scale. i like to do 4 taller, 4 shorter, myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:06 PM
0

so you’re 4’10 and wouldn’t go lower than 5’7? not even a 5’4? sorry, my country likes being different from everyone else and loves using feet as a measurement lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:04 PM
1

with women your height, those parameters actually make sense lol. i’ve “climbed the tree” once in my life and it ended in one of the best nights at a bar i’ve ever had! if a taller woman finds me interesting, i feel like i’ve been chosen 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:42 PM
5

this is the most logical response so far lol i don’t understand how height can, in some cases, be more important than character or stage of success to women. like do you wanna be “happy” or emotionally satisfied, you know?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:38 PM
1

i wish women your height were more abundant lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 04:18 AM
1

i believe it’s all three as well, with the societal aspect being the strongest factor. Again, sorry for offending you not wording my response better EDIT: I didn’t know sam winchester was that tall either until i looked it up lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:50 AM
1

a man shorter than you is definitely rare lol taller is fine. it’s when women demand you to be a whole foot taller that bewilders me lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:43 AM
1

i had that happen a few years ago on tumblr but she lived in across the country 😔
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:35 AM
1

oh, how i wish things were that simple still. Now it’s all camera angles and how many likes your thirst trap can get
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:33 AM
1

i’ll have to check. thanks.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 02:01 AM
2

see, i’m one of those “i need to see a green light” that the person wants to be bothered. it’s annoying lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:53 AM
1

this is good advice but i think the core issue is, at least for apps that show my height, i likely don’t show up at all for most women who use height filters. but yes, years of stress and depression have givin me the worst wrinkle lines (that were already hereditary to begin with 🤦🏾‍♂️)
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:40 AM
1

i just need to get out more (when things open back up) & i agree, it’s definitely a circus lol
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:35 AM

i don’t get it either 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:33 AM

since you want to debate, can you not deflect a simple hypothetical with your “I am every woman, it’s all in me” speech? a lot of women love to throw the word obligation and “no one owes you __” around when you want to dodge questions for some reason. for your sake: say both men meet every physical requirement you have. Hell, they can be twins separated at birth, if it helps you sleep. one is a millionaire, one makes six figures (same profession, work the same hours) the ONLY difference between …

it always feels better when things just...happen rather than constantly “window shopping”
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:17 AM

PAHAHAHA God, i love my people lol that’s funny as hell
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:16 AM
2

would you deny the six-figure doctor because he’s not a millionaire?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:14 AM
2

unless it’s for wanting to avoid short children and things of that nature, i feel a requirement is unreasonable. by your example, that’s like saying “i mean, yeah, he’s a doctor who makes a six figure salary but...he’s just not a millionaire 🥺” if you can’t see how i think that, then we can agree to disagree 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:07 AM
1

lol what was the anecdote?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 01:02 AM

thank you for the empathy. it’s definitely a buzzkill but what can ya do
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:47 AM
2

i’ve met one around your height in college and i immediately felt like a whiny bitch about my struggles after a few conversations lol & thank you! i think i just need to work out and find a hairstyle and then i would’ve done the most i can do 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:44 AM

I was an equipment person for sure! gyms are opening back up so maybe the fear of death will make them not as crowded 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:42 AM

i think like 30% of it is “what will people say/will my friends make fun of him” so you make a good point.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:41 AM
2

nothing is wrong with wanting that but it’s quite ridiculous to REQUIRE it. to put it in perspective: i’m 5’6. You know who is a foot taller than me: Rob Gronkowski..... he’s basically breast feeding me at that point
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:39 AM
3

the ropes, they be, indeed lol thank you 🙏🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:34 AM

that reasoning is fair. i feel same-height relationships are the best: bodies fit better together for dirty stuff, your hoodies fit each other, dancing is less awkward, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:33 AM
1

and you would be rational in doing so 👌🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:25 AM
2

oh god—wait! i wasn’t talking about you, in particular. that didn’t translate well🤦🏾‍♂️ I was referring to women who are like 5’ even who require 6’...i couldn’t even imagine sex with someone a whole foot shorter than me
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:22 AM
3

i mean, it’s only a very practical way of thinking, no? lol there’s a difference between wanting someone tallER and wanting someone tall, in general, because....me like tall man!
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/20 12:00 AM
1

yeah, nah. fashion over function, always lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 11:45 PM

oh; it’s not boring and instructional? i’m in 👌🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 11:42 PM
1

i can’t imagine choosing work boots to wear to the bar lol OLD is definitely a place where people who want to live out and experience their own fantasies and whatnot can do that, which is what makes it great. For better or worse. & thank you. you see even the pink suit couldn’t do it for me 😂
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 11:35 PM
4

i never thought of it like that...🤔

lol this is life 🤷🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 11:04 PM

my best relationship was with a girl who was 5’8, funny enough. i don’t understand dudes below 5’10 who wouldn’t date someone taller tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 10:45 PM
1

a point i wish more women agreed with lol sex is much better when y’all are relatively the same height. the tallest girl i’ve had sex with was around 5’10 and some shifting around was required in some positions 🤦🏾‍♂️
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 10:42 PM
1

I don’t think it’s a validation thing more so an “i am a male with a high libido who wishes he had more sex” kinda thing lol

Thank you, Uncle Iroh. I shall hit the books and the gym then.

thank you for being rational 🙏🏾
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:57 PM

i understand it. it’s not like you’re 5’0 with that standard, you know?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:48 PM

is it your location or are you just really lucky in the face?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:47 PM

and how tall are you 🧐
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:40 PM

that’s....really sad. long distance is annoyingly tough...
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:25 PM

oh, you’re a hero to your country! why can’t short women be with short guys and tall be with tall? this sub probably wouldn’t exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:22 PM
0

word. i’d do the same if i were in your shoes tbh. it’s women below 5’3 with your parameters that confuse me lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:20 PM
0

yeah. those qualities would make a woman not care about height for sure lol. well, y’all like y’all folks for cuddles tho, no?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:17 PM
1

see, i’ve been trying to get a shorty who’s a shorty as well (i don’t think i want kids so height doesn’t bother me, tall or small) i mean, i’m not a looker but i work with what i have lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:15 PM

The requirement aspect specifically or the preference altogether?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:10 PM

say less 😎
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 09:09 PM

i definitely feel like i’d thrive in somewhere in Asia lol
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 08:59 PM

am also curious. i had a friend in college who was 5’2” and he was the shortest dude i ever seen in person. good man, for sure.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/20 08:57 PM

this is precisely the issue lol
