Around 25. Jerking off = gets relaxed, more centered, have 0 interest in girls for a while. Also become more passive and lazy. Not jerking off = think of sex 90% of the day. Thing is, they never initiate. They are fun and talkative when I write to them first, but it´s VERY rare that they send the first text. Usually it´s when i´ve thought "FUCK this" and moved on that they hit me up (then they are mad because I never initiate... funny). They say things like "oh I miss you! We should do something!". I suggest a time and date, they accept only to cancel because other things came up and we´re back on square one.

I hear ya man. I kill it when with them 1 on 1, but getting there is frustrating to say the least. But how do you go about actually SEEING them and build rapport if they are unavailable 99% of the time? Hitting them up once in a while with a simple "hey! lets do xyz" gets old if they reject it a few times in a row. Should you just cut your losses and cut contact? Yeah, but all women are like that. Give no validation and she won´t even know you exist (too busy getting attention from 40 other guys) Give validation and she´ll just soak it up without you getting anything in return.
