What is that?

I appreciate the concern and advise... I just don't care anymore. I have fought this for three years with every angle of working with legislators I can and every turn they move the goal post so I just dont care anymore. Now its just time to show the world how stupid their antics are. Any passage of this legislation will not do me or most in our group any good. Legislators made sure of that by killing the bill this year and I am tired of those affected by it not standing up to fight for the chang…

Basically last years bill was re-written to appease DSHS. That SSB 5006 castrated freedom and only allowed men relief going forward. It said men would still have to pay any previously ordered support which some in our group and others in the state have arears they should have never been ordered (fraudulent orders are no orders at all!) That bill also stated men could NOT seek reimbursement of money paid which took away a man's right to file civil action for liability against the mother after he …

With all due respect for military men, I disagree with this statement as I know just as many private sector victims of paternity fraud. This is just another bias that is not proven.

Unfortunately this bill was allowed to die in both the House and Senate Judicial Committees on Friday Feb. 5th, 2016. Apparently a majority of members did not approve of defining Fraud as criminal under the Revised Code of Washington laws within family law. As these women committing the Fraud should be held accountable, however Legislators saw fit to protect them again and continue using men and children as slaves. If you are outraged by this please feel free to send your complaints to the follo…

Your response has legal points only through the view of an attorney/lawyer who developed this view point after learning laws and having the experience vicariously through others hardships not your own or you would not hold such a firm line on the ideology that it is the duped man's "fault" for not demanding a dna test. A Georgia Appellate court disagreed with the ideology that it was the man's fault in SMITH v. DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, No. A97A0257May 16, 1997 “The fact that Smith did not …

Ok well I'm not an attorney and won't argue with you. Time will tell as it always does. Thanks for your help though

Civil suits are established on a preponderance of evidence and prior court rulings which is typically easier than proving in family court. Although victims would not be allowed to seek reimbursement of support paid via family court they are still allowed to file civil suit for fraud against the women and ask for judgments in restitution for financial and emotional damages that would be equal to or possibly more than what they paid for support. The only problem as it has always been is squeezing …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
