I call it a "Patriarchy Lite" society, meaning it's still normal patriarchy but it can't do the level of hate in the past and is force to tone it down but the discrimination is still there. Ex: women are still being paid less, this normally can't be traced so easily and can concealed, which is how most forms hate is conducted.
