In what way is a shared currency for an area with no real border control a bad idea?

The concept of "negging" is the one that stands out. Saying negative comments about someone so they like you? I get the concept, but it makes you an asshole. The sad part is that while that is what negging has become known as (and even what some people try to do), it is not what it was supposed to be. If you go up to random people and start insulting them, you're not going to make many friends. . A "neg" (short for "negative"), is supposed to be a way of showing that you're actually there to tal…

They've been around for a while. They went down the moment they were mentioned in the articles about the shooting though. Not sure if they are down permanently, or just shut it all down to make it hard to prove that they are anti-pickup, not pro-pickup like some of the articles have been reporting.

the overlap proves nothing It's the same way the overlap of SRS and thebluepill proves nothing. You cannot cannot be convicted of rape in the UK unless you have a penis. Sadly, this is not an exaggeration. Under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (direct link), the definition of rape is as follows: A person (A) commits an offence if— (a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis, (b) B does not consent to the penetration, and (c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents. The previous definition under the Sexual Offences Act 1956 (direct link)…

There are many MRAs that also identify as feminists, however openly identifying as an MRA tends to attract unwanted attention from certain groups within feminism, which can strain one's relationship with feminism as a whole (Warren Farrell and Erin Pizzey jump to mind). As a result, many MRAs instead identify as egalitarians, humanists, or utilitarians‎ (to name a few).

I would suggest deleting the post. If you want, you can re-submit it with "np.", however I personally don't really see it as being a big deal. 2xc isn't really equivalent to this subreddit. Now, I don't think 2xc should be a default, but that is for other reasons that are not related to this subreddit.

If you're going to link, link with "np." instead of "www."

It's not Google's view. They're pulling the definitions from a specific dictionary (can't remember which one).

Huh, I guess I'm the only person in this thread who used that term. It's not really a pickup term, it's just an old term that has been adopted by some parts of the seduction/pickup/etc. community.

Don't bounce straight back to your place. Bounce to a late night food place, and then bounce back to your place. And why the hell are you bouncing "to get drinks"? It's one thing to have alcohol ready, but it's something entirely else to bounce for the purpose of alcohol.

I've been running Project64 v1.6 for the past couple years solely to get my Mario Kart and THPS2 fix. It's just not the same as having the weirdest game control ever designed in front of you... and playing against a girl on an emulator is kinda odd So then grab an N64 controller or two ;) Once you're in the emulator, there shouldn't be any visible difference (unless you're running a high-res texture pack or something like that).

Project64k emulator. You'll need a USB controller (or 2). Be warned that its buggy at times, but mostly works Honestly, if you've got a half decent computer you're probably better off with Dolphin and Mario Kart Wii or Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, although you'll probably lose out on quite a bit of nostalgia by doing that. From my experience Dolphin seems to be less buggy than most N64 emulators. If you insist on a N64 emulator (probably for the best if you want the whole nostalgia effect), then y…

Both times they new each other in advance, but I didn't. One of them me and a wing were pulling when my wing had to bail and it just went from there, while the other was more or less initiated by them and had very little to do with my personal skill level.

There's already been an attempt, but it's more of a dictionary than an Encyclopaedia.

I really got started back in January 2012 (started reading long before that and even practised a little as well). I participated in the 2012 StyleLife challenge, and by the end of the two weeks I had multiplied the number of people I had made out with in my entire life many times over, and had almost gotten an F-close. Before that I had only had sex once (when I was 18 thanks to a random hookup with someone I met online), and had only made out with four people. Those two weeks of essentially doi…

The reason why the MRM is anti-feminist is because the voices of feminism are anti-male, rather than pro-equality as they claim to be. And here's some evidence courtesy of SRSWomen.

The problem with 514 is that it can give you a pseudo-boot cut look, as they're slim fitting above the knee, but straight from the knee down. That look can work, but it can also go very wrong.

Fine, go out into, I dunno, /seduction or better yet a PUA forum or go read an issue of Cosmo and ask/try to find their opinion on explicitly asking for consent. They don't do it, because it's not sexy or because that'll put your partner of, or some various BS reasons. Actually, that's blatantly false. Most pickup communities explicitly encourage people to go for enthusiastic consent in all situations, and to completely end any sexual encounter if there is anything less than enthusiastic consent…
