I’m not an expert as I just started. But I would say go to a few intro classes - most gyms offer a free class or a free week - and see which has coaches you like and an environment that fits your personality. Also, check out their class schedules and see if one or the other works better for you. Comic books, graphic novel, the movies developed from them and the characters contained therein are for weaklings and simps who need that alternate reality as an escape from their mundane, subservient lifestyles. Read and learn from history and non-fiction books, not this garbage. This is solely for the purpose of entertainment.
