However, my mother used to work as basically a Human Resources person, but what she would do was go around to different companies and explain how to be “diverse”. I’m new) You said that as long as the people are the best in the field, it shouldn’t matter whose there. That is the same mentality as these people have when they try to diversify their workplaces. They are motivated by profit, and so they want to get the most bang for their buck. 2	Equality of outcome shouldn’t matter, only equality of opportunity Well, I think the idea is to make sure no one is being put off certain jobs due to a large percentage of the other gender in the role, like lots of female nurses putting off make nurses. I agree that having job quotas sounds bad.
