Do women actually feel empowered when they are just given things because they are female and not actually earning them?

To be fair in the last few months r/unpopularopinion gets multiple posts a day about Amber Heard or Caroline Flack. It's borderline karma farming at this point. You just found the 1 that they did lock when there are many many more that aren't

The best bit about this is that they use that as a defense for their own failures but then use it as an argument against mens rights activists and egalitarianism because of instances of woman haters in the groups

Finally realized that being drunk isn't an excuse to do stupid shit and blame other people for it. If you drink and drive you are a criminal but if you drink and have sex you are a rape victim?

The point is no men think that recycling makes them look gay. Saving the environment is not a feminist thing. You can't blame.climate change on toxic masculinity

I was more concerned about the entire thread. There was no questioning this idea that apparently men don't recycle(?) And that it is 100% because of toxic masculinity. They genuinely believed every word of it without question

Haha I at least had hope for a while that they had good intentions, I was wrong

The complete lack of support to any man struggling is laughable. "That's sucks man" is not an appropriate response to a guy getting falsely accused of rape or a guy who is forced to never see his kids again. And yet they type essays about why feminism is amazing and why toxic masculinity is the reason for all of their failures in life. Also if you recycle you are the big gay

This is a strangely hostile approach to anyone who doesn't identify as an MRA imo. A person doesn't have to be your "Ally" but if they have an agenda against the people who want to hurt you then maybe be a bit more friendly because when it comes down to it you'll want that person on your side

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
