I mean technically yeah. It's all brain stuff and the brain is in the head. But no, male loneliness has been reported as a major issues for at least a couple of decades. It's definitely not anything new

If you ever learn to read properly let me know. Clearly were discussing that different people learn in different ways. And our schools need to learn this and adapt their systems. You are clearly someone who would've done better if their education was more suitable for your learning style

Interesting that your response to a comment about preferred learning styles has nothing to do with preferred learning styles. I'm not making any comments about the social application if schools Oys got nothing to do with the conversation. Feel free to join in if you've got something relevant to add

This has nothing to do with confidence, and everything to do with the fact that whilst children wre learning from home boys, generally speaking, were learning in an environment suitable to them. As opposed to the girls who, generally speaking, function better in the traditional classroom. If this was about equality, students would have their learning environment catered to their learning needs, not all thrown in together

Modern feminism has done more harm for men than even in else can manage

You realise that if you made the same comment about women not reporting these crimes you would be (rightfully) destroyed for it? Take your idiocy somewhere else would you

The only people in America I've ever heard try and promote the paternal DNA by court permission are liberals. Extremists for sure, but liberal none-the-less. They argue that it gives the mother protection and assures them that the "father" can't weedle his way out of paying child support. They also argue that the "father" should just accept the claim because the "woman always knows who the father is, and they don't lie about that".

Working in mental health and community services... It's pretty bad. Males are a minority in this field, and the crap you cop for being a guy just makes it worse. I've been held as an example of a DV abuser simply because I'm a male. I'm constantly looked over for promotions because I'm a male. I'm excluded from events, activities, and conversations because I'm male. It's why I'm transitioning to working for myself. It's just not worth it

Absolutely it is

Pretty certain that's not how the world works. The more that fight against a common cause the greater the likelihood of victory. As a man I CAN show other women the perils of body shaming. As a woman, my wife can advocate to others the issue of lonliness. It's that simple.

So... fixing the issues a gender faces should only be done by the gender experiencing them. Gotcha... Remind me to tell my wife that her body image issues caused by other women's comments and insults is none of my problem

Then where are the real points against feminism? Both concepts have real points. Why only argue one?

Ahhh, now you delve into philosophy. What is truth. Who is to say that your truth is any more valid than their truth? What are you doing to help encourage those around you that their truth isn't valid?

I see how you get that concern. And now you've put it in my mind, I will be thinking about it for a while. And I certainly see some merit to the points you raise. It would be an interesting research paper for sure

Like I said, education before talking is always a good place to start. An opinion that flies against fact is still wrong. In vast majority of instances, those who take their own lives aren't seeing the world the same way as you do. In fact they see their actions as relieving pressure, stress, problems, etc. for those around them. It blows my mind that you've been around so much death that you haven't taken the tine to learn more

Never thought about this before. It's an interesting take that I will be thinking about for a while (I work in mental health so it's a good brain exercise for me). My inclination is no, because there are other points of reference around the stigma (some religions, ignorance, arrogance, apathy, etc.). I also think that people fear what they don't understand, so they find ways to throw shade on the situation (as already see in the comments)

How to show the world you don't understand the situation as demonstrated by Somirion. Perhaps before making a fool of yourself, you might do well to educate yourself first.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
