Fuck yeah. I love seeing these posts. Here's some advice I wish someone would have given me when I started aa drills - there will be highs and lows but don't let them discourage you. I remember taking a week off and when I come back all of my anxiety had resurfaced. It made the whole thing feel pointless, like I had fucked up and would never get my swag back. Try not to think like that. When the lows come embrace it as a challenge and get back out there asap.

You said hi to three girls in one night. I'm pretty good at this shit and I've had to approach 10+ girls in a night to get results. Your problem is that your have low confidence and self-esteem. Girls are attracted to guys with lots of friends. If you're with hip/attractive/interesting people it is an indicator that you have social swag and aren't a weirdo. Be honest with yourself if he's the type that will cockblock you or help you get laid. If it's the former tell him to get lost. Also don't fall into the trap of needing friends for self validation and confidence. You need to have a foundation of being confident with yourself for all this other shit to work.

Build attraction in person not over the phone or online. Your phone call should be 5-10min tops, your goals being to quickly 1) show you aren't weird and 2) set up the date. After the date is set up maintain radio silence unless you're replying to her. Also, "give me a call if you need to talk." is pretty lame if you two haven't met yet.
