Well if it's that important to you, you should aim for a more aesthetic/bodybuilder physique. But do whatever you want. there are things you can do to alter your stature to other people. the things you wear and the way you carry yourself. E.g. you want to avoid being "bottom heavy", avoid wearing horizontal stripes, don't wear baggy clothes - etc.

Yeah that doesn't tell me much considering you have an incredibly low perception of yourself. You are probably a lot more attractive than you think, but you need to change your mindset more than anything. False. 5'5" 180 here. 32 inch waist and can still see my abs. you have to be careful and not carry too much "size" in your glutes. having a "bubble butt" at this height makes you look shorter/goofier. I carry most of my mass in my chest and shoulders and it makes me have a more assertive presence. (this of course does not give you an excuse to skip leg day)

I don't think theres a set place to meet chicks. obviously some places are more conducive to meeting chicks than others.
