27	Getting divorced after almost 2 years of marriage. I let her stay in our house that we have added 200k of value now worth 850,000 (sweat equity, new kitchen, driveway etc) she wanted to buy me out for $8,000. I’m in a 50/50 state. I don’t want to ruin her but I’m entitled to more right? This is the time to stop giving all the fucks about whether you ruin her or not. You protect your damn self. Two year marriage and she wants nearly 200k in house equity and you get 8 grand? She's fuckin playing you like a fiddle. And thinks you're a fool to boot to be this bold.
