Last time I seen this video, somebody did mention that it was a prank where his buddies scheduled an interview with a hooker to see the outcome of the interview. Not sure if that was legit or not.

Trying to get people to like you is one of the worst things you can do. In my opinion, you shouldn't do this but only focus on yourself - because your aura is the factor that attracts people towards you. The stronger the aura, the more people you'll attract and from that point you can decide the good and bad. One more thing - disappointment only comes when you expect something. Therefore, keep your expectations bare minimum unless you've full trust and faith in the person.

Stupid thing is that I've been paying £20 per month for the last year to the gym but haven't visited the gym over 8+ months... I still don't want to cancel the membership because I really do want to start again.

I actually have no friends... Kinda sad but I do think the smaller the friend circle the better. I really wanted to go to the cinema and my only friend was gone on holiday so I asked some people on Reddit and they recommended me to go on your own... I actually went and it wasn't that bad tbh. Ended up watching Shazam alone in cinema with recliner chairs, nachos and coke. Gotta say I enjoyed that and wouldn't mind doing it again.

I so want to train my body man but my work schedule is literally blocking me from doing this (get up at 5:30am and get home around 7:30 - 8:00pm). I am not sure if this is an excuse or if I genuinely can't fit gym into my schedule.

I agree with you on this on this one. Originally the philosophy of MGTOW is what got me hooked on. I went MGTOW to get away from women but this subreddit keeps on talking about women and less about GYOW.

If you don't have any outstanding responsibilities or anything of that sort (like - loan, debts, anyone dearly who's dependent on you). Then yeah, you should consider early retirement or at least proceed that way. Personally, I think you should carry on working, save some money and try to buy a property abroad.
