Ah yes. Heinlein is a bit of an odd duck when it comes to this stuff. A couple things to remember about him. First, most of his writing was done in the late 50's, early 60's. Second, a lot of it was tongue in cheek when it came to male-female relations. Can you leverage the other 20%? The ones who are working? Put them in a position to benefit from the other 80% working harder. When they don't, the 20% will complain. Then you're just a manager following up on a complaint, not a "sexist" boss who is harassing employees.
