Day 4: I woke up pretty willingly today. I slept majorly on day 2 during reading the bible AND meditation. Day 4 seems like I'm getting used to this routine. Tried it this morning. Woke up before my alarm. Read a daily bible, meditated, and took a cold shower. (didn't make the bed as GF was still asleep) HOLY HELL I took care of a bunch of shit I really needed to take care of. I'm going to go 21 days doing this. Day 1 successful!

This is a great post brother. I myself started a LTR and have been as comfortable as ever. Not pushing myself at all. I used to work out 6 days a week and work on my video game daily out of frustration. Now all I do is relax because, like you, I rationalized that I earned it. Fuck that.
