I think it should a little bit. It shows your dominance, social savvy, popularity and general likeability. This will attract girls interest, meaning you get past the gate. Butt you still have to be able to as socialy savvy with them too. Knowing how to talk, flirt, escalate.... etc

You have to face them. Men respond to aggression. Not in the literal physical way (unless necessary). But be upfront and honest. If someone is fucking you over. You say "Hey stop fucking me over". In other words stand up for yourself. The best solution is to always be prepared. Make sure you know that everything is in order before you make a deal. The thing is you might think that thats how your sexuality works but I would disagree. Now I am a firm believer in "ignorance is bliss" so if you are perfectly happy with your situation, then enjoy it and don't change it. But you're not content. Otherwise you wouldn't have asked for our judgement; we are social creatures after all. You sound like a pretty handsome guy from your description. Go out and find a girl below your level and only be dominant. See how you like playing the other side of t…

Punishing is easy. Just deny girls the one thing they want above all else attention. Pretty much just ignore her when doing something you don't like. You can also leave the room/ area she is in. Pretend you are interested in something else that is arbitrary

This guys right. You have to watch her like a hawk. Every time she does something you like, reward it immediately. Say she brings you a beer, you give a big smile and a part on the ass. She does dishes, grind her and kids her neck. Pretty much make her feel good after she does anything you like and she will keep doing it without realizing it. This is conditioning

I think you are insecure about yourself and probably suffer from low self esteem. You dont thing you have much value, so that's why you end up giving value to others with out much reciprocation. That's why you like giving oral so much, it's one thing you can do that the female will appreciate you. You're not dominant because you don't want to be dominant. You generally don't like responsibility in your life and you just rather have someone tell you what to do. This is why you tend to like confid…

Doesn't matter what happens next. Take care of you. If she falls off, cool, keep going. If she straightens out, cool, keep fucking. This is outcome independence. As long as you make sure you are good thats all that matters. More will come and even more will leave. Its all part of the game. But as long as you have your priorities straight, you will keep progressing

Always go with the gut instinct, it's evolved for millions of years to help you procreate. I'd say yes. Laughing at your jokes and touching close to her crotch seems like a positive response to me. At least enough to escalate. Escalate after this. Even if it doesn't work, you make your intentions clear and avoid being misunderstood.

It is what ypu make it. You can befriend a bunch of undergrads and relieve the experience. Or befriend the graduate students and see where that takes you. I'd go for the second option. After your early 20s you get tired of undergrads their naivety, and constant confusion becomes draining if you already know what you are doing.

Yes you get better at it with more exposure. Sex is not just penetration not just domination, its psychological, physiological, mental, emotional, self controlling, self releasing, connection of two people. its the most rewarding human behavior there is. its like a game. At first all you care about is if you get it and then how long you last. Then as you play more you notice little patterns that work. You get more experience, you're comfortable with more things. You then start exploring with oth…

Take it easy bro, you're doing good. You need to realize that you are taking in a great deal of information in a short amount of time. You are trying to undo two decades of bad habits in a short amount of time. Not easy As cliche as it is first advice is to lift this is non negotiable. Lifting increases all aspects of your life. It's not just muscles, its knowing you can put yourself through pain, knowing you have the discipline to do something you don't enjoy and doesn't feel good (at first). T…

Ask yourself what you want first. It doesn't sound like you even know, you just want what others have. Make your decisions carefully so you don't regret them. If what you have isn't what you want. Tell it to her straight. Prepare for the worst, Hope for the best.

Record yourself saying the speech from start to finish. If you mess up dont stop and start recording again, but work through the whole speech imagining your audience in front of you. Watch the recording and you will know what parts of the speech you haven't got down yet. Video is also great because you can see your own body language and all the little ticks and quirks you have. Good luck.

You should smile. Is she hot? Aren't you happy to see her? Smiling should be the natural response. Yes flirt and tease when you see the opportunity. My whole point is dont be uncomfortable with the silence. That's how you get uncomfortable silences. But if you are generally in a good mood and just have nothing to say it gives off a different vibe. So first of all make sure you're comfortable and you're having fun and she will follow suit. But if you are sitting there analyzing your every word an…

Go for more active dates. Take a walk/ hike, go bowling, hit the arcade, batting cages, play a sport together. Find shit you like to do on your own (hobbies) and invite her to join in.

The sky is falling, I'm slowly dying with each breath, there are two spies following my every move in order to find outmy secrets and you are asking what's wrong? God, how can you be so insensitive? Absurd agree and amplify plus pressure flip. If she is good she will answer with more absurdity or just laugh it off. It's not that serious, its just a game you are playing with others, it should be fun

Play the shy mysterious guy. If you don't talk much, listen more. They will go nuts trying to figure you out, thinking you're so mysterious since you don't say much. Leak personal info about yourself little by little when the opportunity arises. You will be like a puzzle they are trying to solve. Grabbing on to every word you say in order to form a picture of you

you are only like this because you have seen the truth and took the pain of swallowing the pill. They haven't, to them their behavior is what is true and right. therefore they don't think they are wrong, they are doing the best thing for humanity. You can't see the truth until you deny the illusion.

You're not used to the new you. Your value increased but you don't know how to cope. Take it slow. First define what you want, casual sex, fwb, ltr, ypu have to define whay you want to so you know what you are striving for. As for the social part start talking to random people you see so you get comfortable talking to strangers. See the cashier at the grocery line, say hi. See a bro lift some heavy weight at the gym tell him good lift. See someone with something that catches your eye? Compliment…

Yes you're barely a quarter into your life. Do you know how many people post on trp saying "they wish they found this in their twenties" well congratulations you did. Things you can do to start. Lift, read, find hobbies you enjoy doing, the rest will work itself out.

Yes you're beta bucks. You pay for everything You pay for your girls business You pay for her living I'm sure you take care of all her worries, and she lives without a care in the world. Take care of your weight, people only compliment you because you have money and the hope to get some. She doesn't respect your privacy, she goes through your phone. In accordance to this you don't respect your own privacy and let her do these things. Maybe you want to avoid conflict or ease her jealousy. Enforce…

You need more calories bro. You probably burn 3000 cals each day by you regular activities. Especially if you are under 25. If you burn all the calories you consume then you had be nothing left to store up (gain). Try upping your calories by 500 or more for a few weeks and see if that helps. You could also extend your eating window by a bit, so you dont have to ingest massive amounts of food in such a short time.

You're right it is impossible to have all men at the top 20%. But you assume that they are all hardworking. Most(~80%) are quite content with their current situation. Thus they never strive for more. This can be seen all through the animal kingdom there is always an animal at the top of the dominance hierarchy who gets his pick of the litter. The females in these animal kingdoms tend to also pick from the males at the top, ensuring their offspring get the best genetic material. My point is even …

Thats because there will always be those who will be willing to strive to the top. Even if everyone improved themselves; there are those who seek to be the best of the best. Is it wrong to give the most reward to the most hardworking? Or would you rather reward everyone equally? even those who never put in the work? Everything is a race and the winner takes all, just human nature brother. It was there pre TRP, and it will go on long after.

If all men we're willing to endure the hardships of improving themselves then they would all reap in the benefits. Sadly this won't happen, they would rather placate themselves with their vices. Only 2 out of 10 men are willing to take on the hardships; they are the ones who will reap the benefits. Hence the paraeto principle.

Yes you failed the shit test, but thats not the problem. First why do you care about the opinion of others? Much less of a chick you're trying to bang. The biggest battle is mentally. Define your own worth so nobody does it for you. After that you will pass these shit tests like second nature, because you won't be second guessing your own worth.

This is where you get adventurous. Public sex turns girls on to no end, even if they don't admit it. Public park during night time. Old abandoned factory. Car if you have one. Pretty much anywhere you can think of with low visibility. If you lead confidently most girls will follow.
