the girl in it follows super beautiful. inb4 someone says no she's not beautiful bc it's on here. ok ok. blond women with symmetrical faces, thin noses, and large eyes are historically considered hideous, so it's ok.

so many good looking guys put their foot in their mouths and say offensive ass shocking things that turned me off. the pretty doesn't make up for being embarrassing.

there are reasons i don't trust those kinds of guys. i have met them irl before and they were rude and weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:41 AM

the arguments here are all a part of a certain belief system that's specifically designed to not be persuadable in any other direction, like a lot of circular arguments. oh, you said you loved your husband even though he wasn't a chad and he still cheated on you? well, next time choose better, and also he probably was a chad you're just delusional about his market value. that kind of thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:33 AM

i am well past it. especially now. i am hella busy and have too many things on my plate to worry about some idiot being wrong on here. i see a comment i think is dumb and i am like, better just disregard this.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:31 AM

i am bored, i think gender based arguments are interesting, and i am bored. sometimes i get a little testy but recently i am like yeah i don't have time or energy to spend getting angry. wbu
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/26 12:16 AM

i am concerned about how the feet are the central focus here. i don't trust people with that kink

as long as you can still have kids it doesn't really matter that much. you can say women stop being able to reliably have kids by their 40s for the most part. older guys in their mid to late 40s and 50s can still have them and beyond. the likelihood might not be great, but if it's still possible i wouldn't count them out unless they just can't get someone to agree to that with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/26 11:37 PM

you asked why an above average man would want to date an average woman. it was my understanding that guys have to settle for women less desirable than they are according to right on here.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 08:46 PM

because that's all they can reasonably expect to get.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 08:38 PM

really? i love a good mcdouble or a snack wrap. i don't eat there too often, but once in a blue moon i get a craving for it.

like she was not the one who devoted 10 years of her life to her husband only for him to go cold on her, turn away from her, choose someone else, while she was helpless to do anything to stop it. the ex wife is the one who got left. like, why be bothered when, as an affair partner, you won the relationship? but i also just have very little empathy or comprehension of cheaters because the ones i have met irl have been such horrible, disgusting, destructive pieces of shit, even if i never got dire…

/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 01:40 AM

one of my extended (technically not blood related, but a relative of a relative) family members cheated on his wife like 15 years ago and ended up marrying his affair partner. they are still together and have kids and live in a new country. but somebody told me that his new wife would get super offended any time anyone mentioned his ex wife's name. like, a wedding speech had to be edited to not include the name of a particular mountain relevant to a story because the name was the same as that gu…

it's just a common joke among guys. like the woman is super attractive but she's difficult enough to drive the dude nuts and make him tired of her. that is a real thing that happens in dating, on both sides.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 12:45 AM
2

you can be happily married to someone who occasionally drives you nuts. that is just how ltrs work. ever hear the phrase, "you see a hot girl, and you dream of being with her. well, just know the guy she's with is absolutely sick of her shit"? it's true on both sides.

i think the negativity is good, don't get me wrong. we need a lot less people pretending to agree with each other and more people at each others' throats. i am just saying you play a specific role here, yk. the guy who says something very debbie downer and kind of accusatory, then when women you approve of jokingly reply, you act like everything is okay again and that you're not mad at them in particular. personally, i am just going to call it like i see it. levity? joking? trying to get you to …

oh my god you really think i can't see someone for who they are. it's like you're stabbing me directly in the heart repeatedly until i sputter and collapse on the ground with blood spurting all over the place, coughing and choking. a truly pitiable sight. how could you do this to me
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/26 12:09 AM
1

and here's even more negativity and lack of curiosity. it's like talking to a miserable brick wall. it's like meeting a guy at a party and he instantly starts talking about how ugly and stupid everyone there is. yk, like he's too good to be there even though he chose to attend.

they rlly think they don't sound disturbing when they say that shit too. like the attitude is just... i don't want to say the word. but it's not good.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 09:34 PM

i also love how this fancy pants recipe website i was on (seriouseats) told me that the only way to get the best ground meat was to buy a meat grinder and grind meat myself. i was like, yeah. that is not happening. i am not buying an expensive device and buying expensive cuts of meat just to grind them myself.

lmao they think that every guy a woman sleeps with steals her heart or whatever. like that women can't fuck a dude without catching feelings. it's obviously not true in reality, but they just kind of view all women as the exact same type of person with the exact same wants and desires, goals, etc. there's no purpose in arguing w them. you have to just let people be wrong sometimes in life. like it's not your job to make ppl understand things they don't want to understand.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:31 PM

i am just saying this is a bad idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 06:28 PM

you know what i really hate? those stupid meat tubes they sell at the grocery store. whether it's ground beef, italian sausage, ground chicken, or ground turkey. who the fuck wants to cut open a tube and have to scrape out all the meat. there's literally no way to get all of it. so you don't even get your full money's worth. meanwhile, the tray + plastic covering situation is so much better. rip open the plastic, dump into the pan. done. no residue, no meat goop stuck somewhere, 0 scraping. meat…

obviously getting your dick sucked and being able to feel like a king. nobody mentioned that yet? really? oh boy, safety. real fiery and passionate. no slut shaming. once again, the absence of something unpleasant. the positive aspect of being a man dating is that sex is visually better for men, more exciting for them, and their dick gets to be centered in most conventional lovemaking. that has to feel good.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 05:08 PM

people who insist looks aren't that important are usually the people who care about them the most in my experience. "i care about personality the most," "why do women like hot douchebags?" meanwhile they are slaves to their dicks. only liking hot girls.

it would be pretty shocking especially because i feel like i have a pretty good read on people, esp the people i am dating and/or married to. would have to re-evaluate my entire life, and start mentally preparing for the end of the relationship. cuz if he cheated, i can't be w him anymore, no matter who it was he fucked on the side.

no, bc i don't know them. like i can see how celebrity guys are valuable to society or whatever. i know fancy cars have high value culturally, because they are expensive. anything that costs a lot of money is technically high value. does that mean i personally highly value those things? no. i'm looking for a bunch of weird, idiosyncratic things because i am a human being with my own preferences and desires and history. many of those things, if not most, are not measurable quantities. like how am…

he's not unattractive. however, his new nose job makes him look objectively worse than he did before. his personality, behavior, and the dumb shit he's always saying are what make him unattractive. not his looks. except now he has a baby nose and not a regular adult man nose.

i wouldn't even say it's necessarily anything like that, i prefer not to intrude on people on the toilet (though ppl intrude on me on the toilet when i would really prefer them not to). but even minor things like food preferences can get annoying when you're the one cooking most of the time. one time i made a broccoli salad and my bf took his portion and went to the sink to wash off all the dressing i put on it because he hated it. he thought it smelled awful too even though it wasn't offensive …

he already has more money than i will ever have, so desperately chasing more seems a bit preposterous. i think it may just be that he was genuinely insecure about his nose. yk bc even good looking people can hyperfixate on the one trait they feel is holding them back. if you're overall hideous, it's probably different, but if you're already close to achieving a high level of conventional attractiveness, anything that makes you imperfect becomes an issue.

one of my favorite of all time youtubers, who runs a budget cooking channel helping ppl to save money on groceries and still make good food, decided to fly out to someone who was struggling, literally had her broken oven replaced, and helped her w groceries. that woman was a single mom caring for aging parents. sometimes, you just get sick of negativity you see online and seeing someone finally care about ppl who are struggling is a breath of fresh air. i am having all the feelings rn.

bc in japan success is mostly predicted by academic success. testing well throughout your teenage years and getting into an elite university there, getting hired at a great company that you're expected to work at your entire life (they highly discourage resigning culturally there). over in america it's different.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 11:51 PM

i think some women are more able to capitalize off of being likable than others in traditional environments. but honestly, likable men have a way bigger advantage over likable women in the same environment. ive seen high school drop out guys and guys with no credentials end up getting paid $6 figures over their smarter friends just due to connections. rarely seen that happen w women tbh.

i am not talking about whether or not being a male prostitute is a good career choice or not with a decent amount of earnings and autonomy. i just mean, if you're biggest gift in life is making people like you, especially as a man, you'll naturally get pulled into other opportunities. bc being likable is very profitable in things like sales and others.

what does the term "accountability" mean to you? bc i have noticed, if someone is angry at you over something you did or did not do, you can perform deference, say, yes, i made a mistake, bc (i was sick, stressed, literally just forgot, or sincerely misunderstood whatever it was i was supposed to do). and then they keep yelling at you and criticizing you and acting angry. it's like i literally took responsibility, apologized, and you still won't relent or just end the conversation. bc rlly, i th…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/26 02:47 AM

it's mostly bc weight loss is hard and people reach for copes when they get overwhelmed. they lived for multiple years probs eating a lot of food or self-soothing with treats, and the idea of giving that up is too hard, so then they're like, "well, men aren't expected to lose weight" even though that's actually not true if you pay attention to how people talk about overweight guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/26 02:11 AM

i can be happy w what i have and still mournful about how my natural temperament makes my subjective experiences more psychologically painful.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/26 12:06 AM

emotionally simpler ppl are also just foreign to me ykwim. like they are living a much easier psychological makeup and are probably at peace more, which would make me feel unseen. like at some point you realize, they are able to just feel happy when something good happens, maybe not feel things as intensely, and just have much more of a sense of certainty abt things that i will never be able to access.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 11:50 PM

i don't have anything against him, i just prefer complexity, tolerance for ambiguity, nuance, etc.

i hate to have to say this, it's a deeply personal and revealing admission, but whenever someone shares a screenshot using light mode on reddit/facebook/twitter, i am like, why would anyone do that to themselves. are you guys just immune to suffering
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 09:06 PM

there's one person in my life who i want to tell, "remember your old roommate we both hung out with? that guy who was endlessly tolerant of you and your bullshit until you pushed it too far? i talked to him over voice after he moved far away to another state. he said your name and immediately was like, shit, i said his name. i never want to talk about him again" about you. that's how corrosive you were. your closest friends all came to hate you.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 03:55 AM

i desperately need pizza from a mom and pop pizza place, that's in either toledo or cincinnati. MAYBE cleveland. yk. that classic, red plastic soda cup, black and white tile floor, dim lighting ambiance, and too much oregano.

i mean rigid rules for everything aren't actually universal. sometimes you want to go to a place w your broke friend and you are like, my treat. bc otherwise they couldn't go w you. and there are other unspoken dynamics in other relationships too. between friends, family, whatever. my dad once mentioned that he thought my sister and her husband were financially struggling bc they didn't protest when he offered to pay for meals. like he was expecting a back and forth when he suggested paying hims…

bro me and my guy best friend watched "call me by your name" and it was such a great movie. he got emotional at the scene where the dad gives that speech after the young guy finds out the older guy he had a passionate relationship w is both gone and also engaged to a woman instead. ofc, now i watch youtube video essays about how that movie is problematic due to the age gap dynamics.

yk there are things that matter beyond hierarchy right? like emotional depth, perceptiveness, feeling deeply, seeing the beauty in other ppl, feeling compassion. not everything needs to be relentlessly optimized to be meaningful.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 01:10 AM

probably coming up on important life milestones during the pandemic tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 12:37 AM

of course i've met shallow, status obsessed women. they are real people who heavily romanticize ppl based on looks. they still have pain, insecurities, weird quirks, etc. but most guys i know, like nearly all of them, have had multiple relationships, situationships, bad dates, regrettable hookups, and important experiences with women they are attracted to as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 12:13 AM

yeah when you talk to actual irl guys, dating apps aren't a barren wasteland for them. like my bf's long time friend was single for a very long time, finally decided to start using dating apps, and within a few months or even less, already has a girlfriend. like dating for guys irl is so much easier than internet guys make it seem.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 12:08 AM

so you're saying women aren't actually shallow and are just sluts now? wow, you turned your original cynicism around and now it's just as cynical but slightly different. masterclass

maybe you should just grant his wish of fucking in a car or a pool house, because it's fun and novel even if you don't really care for it because car sex sux and fucking in a pool house can be risky. but stuff like butt sex is like a bit different, bc you can try it and genuinely hate every single second of it and never want to do it again. car and pool house sex isn't the most ideal, but it's also not inherently violating.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:19 AM

gotta listen to blackpill youtubers talk about their lives 25-40 years old. they definitely have baggage about missing out on young love or whatever. like they are funny and entertaining but not boyfriend material ykwim
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 11:30 PM

vast majority of guys my age are not virgins. so it's not something i have or ever will have to consider tbh

/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 10:22 PM

lmao imagine trying to live up to alexander the great/jesus/buddha. you have to be in the right place at the right time, born into perfect conditions, then have some incredible world-changing talent to be on their level. and they are all dead for over 1,000 years. that's not a realistic goal for most people.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 10:07 PM

that just describes the average person in my town
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 09:59 PM

it's a lot harder if you don't have a high tdee and a normal appetite.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 07:14 PM

this is why you should never complain to some dude about your relationship problems. nothing good ever comes of it tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 12:53 AM

a lot of men don't care when it really matters tbh. so i don't expect them to care? if you're tired of women, you should just give up on them too instead of wasting time and emotional energy on this.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 12:47 AM

which men fought for my suffrage, and which men are fighting for my right to have an abortion? like specify who you are talking about, because it certainly is not all or even most men.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 12:40 AM

so many guys are like, "if women don't care about our loneliness and lack of sex, we won't care about women's issues in return!" did i ever say i expected men to care about women's issues? literally not even something that crosses my mind on a daily basis, i don't think they do for the most part. so the plea is really just to get us to act upset and concerned about men's issues, and then they just get to stay the same, and continue to not care about us. so you're essentially asking for something…

/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 09:05 PM

they are definitely inflammatory comments, but getting personally upset about things people say online is a one-way ticket to being completely miserable.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 08:41 PM
36

i mean obsessing over aging in general is kind of stupid. once you get older, being obsessed with your looks starts to seem kind of gauche and a little unbecoming. life happens, you like who you like, you don't like who you don't like, but really you should be more focused on self-development and self-actualization. and obviously taking care of your health and body as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 08:38 PM

well, watching child porn is a crime in and of itself. so whether or not they are planning on sexually abusing minors themselves is irrelevant to the fact that they already committed a crime and should be in prison for that alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/26 09:02 PM

i've ended up not taking things further with guys who were tall, handsome, from a rich family, etc. because they said or did something that was a turn off for me. so socially skilled guys who knew how to escalate and were able to read my body language had a huge advantage over guys who fit some "genetically superior" metric you seem to be obsessed with.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/26 01:51 AM
2

just say you don't personally want to date women over 30 and be done with it, don't psychoanalyze an entire group of people you are not interested in for reasons to not be interested in them. they are probably less sexually attractive to you and that's okay. just own it and stop trying to prescribe motives to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/26 01:36 AM

does this take away from the overall preference for younger women at all? maybe you just need to mind your own business and the world will keep turning.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 02:38 AM

how does that change the fact that your parents had to contend with your dad not really wanting to be with your mom, hence the cheating and the "i'm not arguing with her because she'll withhold sex" thing

/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 06:48 PM

do you really expect total transparency and vulnerability here when you guys have proven you're not capable of holding that kind of thing with nuance and can actually be (extremely) cruel about it? because you don't deserve to have that kind of information at all tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 06:41 PM

i feel like you're reading way too far into those comments. they barely say anything about it, she just said her mom dated a guy 11 years younger than her once. there's no additional context in the screenshot that says she thinks its evil or whatever. "that's so weird man" =/= moral condemnation either, that's just a personal preference.

at this point, i think all men are low value.

but you hang out with high income people and your parents are high income. eventually when you get your first job out of college, you will likely triple my income multiple years after college. you really think i won't remember that kind of thing?

people just don't think about the implications of mutilating a baby's genitals. that's how it's been for so many years. a lot of people don't even think there's anything wrong with them being circumcised. but it's whatever, i am listening to emo music rn.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 05:10 AM

you have said you are in higher income circles. i won't forget dude.

honestly, i genuinely can't tell if you're trying to take me down a peg or not. can you instead explain what you mean by the "there is more to it than just looks" part? is it meant as an insult, or what?

i am still allowed to have my feelings about it tbh. i don't need to justify them.

do most gay guys want kids? like i am not trash talking the ones that do. but is that something most of them want.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 03:02 AM

how does that help me though. i am talking about something i decided not to do a long time ago.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 03:00 AM

i mean you have to give a guy with tons of options a legitimate reason to want to be exclusive. if you can just hop on grindr and find anonymous guys who want to be fucked or suck dick or get their dick sucked and you can just go do that, there has to be like. a good reason to get into a relationship. i think younger gay or bi guys in high school have a relatively easier time finding an age appropriate boyfriend though. as an adult you are dealing with potentially a lot of dl guys who are marrie…

i probably could have leveraged my youth/looks at that age if i wanted to into monetary gain. but like, i had my own life and concerns. what if i want to binge watch netflix instead of having to deal with constant text messages from a needy 40 year old. that was my main consideration.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 02:12 AM
2

one time when i was younger some dude messaged me online somewhere, i can't remember if it was a social media site or a dating site. he was like, hey want to be my sugar baby? i was like, that sounds weird. never replied. and i don't regret that decision at all. who knows what i could have walked into, he could have been married or something. i was super inexperienced at that time and would have just been confused if i said yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:56 AM

i am like so upset about the injustice of some people having a gas range, like seriously that is my dream. a gas stove, beautiful, perfect. but then the entire thing is caked with splatters and the food looks like pig slop. some people take nice things and take a crap all over them. i literally treat my shitty electric stove better, i treat my food better, i think i should be the one with the gas stove, and not them.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:49 AM

some people think they can automatically see when someone is lying to them. but they have no idea that some folks are actually extremely practiced at selectively omitting information, telling plausible stories, and telling people what they want to hear. like, if you met someone who was a compulsive/practiced liar, you would be fooled too.

he must be good at lying tbh.

/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/26 01:15 AM

This is heading into the territory of "well if i don't know which one is bad then ill just go for the tallest and most attractive and hope hes good" yeah this isn't how i operate. i've been friends with hot guys who i ended up disliking and never dated, average guys who pissed me off, and sub-average guys who were jerks. one of the filters for who i date is: DON'T PUT YOUR FOOT IN YOUR MOUTH. DON'T ACT A FOOL. bc it's a turnoff.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 02:35 AM
7

because we're trying to let you in on something very personal and hurtful that happened to us, in hopes that it helps you understand us better. do some women do it clumsily or trauma dump too soon? absolutely. but it's not a bad intention yk.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 02:31 AM
5

so you're only talking about complaints about men that specifically pertain to dating and not complaints that pertain to guys you don't date but are still shitty. however, to counter this argument: don't assume guys who are "unchosen" or not dating a specific girl are automatically good people either.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 02:25 AM

lmao i am in a happy relationship right now with a guy who isn't like my former friends.

stay true to your standards king. don't date her.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 02:18 AM

i mean it depends on what you mean by "used", but i've definitely had guys who were like, hey let's hang out, then they ask me to buy them alcohol or something and they'll pay me back in cash (this was right after I turned 21) then they're like okay great, now i need to go hang out with the person i actually want to drink this with. definitely felt used there. being manipulated? not exclusive to relationships. being gaslit by so-called friends, getting psychoanalyzed negatively, insulted, target…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 02:13 AM
9

nah, even guys i didn't date could be extremely bad people. not all of them of course, but it's not like it's only ever guys you date who rub you the wrong way or cause problems for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 01:59 AM

they did it wrong then.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 01:40 AM

not something i'd do but do whatever. not my business
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/26 12:16 AM

some people don't like certain genitals and that's fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 11:01 PM

do you mean if she was a woman before but starts dressing masculine? or if she was actually trans or smth
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 10:45 PM

she's not being a real feminist if she doesn't.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 10:43 PM

guys already do as they please and not care whose feelings get hurt. the reason you feel you can't get away with it is that you feel like you're lower status probably.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 10:18 PM

lol men do this kind of thing too. if you were more confident, you could be selfish and get away with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 10:14 PM

she needs to deconstruct her idea of gender norms, obviously. this is a her problem, not a him problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 10:04 PM

i just saw the cutest video of baby skunks just now. cute but dangerous!
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 10:03 PM

hot take: i know this was less popular years ago, but i think it's totally fine to name a dog or a cat with a human name. like kelly, zeke, whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 09:33 PM

then maybe if he is cute enough and not stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 09:21 PM

why is he wearing those clothes in the first place
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 09:08 PM

having a reasonably fit but not over the top body is my preference. so no extremely low bf% but no gut either. attainable levels of muscle so you're not a stick figure. that's about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 09:05 PM

that's cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 09:04 PM

these are the kinds of clothes little boys under 5 years old wear
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 09:01 PM

is he a baby or something
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 08:56 PM

yeah it was really shitty lmao. i am not sure if it counts as a nightmare
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 08:30 PM

Some of the stairs looked rickety too. Like those ladder type stairs. And there was an opportunity to climb down an actual ladder, but... it was extremely precarious. Like the drop off was enormous, unsurvivable if you fall. And since I felt kind of like everything was a bit slippery and bad things could keep happening, I had to avoid just going down the ladder.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 08:26 PM

I had the weirdest dream last night that I was in like this weird complex where everything was made of concrete and there were tons of confusing stairs. I had to go down the stairs but often came across overly large distances down and had to find the other way down, the stairs would sometimes start coming down as soon as I was on them and I landed safely on the landing space but it was scary, then there was this weird monster in the building I had to get away from. Technology I had in my pocket …
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 08:22 PM

lmao most guys i know in their mid 30s are overweight and making a middling amount of money. are they in their peak years? but they are also mostly already partnered anyways. like, most people i know have a gf, bf, fiance, or spouse. which makes the "am i at my sexual peak?" question kind of a moot point.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 12:33 AM

i am just paying attention to weird shit today.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/26 12:30 AM

how come some people can pee so quickly? my coworker just went into the bathroom, and almost immediately flushes the toilet a few seconds** later, then washes her hands and leaves.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 10:10 PM

yeah i have no idea what to say to this.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 10:07 PM

she should fully commit to pretending her ex is dead and move on. like, bury a picture of him in the backyard with an unused fencepost with some shitty letters scrawled on it with sharpies "here lies (dead ex boyfriend) beloved asshole", block him on everything, and tell every mutual to never bring him up. backyard funeral like your dead fish vibes ykwim.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 09:55 PM

no i am dating one person. i only date one person at a time. i'm talking about people i've gone on dates with over the course of my dating history. apps don't remove optionality. that much is obvious. you just can't get a good vibe from a photo and a blurb. i was on dating apps for like a couple days, got flooded, and then was like, yeah, not for me. it's just my preference.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 09:38 PM

that is just a major boundary violation in my own personal family culture. i'd never ask an older relative, be it an aunt, uncle, parent, or grandparent how many people they slept with. it's just not something you do.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 08:25 PM

wow i really don't want to step into this kind of drama. thanks for the information though.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 08:21 PM

why does your cousin know how many guys your grandma has slept with
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 08:18 PM

they could literally do anything else but assault us with these dumb articles, and i would wholeheartedly support it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 08:01 PM

soooo many home cooks use pre-made barbecue sauce. i would know, i watch them on youtube. so you can trust me.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:52 PM

to me it just tastes like ash and ickiness.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:49 PM

i hate to be the one to have to tell everyone this, but homemade barbecue sauce is just better. tomato sauce or paste with some water, maybe some ketchup, mustard powder, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce tbh), dash of liquid smoke, heated in a sauce pan. it absolutely bodies the store bought garbage. store bought just tastes like overly smokey, icky, kinda dry in a weird way, boring, awful, and lowkey kind of disgusting.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:42 PM

whatever dude
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:24 PM

I actually follow that one on one of my accounts. It's interesting.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:22 PM

you can have options and still feel like dating is hard, and you can also not self-improve specifically to get more options. not self-improving to get laid =/= not self-improving at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:21 PM

lmao, you really think 75 year old grandpas can pull casual sex partners like that
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:15 PM

thanks for mind-reading millions if not billions of people acting like you know everything. it must feel good to have certainty about something. too bad that's not how life works.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:10 PM

they feel that they have it as hard as men, and they also don't want to reorganize their entire life, personality, looks, and habits around getting or keeping a man. that's not hard to understand, because they don't actually contradict each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:06 PM

this is weird, because not every guy needs therapy. all the guys i know who definitely needed it tried it out at least once. whether it worked for them or not? it varies. if a guy has mental problems or bad habits or negative behavior patterns, the best thing to do is remove yourself from the situation and stop talking to him. trying to convince him to go to therapy is a waste of time. yeah, i know, i know. "just give up on difficult people" sounds bad, but really, at the end of the day, you rea…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 07:03 PM

will the new york times and whoever does these think pieces just smoke some weed, go outside, and fart in the mountains instead of writing this crap. who cares about this
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 06:56 PM

i did address your points. i just did it in an unsatisfying way.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 06:55 PM

i am online a lot because i grew up that way. i know a lot of dumb internet lore as a result. but the thing is, there's a never ending amount of it. i am not here to save young men or men in general. because, and i'm gonna be honest here, they don't listen. you can give them advice and tell them not to drive off a bridge, but they'll do it anyways if that's really what they want to do. so that's kind of hopeless by default. just my personal experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 06:52 PM

no one gets everything they want in the dating market, so of course they think it's also hard for them. not everyone is going to like you even if you like them. that is universal. self-improve for yourself. want to lose weight, get fit, do inner work, eat a very healthy diet, get your steps in, read books, whatever. do it for you. the end.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 06:46 PM

i think if the guy was an asshole when he lived in the west, it'll be amplified if he goes to a passport bro country. so any kind of assholish behavior gets potentiated. since a lot of the western guys in SE asia specifically are divorced, that increases the odds that he is a bit of a dick.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 05:58 PM

genuinely looking for a long term girlfriend or wife? a decent number. definitely not all, but i've heard about a lot of guys going to SE asia to find someone to marry before. there's also that passport bro guy on here who is a complete ass to them and plays all of them. roll of the dice i guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 05:50 PM

maybe cultural differences or they know someone who did it and had a bad experience before.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 05:32 PM

honestly? i think in southeast asia specifically, some of them are. rich western older dudes have a ton of money compared to the local population, so it's an easy way to get resources and status.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 05:30 PM

probably depends on her family or whatever. not like it matters, people sometimes do what they want to anyways, even with family pressure not to.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 05:19 PM
1

i don't really have this problem because i date people in the real world and not in online dating, and most of the guys i've gone on dates with also don't really use the apps that much.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 05:16 PM

the more i watch local, county, and state politics and talk to various govt departments, i feel like it would probably actually be awesome to work as an admin in one of them. answer emails, phone calls, and be extremely slow all day.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/26 05:01 PM

if you really wanted to just not date anyone, you wouldn't really care how women feel about it tbh. you would be living your life, and not dating.

it doesn't matter if you are a loser or an attractive guy, if you decide you don't want to date anyone, you are off the market. which makes you inherently irrelevant to women looking for a partner. you won't be on dating apps, you won't be putting yourself out there, if you do meet a woman, either through your vibe or your words or actions, you'll read as unavailable and not interested, etc. we can't get you so that means you're not really on our radar. there are still a lot of guys who are look…

she has a very feminine face. maybe that person hasn't watched that much anime or read that much manga, but after a while, you can definitely tell who is a man or a woman even if they have other traits (hair length, body makeup) that make them less stereotypically feminine or masculine.

it seems like a huge headache to have to change all your documents like your id, passport, social security card, and then dealing with all the bureaucratic nonsense like doctor's offices and paperwork, the bank, your job, the title to your car, all that crap. it sounds like it causes a few years of a huge headache. if the process were a bit easier, it'd be more understandable. but my mom said changing her last name was a huge hassle for her, and i am kind of just. a bit overly practical if that …
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 05:42 PM

that's casca from berserk right? she looks like a woman. her armor is hiding her boobs though. but also the character design makes sense, having upper body armor with a flat chest is better for protecting your torso, and the short hair also makes sense because you don't want anyone to pull your hair mid-battle.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 05:32 PM

very weird how you springboarded off my comment which was like, "do whatever you want in life, i don't care, you are free, people aren't that upset about it in general" and jumped right** into a rant about how women actually hate you guys and that we are all going to be single at 37 and be forced to settle for a wimpy single father or some shit. lots of projection here.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 05:26 PM

it's a common phrase in america. we don't have a formal plural you like other languages do, so various places have filled that gap. ya'll is just the most popular option. also, this comes across as pedantic and overly picky.

i don't hate when guys go mgtow because it doesn't affect my life at all. i already have a relationship and an entire life.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 05:11 PM

idk why it's so hard for some people to accept that someone can be objectively a way worse person than you, even to the point of being crude, morally reprehensible, and take advantage of others, and still have undeservedly way more money than you. like that is actually typically what happens irl. billionaires are not inherently good or deserving people, they just took advantage of the right people, were born to the right parents, etc. life is not a meritocracy at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 02:22 AM

he still has more money than both of us combined though.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 02:16 AM

he probably has more than the average person does. he has bugattis, is able to relocate to other countries with relative ease, and is scamming a bunch of suckers out of $50, owns a webcam business, so he likely has some amount of cash lying around.

i mean by capitalism's standards, he is successful in at least some metrics. but he is still odious, obnoxious, loud, and disgusting anyways. two things can be true at once: you can have a lot of money, fame, etc. and be a terrible person.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 02:02 AM

i just want to love a dog forever you guys. i neeeeeeeeeeeed it. but it's a bad idea.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 01:13 AM

i just saw these two super adorable labradors (one pale, one black with a white chest and paws) who are a bonded brother and sister pair that are up for adoption. just looking at their adorable faces makes me want to love them forever, but sadly i can't deal with having pets at this point in my life. once the algorithm noticed i love cute animal pics it's been tormenting me with them 😭

no one cares that much about what yall are doing. i know you guys and passport bros are obsessed with the idea that average women or feminists or evil western women are really pressed about yall, but we aren't. does it even matter if you guys are losers or not? you're supposedly off the market, out of sight, out of mind. so like. yeah i really don't give a shit. edit: also, presumably some high status men DO opt out of dating for any number of reasons. they would just never call themselves MGTOW…

/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 12:11 AM

50 is too high. all preferences are valid, but 5 is a pretty low cutoff depending on age. there's nothing wrong with that btw, it just might not be realistic for everyone.

/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 04:44 PM

yeah he died at 21 years old from cancer. very tragic. he was also a pretty good varsity basketball player in high school.

why would you choose a picture of your son as a toddler mostly naked but wearing a tie for his memorial. maybe it's just me, maybe it's just a cultural thing for younger folks to be more protective of the kinds of images of their kids they post online, but it just seems like a weird choice.

people who spam right swipe on profiles already get punished by the app because their swipe to match ratio goes down and they get shown to less and less profiles on there. men are the majority userbase of the apps; if you take away the thing you're supposed to do on those apps, there's no reason to log in. like you're just supposed to log in, see all the profiles that liked you that you're not interested in, and then log off. not a proposition for earning more money on the apps for the companies…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:41 AM
6

lol imagine removing choice from the majority userbase of an app and expect people to keep using that app. people already get angry when too many low-quality users like their profiles, so i don't think this will work.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/26 06:13 PM

just sounds like an excuse to never have to try at all tbh. you go into it expecting unenthusiastic duty sex, so that's what you get. there is approximately 0 curiosity in any of your comments on this matter asking how to make a woman c*m, you don't reveal any kinky, sexy side of yourself, there's approximately 0 naughty sexual energy with any of these posts. which hey, maybe that's just the way some guys are.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/03/26 01:29 AM

i've been a woman for a long ass time on here. other people who are on here all the time like you are already know. you're the one who is out of the loop here.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 10:26 PM

wow there is a guy living in the town next to me who literally. i can't say it. a FOUR YEAR OLD. god that is awful.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 09:43 PM

ive been looking at the sex offender registry in my general area. and for the most part, all the dudes definitely need to be on it. one weird one for me though, was "3 females reported him driving naked in his car". like why would you do that? it makes 0 sense.

/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 12:45 AM

you know what i think? i think that guy was very insecure. definitely had a chip on his shoulder. i bet he got rejected a lot by women when he was younger. and now he's a bitter, middle-aged guy who goes on this subreddit to unleash his impotent monkey rage onto everyone else. must suck to be him, huh. oh well.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 12:44 AM

yeah the emojis gave it away. before, when you didn't use them, i knew you were probably someone's alt on here to troll, but today your style of posting provocative things in this particular way and the emotional temperature of your comments, along with the emojis, made it obvious who you were.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 12:39 AM

aren't you that same guy who was on here a couple months to a year ago
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/26 12:33 AM

delusional tbh. if you watch a lot of content about real people, politicians, powerful folks, regular folks, etc. like i do, you would notice that most people (especially those with something to lose) avoid accountability like the plague.

hot take: "boring guys" are good actually. by boring i mean regulated, relatively normal, no extreme personality issues or mood problems. i know a lot of people on here are obsessed with how women like bad boys or terrible men and then "settle" for a "boring guy". but tbh having a regulated nervous system in a relationship is worth a lot more than extreme instability, constant fights, or being gaslit. and to be totally honest, i don't think the sex is actually worse with normal men vs. psycho du…

/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/26 02:22 AM

is it nick fuentes and clavicular? i also find clavicular to be frustrating. he's a goddamned moron 19 year old who doesn't know shit and he gets to act like he's a fucking guru on life. no he's not. he's a dumbass, drug addicted teenager.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/26 08:46 PM

if you met real people you'd actually get to know what their flaws and shortcomings are from first hand experience rather than what you see online. online exaggerates common tropes, but real people are different. guys irl have idiosyncrasies and some level of uniqueness, they are not all flawed in the same predictable way you see online.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/26 08:32 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/26 01:13 AM

i don't treat my coworkers worse or better based on their marriage/kids situation. i'm there to do work. i am just talking about small signals from content creators online that make me think, "oh, they also take care of other people or at least one other person" and due to the kind of content i consume (mostly food creators and film analysis) that additional perspective helps me understand where they're coming from better. i am not married yet and i don't have kids, so i am just talking about he…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/26 12:03 AM

im not talking about making people prove anything. i am just saying that whenever someone shares details about their personal life that signal emotional seriousness, that impacts my opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/26 11:55 PM

severe personal experience doesn’t make someone universally right, but it can deepen their ability to recognize and articulate certain emotional realities.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/26 11:28 PM

he made a lot of emotionally resonant reviews to films. for me, the opinion holds more weight because he went through something awful and life-changing, which means his perspective is more nuanced and sharper. that's just how my brain works though.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/26 11:08 PM

the thing is, if i already don't trust someone, say alex jones or joe rogan, the fact that they're married with kids doesn't move the needle on my opinion of them. i am mostly talking about regular folks who make food content on youtube. discovering they are married or have kids makes me think: "Oh, they know how to make food for someone else's tastes" yk. Or just regular people on social media in general. when i found out that a film reviewer on youtube had a dead wife, i immediately gave his o…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/26 10:58 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/26 07:25 PM

then maybe you should just not share your plans with us. if you can't even keep your plans secret from us, how do you expect to keep them secret from her anyways.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 10:58 PM

the gravy from the deli always smells and tastes mildly stinky. i can't stand it tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 10:57 PM

that's a lot easier to fix than one night of falling asleep at 5 am. trust me, i've been there with staying awake nearly all night and trying to claw my way back to normalcy. it sucks.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 07:15 PM

i would start earlier in the day. after a trip, i always end up sleeping exactly 8 hours, unbroken, restful sleep.

they have a different perspective and look different from me. that is mostly what i like. sometimes i legit can't understand what they're talking about, and that's cute.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 01:18 AM

this is just how it is. it's almost impossible for me to recall any of my female friends dating someone i was like "oh damn" about. i don't think it's happened. they're all mostly neutral to unattractive to me.

thinkin about 80s-90s star trek. the next generation, deep space nine, and voyager. lots of themes. especially deep space 9. that one was probably the best out of all of them

yeah it's real for sure. i dated different iterations of essentially the same archetype of guy. similar looks, similar personality, similar interpersonal problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 01:34 AM
2

yeah especially nowadays when every aspect of life is hyper-individualized, parents get totally stuck in "mom/dad mode" for too long and it starts ruining their self concept and identity.

i think most young guys who are like 20-30 and not obese have at least a chance of doing better than those women.

i mean have you looked at them recently? just go on reddit and look at them. it's all misery all the time. there is absolutely 0 fun, ever. that is how it is for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 01:12 AM
2

hey, who knows if it's the man's fault she's either a single mom OR a married miserable woman. that doesn't inherently assign blame, it's just a state of being.

yeah most guys have to demonstrate some kind of desirable quality via their behavior rather than their pure statistical advantage.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 12:50 AM

it's like there's only two versions of motherhood available: single mom, or miserable married woman. you gotta roll the dice but either way you are fucked. also: fathers are never cool guys either. as soon as you have kids, you lose all your coolness factor almost instantly. you just become some guy your kids ask to do things so they can bypass their mom.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/26 12:46 AM

it's facebook not exactly a place where hot people hang out yk it's for divorced single moms. that's what my boss said about it. most of the people you reach on fb are divorced single moms and they usually don't spend money on whatever you're trying to sell them.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/26 12:37 AM

what are you really offering to women though. like you've said before you'd wanna cheat constantly. so like, women should pay for the pleasure of getting cucked by you? is that right?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 09:32 PM

yk what sucks? i'm reflecting on this situation right now. this man got hit by a car on tuesday, crushed, and is in a coma, and his sister wanted to talk about it to us bc it is news. but her and the dude's wife hate each other, she said to not mention her to his wife at all, and it's like... i mean idk what happened between them, but someone they both love is in critical condition and these family politics don't stop as a result.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 08:42 PM

i'm having an emotional connection with this guy i met on reddit. what do i do?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 05:02 AM

i am the one asking the real questions here.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 04:55 AM

qfa: is life precious?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 04:51 AM

being short doesn't mean you're a bad person.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 03:37 AM

the guy who shot renee good? he's been being mocked for being 5'5''. imo, that does not matter. the problem is he had a gun and a badge, and the state said, "violence is okay as long as it's one of our officers". the short-shaming shit is just the left shooting itself in the foot. we can't focus on unchangeable physical traits if we want to be taken seriously. it's just clown behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 01:50 AM

i think the entire thing sucks. people focusing on the killer of renee good as being short (who gives a shit) and this? this is all theater. the issue is that the state assumes it has power over life and death, and has been dolling that out without any thoughts. absolutely none. it's awful what's happening in this country. if the person who killed someone has some trait we don't like, who cares? the problem is that state sanctioned violence is being normalized. and it has been normalized for a l…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 01:07 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/26 12:00 AM

lmao, that doesn't actually mean anything about the ring or about my life. taking on a "tainted" ring isn't going to curse me. that shit is childish
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 11:54 PM

depends on how it looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 11:44 PM

happy birthday to my friend. we miss you so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 11:31 PM

it's really demoralizing tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 03:08 AM

i'm just saying that for a bad boy, this one is not it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 03:07 AM

i love "you won't get what you want" by daughters. even though the main dude in that band was a piece of shit according to another female performer who made her own amazing music. the whole thing becomes like this intricate, disturbing, disgusting, morally wrong exhibition of evil. her music too, lingua ignota. she made really hard-hitting, awful, disturbing music too as a reaction to the abuse. i think this is the shining jewel of human complexity tbh. ugliness, horror, terror, rage, anger, rev…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 02:50 AM

i actually totally agree with you. i've been through very tough situations, and i am still standing and still have a lot of love to give.

i'm a local reporter.

if i lived near LA it would be like that. but i live in a relatively unpopulated area, where one bomb threat is the news story of the year.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 02:01 AM

no definitely not like that. we almost never cover suicide cases (except this one time where my boss insisted i cover this dude who committed suicide from a moving bus, which i had ethical concerns about but whatever). we cover car crashes, fires, and crime. suicide is technically a crime i guess but it's too personal for us to get into the details (except when my boss decides it's super important). i just listen to the police scanner every day and notice that a lot of it is personal emergencies…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 01:57 AM

oh god, my stomach hurts. like acid reflux. this sucks tbh.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 01:54 AM

Mickey the Weasel is short for his age, unattractive, and kind of a loser though
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 01:53 AM

i have to listen to the police scanner in case something happens that i can take photos of and write a story about for my job.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 01:48 AM

he's not yuyu omg. i never implied that hahaha. i just wanted to know why he chose a sleazeball character to represent himself.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 01:46 AM

i am just asking questions here ok
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 01:31 AM

it's just so weird that you're choosing to represent yourself with a character who's main role in that show (he only showed up in 3 episodes btw) is to screw over arnold and gerald
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 01:01 AM

yk what really kind of sucks about listening to the police scanner? how often they're called to deal with suicide attempts, mentally ill people, teenagers fighting, and domestic violence. it's more common than car accidents or fires or anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:49 AM

and you know what? any common trope on here? worth a shot. maybe i'll die this time, who knows
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:45 AM

i'll take the shots on your behalf.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:45 AM

can we talk about poop and pee?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:40 AM

why specifically that character though
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:36 AM

why is your profile picture of Mickey the Weasel from Hey Arnold?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:30 AM

how do you define annoying behavior?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:17 AM

can we talk about how bitter old people on here love projecting their own personal problems, failures, and baggage onto everyone else
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:10 AM

ok so you're saying you do treat people you find annoying cruelly then.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/26 12:05 AM

then why does intent suddenly matter a lot when a man is the one who did something wrong?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 11:38 PM

it's often not intentional on the annoying person's part.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 11:16 PM

i mean i could go into the whole spiel about why i think "complete shit" is a thing, but tbh i really don't feel like it right now.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 09:11 PM

can we talk about how as soon as someone is labeled as "annoying" it becomes socially acceptable to treat them like complete shit?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 09:01 PM

if she's just looking for a short term fling and doesn't really care, she's horny and bored, but plans to skedaddle as soon as he offloads too much of his bullshit onto her. which is a hard balance to strike.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 08:23 PM

i'd be joking with my kids about poop and pee all the time. so i could be the "fun" parent. i'll definitely be way more fun than their dad (not hating on him), but when kids go through that "gross bodily function questions/talking about it" phase, i'd be the one validating them. no hierarchy, no performative disgust, nothing. if you don't understand what i mean, that's fine. i accept it.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 03:41 AM

yeah and conservative-coded.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 12:43 AM

i don't really have anything against fishing or hunting. hunting can be a good thing for population control of white tailed deers especially in certain places. could i butcher a whole deer by myself? probably not though.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 12:35 AM

i used to fish in florida at my extended family's shared vacation home there (also grandma's home in her retirement before she passed) we'd catch the fish in the river right out back and then toss them back in. i am not sure if any of them would have been edible, but i did it with my cousins.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/26 12:23 AM

this isn't surprising to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 11:53 PM

this dude i had a huge crush on when i was like 16-17 ended up gaining a bunch of weight. at least he seems happy with his new partner (i believe they are either nb or trans masc).
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/26 09:31 PM

i doubt that. humans have been eating plants for our entire history as a species.

i preferred less hairy guys for a long time. then i met some guys i really liked and had a lot of fun with who had chest hair. you just learn to live with it, accept it, and it's not a big deal. it doesn't turn a hot guy into some completely unfuckable disaster just by existing. it's whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/26 04:28 AM

they can only use salt and black coffee only. other than that, nothing that comes from a plant, and often no dairy products that have too many carbs like low fat milk or various cheeses. it's 99.9% fat and protein: animal products and no plant products at all.

it depends on if it's something he really cares about or not. for example i have always been really good at drawing ever since i was a kid. i literally earned a half ride scholarship to college based on my ap art porfolio, ive done advanced painting and drawing classes, and practiced nonstop for years. most guys don't really care that much about it, but the ones that do did get competitive with me.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/26 04:17 AM

when i think about all the food i actually love eating, i really can't imagine going carnivore and being happy. like meat by itself is good, but no sauces, no lemon juice, no herbs, no spices, nothing.

sometimes there is pain. and no resolution. and that's all there ever will be. no saviors

/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:24 PM

mmmm ranch
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 09:23 PM

pearl clearly didn't know. so yeah, utter failure and embarrassment on her part.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 08:59 PM

it was a great opportunity for her. ana kasparian has been a host on the young turks for a long, long time. a chance to go up against her in debate? if pearl actually had been prepared, it would have been a way bigger deal than it ended up being.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 08:44 PM

worth it
/r/PurplePillDebate22/01/26 08:17 PM

pearl davis' humiliating debate with ana kasparian is making the rounds on youtube commentary channels. and man oh man. this poor unfortunate soul. she's so unprepared hahaha.

your perspective is probably a bit warped by your surroundings
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 01:51 AM

so you prefer less restrained partners usually?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 01:35 AM

looking at the subreddit broadcasting queens and seeing that even though the post that led me there was a bunch of dudes dunking on molly qerim for whatever reason, then just seeing that it's mostly sexy photoshoots and clips of women sports broadcasters with big boobies and seeing all the... let's say, extremely simple, monkey brained comments, has reassured me that men really are not all that complex. i'm sorry, if you're a man who contains multitudes, that's fine, but yeah.

/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/26 12:13 AM

when i was a teenager i met this older guy online from texas who said he always wished to be a woman. then he turned out to be a trump supporter, was an incel at like age 24 or smth, worked at a gym and was absolutely OBSESSED with his female coworker, when she went to the water fountain, every little thing she did, anything that could potentially be a "sign" she liked him. anyhoo, we stopped talking for a couple years. i guess he went on a trip to europe to meat his online friends and had some …

how do yall feel about kiss-counts? esp. the younger ppl + ppl most uncomfortable with sex
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 11:42 PM

why is the man disposable when the woman is not
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 11:25 PM

he can always find another interchangeable woman who will view him exactly the same way, so who cares. if both people are disposable, what's the argument
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 09:59 PM

i don't think there are that many autistic people in prison, but maybe you were separating those categories. it wasn't clear
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 09:45 PM

was talking about regular ass republicans defending gun rights, not gun nuts. different groups.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 09:33 PM

yk the conservative gun rights issue is bull when their hero reagan supported a measure to ban guns bc the black panthers were visibly and legally armed. if your ideology can't apply bc of group identity where are your actual principles
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/26 09:08 PM

personally there's usually some talk about either the most recent or most salient ex, a very brief dating history without a ton of details, and then people just kind of stop talking about it. ppl don't usually talk about past hookups rlly. even men.

oh my god so i saw this ad for a "lovebook" on facebook and it was all people's partners crying including the men. multiple men crying means this shit is fake. there's no way. i'm sorry, i know men cry, but they don't cry about picture books.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/26 01:29 AM

can you explain what you're talking about in cleaner language because this post is hard to decipher.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/26 01:03 AM

i never internalized that stuff. i had female socialization, yes, but there wasn't an importance on serving my husband or being super soft and ultra feminine from my parents. it doesn't resonate with me.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/26 12:00 AM

i knew this facebook page was running some mormon shit, and they just admitted it with a video about the book of mormon. funny how they never mentioned that book in the previous posts i've seen. "followers of christ" lol. lmao even. one of the worst religions
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/26 11:47 PM

i am not religious at all. i have a passive interest in christianity from an academic standpoint, and i've gone through astrology and tarot cards only to realize they didn't really give me anything useful. i've sampled, found it lacking, and continue to not care.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/26 11:41 PM

kid had a drug reaction or some kind of drug emergency at the alternative high school. fire department came. this is going to be rough trying to get information about it, and it's going to be rough for that student to find out their incident got written about in the news. sometimes i hate this job omg
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/26 08:26 PM

nah, i don't believe that. i know guys who work on cars, motorcycles, etc. who are more bluepilled than you. who have internalized "male disposability" more than you. the thing that makes men bluepilled is hope, not testosterone. you can be tall, high muscle mass, and low bodyfat and be bluepilled. what say you

generally this take is solid, however i do not believe madonna-whore is the only engine driving the disgust towards single mothers. other factors matter too: fear of obligation without authority, resentment about sexual access without ownership, economic anxiety, status loss (raising another man’s child) are all part of it too.

i mean, just like the man did, in a split second altercation, she made a snap decision, right? the dude saw shit going down and he hid behind the building, the woman was attacked and she tried to protect her phone and wouldn't let it go. honestly this kind of stuff is random. people don't always act the way they're supposed to when suddenly confronted with random aggression.

i don't really feel anything about this in terms of outrage that this dude is totally justified or whatever. i saw that clip on rehab room's channel last week (i am pretty sure). look, you can act in self-preserving ways, not have done anything illegal or technically immoral, but your behavior might still have social consequences for you. that is just how it works.

how many people in the 1960s were just barely holding it together? what was that like? we have almost no way of knowing because there was no record of those people's experiences like we have records of people's experiences now.

if you're going to make a non-normative life choice, people judging you is the cost of admission. for example, i decided at age 23 to start experimenting with substances. i expected people to judge me for it, i accepted it, and moved on. that is how life works.

Look, you can do whatever you want, but you can't force everyone else to agree with it or morally co-sign it, or even make them shut up about it. In my extended family, there have been multiple age gap relationships, and every time someone mentions them, the age gap comes up at some point or another. It's something people notice, whether they agree or not.

Should I be simplifying my meals btw? Like cooking a vegetable, a protein, and a starch all separately because that's cleaner and easier?

fat loss, maybe some muscle gain, no dietary restrictions, i've tried Mediterranean style diets before, safeway/yokes/walmart, 6-12 months, i eat lots of vegetables, meats, casseroles, mashed potatoes, roasts, braised dishes, soups, salads, etc. i do like to drink, usually around 4 drinks per week. i like to snack on things like crackers/veggies and hummus, cheese, pickles, olives, bell peppers. i also like tuna salad a lot.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/26 11:11 PM

in the movies, all the night clubs and bars and parties and such where people are drinking, it seems kind of unrealistic that everyone on screen has perfectly shredded abs and flat stomachs. you don't maintain bodies like that by drinking 1000-3000 calories of alcohol every weekend.

I am just saying that people who make excuses for cheating usually make those excuses for people like themselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/26 10:55 PM

I don't think the lax attitude toward cheating has to do with studies that came out at any point. If you live in a liberal, populated city, I think that's just how it's always been. People also excuse men cheating too, it just depends on who you're talking to. Men tend to think men cheating is more acceptable, and women think women cheating is more acceptable. That's just how it works, people often excuse their same sex counterparts more than opposite sex in regards to cheating.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/26 10:26 PM

i'd say it's more likely that after the 2-6 month mark within a relationship, people are more likely to show their true colors. could be either party, but a lot of people often end up dealing with a bunch of shit they didn't sign up for.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/25 12:31 AM

buying sex =/= selling sex within that framework. johns can still go about their lives without being perceived as permanently "ruined" like prostitutes are. within male dominated spaces, women who sell sex have "sold their souls", while the men who bought that sex have not. you can still be a family man, an "upstanding member of society" and even if you bought sex or onlyfans a few times, that doesn't really matter all that much to society.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 09:06 PM

it is morally consistent within that framework
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/25 09:01 PM

i like to tether my real world experiences in with data from places like the department of justice and various academic articles. also, just common sense + philosophy. do you realize how much better people could do in their lives if they just *let go* of their expectations? just went with the flow and learned on the fly by putting their egos aside? it's a lot.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 01:49 AM

oh, if i am going to be a white person born one minute after i die in columbus, ohio, i could still really go either way. maybe a man, just because that'd be a new experience. i don't assume life is gonna be easier or whatever, i am just curious about what it'd be like to be a different kind of person if you know what i mean
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 01:16 AM

i'd say i'm pretty concerned with truth or accuracy, i've had sparring matches with red/black/blue pillers over my time here. usually my arguments are coming from whatever vibes-based thing i'm on at that moment. with the n-count thing for example, instant instinct to push back, then to think about my personal experiences with people of various "n levels", integrate that into my argumentation, then to realize people have whatever opinions they have and that can't be changed with any kind of "rat…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 12:56 AM

yeah but not everyone sees disagreements from other people who are generally aligned with them as an affront. they're like "oh, okay. we disagree. that's fine" bc they're more focused on arguing with the people on the opposite side of the spectrum
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 12:32 AM

coin toss because if the person i'm reincarnated as is completely different, in a completely different location, social dynamic, family, life experience, personality, genetics, thoughts and feelings, either sex could either be bad or good.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 12:15 AM

another overly transactional mindset when it comes to human connection. i've gotten dinner with all kinds of people because i wanted to get to know them as human beings. gone to dude's places to watch tv and smoke some weed so i could see if we vibed. also, i don't believe that men are the gatekeepers of relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/25 12:03 AM

why would they debate each other when they're responding to the op
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 11:53 PM

maybe it's because certain people living in wildly different places (even coast to coast on the U.S. is a significant cultural shift), with different ages, demographics, backgrounds, cultures, etc. have different experiences

i loooooove drinking dill pickle juice out of the jar. i have a jar filled with the juice of two entire jars just saved in my fridge. whenever i'm cooking for 30-90 minutes, i will just take a few sips. it's like, this briney, salty, vinegary treat that i love. it fills a similar niche to tomato juice, which i also love but don't buy that often.

his face looks like a greek sculpture wow am i the only one with eyes here. ive been following his career since call me by your name in 2017 (a film i saw in theaters) and i was literally stunned by his facial aesthetics. god dammit
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 02:38 AM

no im still dealing with the last stages of the illness. i just came in to say that timothee deserves far more respect than he gets.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 02:24 AM

no timothee is better looking than her. holy fuck
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 02:22 AM

no timothee is better looking what the FUC K OMWSpuds
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 02:16 AM

leftwing commentators have also covered him, but if you're not into those kinds of heavy politics, it makes sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 01:02 AM

he's very viral and very talked about right now, especially online in conservative/right wing spaces. but he's more targeted towards gen-z viewers than millennials, so it's to be expected.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 12:56 AM

i believe he's referring to nick fuentes, a prominent white nationalist
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/25 12:53 AM

he's objectively better looking than her, but she has a lot of plastic surgery that makes her look better.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 11:43 PM

sorry, i just got terrible news yesterday. i can't keep commenting
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:30 PM

how do you not remember him? he put incels on the map culturally.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:28 PM

isn't that most people
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 09:13 PM

don't trust what they say, watch what they do. it's totally possible for someone with no mental disorders to waste a lot of time on here. esp in the normier subreddits.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:15 PM

neurotypical people also use reddit. like, what? but i'm also not hellbent on having a neurotypical partner. esp. considering my own diagnoses, i don't think i'd jive with someone who was super normal.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:07 PM

yeah, and yeah. but it totally depends on the kind of stuff he's posting. there's like, a handful of guys on here who might be dating material, but most are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/25 08:04 PM

anyways, i keep seeing these posts from "new york post lifestyle" about how jeffrey epstein supposedly had a micropenis, how his penis was egg-shaped, and how hitler also had a micro. and i can't help but wonder if this is the state of journalism today. i don't think having a small dick is the reason these guys did evil shit tbh.

it confirms their fears/anxieties/insecurities, so they latch onto it. most insecurities are based on real experiences people have had. they focus on the negative ones more than the positive ones bc that's how humans are

it's supposed to make people mad because he's a totally acceptable height for a man but she decided he was too short anyways. he's not short by any stretch of the imagination at 5'10''. she's just telling on herself that she's shallow. that's why people are sharing this image.

they're both so unbelievably rich that i don't think it's a big impact on their dating life. it'd be different if they were both middle class imo. most of the downsides of dating a single mom come with having limited finances.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/25 01:19 AM

crush dynamics, past arguing with each other, getting too emotionally invested in debates. like, duh. it's not that hard to imagine.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/25 01:16 AM

they're all yelling at each other over voice chat over the drama. about how xyz said this, zyx person is doing whatever. plus one of them is streaming tekken 8 over this argument

/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/25 07:45 PM

i really want a burger rn. once again i didn't eat enough over the weekend. already down 5 lbs from last week. probs water weight but i am starting to look thinner than i did before. this is the first time in years i've been without adderall and not felt hunger. except now of course. bc i didn't eat enough

that's true. when i was 21 years old i had to go to the emergency room because of a pinched nerve and they gave me dilaudid. definitely the worst pain i ever had in my life
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/25 11:27 PM

she didn't have that many wrinkles before!

it's been happening to me since i was a teenager lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/25 10:59 PM

i didn't stub mine though. just randomly got nerve pain in my left ring finger out of nowhere
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/25 10:28 PM

ever have that thing where suddenly the tips of one of your fingers hurts like hell?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/25 10:24 PM

think about this: if a hot guy committed a sex crime, it's easy to see how going to court would be more contentious because the jury will be more easily convinced of his side of the story and believe the woman wanted it to happen but regrets it. if the guy is hideous, that just builds your case, because the jury will SEE how undesirable the guy is.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 07:02 PM

i think the reason the people who get locked up for sex crimes tend to be ugly and poor is because there's not as much of a safety net for them and they tend to get harsher sentences. plus, when someone hideous commits a crime against you, you're more likely to just go to the cops and get them arrested.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 06:59 PM

i think there are probably a lot of poorer people with those illnesses, they just go undiagnosed or untreated because of a lack of access to healthcare, and they're talked about less because lower class people usually work jobs where they can't goof off on the computer during work hours.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 06:45 PM

i think it's totally fine to spend time doing things that are not considered "productive" per se, if you find them personally enriching. what i noticed is you framed your thought process around "why do these people say that all men/women are leeches/cheapskates/moochers/assholes/dirtbags" and determined it's because they keep choosing the wrong people to date. my angle if i were thinking about this, would be to ask why they're choosing the wrong people. what factors usually lead to constantly ma…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 06:35 PM

that's something i notice about a lot of people on here. they're still stuck in their "worrying about what other people are doing"/"let's figure out how we can judge what other people are doing" type of thing. and considering that this subreddit tends to attract upper middle class/high middle class earners, it makes some amount of sense. bored at work, gotta find something to do. in the end though, getting emotionally invested in what other people who you can't control are doing tends to lead to…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 06:28 PM

lol, video porn of real people does actually have potential ethical problems. smut might have ethical problems, but it doesn't involve potentially exploiting real people. i'm not even anti-porn, but the logic is still consistent with their argument imo.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 06:24 PM

why not just pity them and move on rather than think this hard about it
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 06:19 PM

ive been diagnosed with it three separate times by three separate doctors
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 11:12 PM

adhd is a real thing just btw
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 11:02 PM

I like watching cozy content. Usually my favorite background type of video is super budget grocery + cooking videos. Women (like Rebecca from Dollar Tree Dinners, Julia Pacheco, or Southern Frugal Mama) making their dollars stretch and feeding their families by shopping deals/discount stores/dollar stores and showing off the meals they make in a week. Usually in the $25-$50 for a week of groceries range.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 09:26 PM

how do you guys feel about landing strips or weird shapes. like let's say the undercarriage is fully shaved, but on top there's like a triangle or a heart shape

do those same guys not try to provoke women too, or what

they don't want to appease those guys so it makes sense to me.

kind of wishful thinking on his part
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 07:48 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 05:57 AM

sounds like a good idea
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 12:02 AM

lmao of course today when my motivation is lower than dinosaur bones, there isn't enough material to fill up a paper. shit, there's not even enough material for the front page. hopefully the council meeting has some material but it's really not looking good. i got some photos of llamas from this area at the local fair but that's not enough to fill in a large section of space. ughhhhh
/r/PurplePillDebate17/09/25 08:09 PM
6

there's no studies on guys who used to identify with the incel community and how they are as husbands. until that data gets released, it's all just whatever to me. like im just saying, if you guys get to judge us for our sexual history, we should get to judge ya'll for your past ideological alignments. it's only fair.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 01:41 AM

me
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 12:18 AM

that dude is a chad so it makes sense. most poly people look a lot worse than they do

lmao becoming anorexic IS fucking hard
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 10:03 PM

christian bale is a good example of good looking but can make himself look a lot uglier if he wants to
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 09:57 PM

he's too pretty for serious roles. he couldn't play a drug addict or a crooked cop or anything like that. he's not rugged enough
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 09:50 PM

i'm saying the guy you think is super hot is probably not even that good at playing one role let alone more
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 09:44 PM

nobody wants to deal with a chaotic disaster man who creates a bunch of fires for them to put out every day
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 08:29 PM

which one would men honestly prefer, the 18 year old with A cups or the 28 year old with quadruple D cups? i mean, i'm sorry, but whatever you say, i'm not gonna believe you. no matter what it is. everything is a lie
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/25 06:58 PM

it's entirely possible he's not a groyper though. it's just vague enough that you can't tell
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/25 08:16 PM

i don't pay attention to groypers at all, whatsoever. i don't know anything about nick fuentes other than that he's a white nationalist who got banned/deplatformed. i don't keep tabs or keep up with what alt right people are doing cuz i have so much other stuff to do with my time. i just looked up "bella ciao" on google and that's what it said
/r/PurplePillDebate12/09/25 05:54 PM

Bella Ciao is actually a song of Italian anti-fascist resistance

/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:38 PM

I've seen most of these but not all of them. I spent a lot of my late teens and early 20s talking to/befriending guys around my age and they'd always recommend or show me these types of movies
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 11:37 PM

i don't think they made kids feel any better about losing. i recall everyone freaking out about how participation trophies were bad because they'd make kids feel like they got the same thing that the team who won did. no, they were still aware they lost. ultimately it's a waste of materials though
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 11:30 PM

shouldn't we be pushing for a society where men don't get denied for asking for help instead
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 07:40 PM

it's because god cursed us
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 07:34 PM

you're describing the conditioning by society. men ask for help -> get denied -> decide not to ask again is literally societal conditioning.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 07:27 PM

if god created us equal, why are we different? life is unfair
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 07:26 PM

https://archive.ph/r4L97 apparently men's immune response is worse than women's. or rather, women's immune response to viruses and infections is better than men's. either way. There is little research as to why this male-female immunity gap exists, but experts say it likely comes down to evolution and procreation. Dr. Zuk hypothesized that these differences arose as a sort of trade-off, in which male biology prioritizes procreation over longevity, whereas for females “it’s better to just fend of…

i like music that feels real, it's not about whether they are independent or not. but popularity =/= realness. there are also some independent movies i think are great (donnie darko, requiem for a dream, memento are all popular examples of independent films that people love). are they all great just because they're independent? no. but you'd never get to listen to elliott smith if you only listened to mainstream labels. being as an ocean is another independent band i really love too. so is chels…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 12:48 AM

in terms of restaurant food quality i'd say independent restaurants or smaller local chains are usually better. like, yes, olive garden is decent and consistent no matter what location you go to, but it doesn't taste as good as a higher-end/more authentic independent italian restaurant
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/25 07:08 PM

i don't really recall any specific dating advice ngl. most of my extended family (including my cousins and second cousins) were all romantically successful from a young age like in high school

/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/25 12:41 AM

she's still better looking than like 90% of people
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/25 12:32 AM

it's not just not being socially smart, it's being problematic and being a difficult person to like. it also works for women as well. there are hot girls who piss everyone off and become hated by a lot of men. those men would be happier with a slightly less attractive girl who was less of a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/08/25 12:17 AM

i have enough irl experience to know that there's some truth in all the pills, but there are always going to be some aspects of every pill ideology that rely too heavily on stereotypes and assuming the worst intentions from either men or women. looks do carry a big advantage in dating and socializing, but they're not an endless source of clout. like, there are plenty of hot people who end up alone because they torpedoed all the good will anyone ever had for them. and as a more average looking pe…

anarcho capitalism is not anarchism. there's still a hierarchy there, and in such a system, large corporations would essentially start functioning like autonomous states themselves. in fact, even right now, they function as authoritarian states, in a way. so, while yes, anarchism can be diverse and represent different ideologies, it does not represent right wing ideas whatsoever. right wingers want things to stay the same or go back in time. anarchists are radically different from the status quo…

i've had a guy wait 3, 4 years into a long term relationship before fully revealing how conservative he is. i'm ideologically aligned with radical leftism, but i'm tired and just trying to survive now (not much mental energy to keep dreaming bigger or engage with the shit show that is radical leftism). he literally told me he was an anarchist when we started dating. it's fucking weird dude. like why

it's more like dudes either can't tell or second guess the woman asking them on a date, or they just don't know how to say no. you can end up in a flirtationship (without sex or kissing or whatever, even) where you just kind of waste a bunch of time and the guy eventually picks someone else anyways. or he just doesn't pick you. i'd much rather guys just say "no thanks, i'm not interested" than "yeah sure okay" then get bombarded with his mixed signal bullshit and childhood trauma for (potentiall…

i'd actually say that men are both worse at rejecting women (like they just won't do it because it makes them feel bad) and they're more likely to just waste your time if you ask them out, irrespective of whether you even sleep with them or not. i'm not against saying hi to dudes, even ones i'm not sexually interested in just to talk to people and be friendly and outgoing or whatnot, but the dude has to eventually make some kind of move to signal interest back or else it won't go anywhere. like,…

this is a huge wall of text. i literally can't read it. yk what lemme have chatgpt make paragraph breaks for me. brb Short answer: No, I don’t fully agree with his take. It’s oversimplified, steeped in outdated stereotypes, and ignores a lot of nuance in both human behavior and relationship dynamics. Let’s break it down: 🔹 What’s somewhat true: People with more options are more likely to exercise them. That’s true across genders — people who are attractive, wealthy, or powerful might face more t…

i managed to get pell grants to cover all of my tuition, so while i don't have student loan debt, it did take up a significant amount of my time i could have been just working low level jobs and trying to get my foot in the door somewhere okay. hopefully i would have found a place i could stay at for longer than a year or two, and work my way up. i'd almost certainly be earning more money than i am right now. so it was an opportunity cost

shouldn't people kind of be aware that the trash is full and take it out? like, you open the trash can and you realize it's full. in order to throw out more trash, you need a fresh trash bag. this is a really basic chore. but i guess if you're used to someone else doing it for you, you're probably gonna just try and shove the trash down to fit whatever trash you have to throw out.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/06/25 01:38 AM

i've been discussing this with chatgpt, and it told me that it's worth exploring whether the preference comes from legitimate reasons, or if it's about control. so i think from that perspective, i can say that n-count preferences are legitimate when they concern troubling sexual behaviors and indiscriminate or self-harming sex. that's not really about controlling that person, that's just a red flag.

we can assume that the women participating in the casual sex scene are smaller in number and more prolific than most men on average. whether that demographic includes the 25% of women who use condoms or not, women who aren't participating in casual sex and not using condoms are not to blame for their choices.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/25 08:05 PM

yeah i agree with this. dating someone with these kinds of beliefs is fucking exhausting and miserable.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/25 07:20 PM

there's not really a point in arguing with people's preferences, regardless of whether they're the result of insecurity, disgust, or bad past experiences. if someone doesn't like some aspect of another person and if dating them will make them resentful or less attracted to that person, they shouldn't date them. spare everyone the pain and the heartache and just say no.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/25 07:17 PM

"she's done for" - what are you talking about? you do realize there's more to life than sexual attraction? just because you don't value women's existence past a certain age, what, you want us to k1ll ourselves?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/06/25 06:58 PM

why are men just hopelessly reacting to what women do? do they not have agency or something? even putting aside the morality of age gaps for a second, men choose what kind of people they pursue. age gap relationships, or any other kind of relationship, are not solely the "fault" of one party's choices.

honestly, i think it's unbecoming for guys who *are* actually dating significantly younger women to even care about this social pressure. you're supposed to be totally confident and self-assured. getting upset about these accusations means you think they might hold some weight, or at least, that other people will perceive you like this, maybe they'll think there's some truth to it. if you really think women who don't like the super large age gap dynamic are old, bitter, used up, and basically ir…

police officers make pretty above average salaries where i live, and they get mandatory overtime and PTO which they can get paid out for at the end of the year. like, in my county the median single income is like $45k or so, but police officers are making usually over $100k, which stretches further in this area due to the lower cost of housing.

with something extreme like that, you probably can't say that you don't do it anymore until you haven't done it for 3-5 years and have people find it credible. 2 years is still too recent. this actually got me wondering about alcoholics. can say that alcohol is behind them if it's only been a year? i'd be interested in comparing people's perception of "reformed hoes" versus "recovering (whatever) addicts" and seeing if there's any alignment. particularly interested in knowing what men think abou…

kind of a smaller gap to be that worried about to be honest. 28 and 18? yeah that's def weird, but not illegal so can't do anything about it. most of my feelings about age gap relationships boil down to "def weird, but not illegal so can't do anything about it" but you sound young yourself, op. once you actually get some life experience you realize people will make decisions you don't agree with all the time, but there's nothing you can really do about it. so why worry

the thing that makes good head great isn't the guy spending however long practicing to give the best experience even if he's not really into it. it's guys who do it enthusiastically because they like doing it. honestly people should just do whatever they want sexually. people who are really into a specific act will naturally rise to the top performers sexually in that particular part of the sexual act. people who aren't as into it can do it if they feel like it, but don't do it out of obligation…

it's actually pretty difficult to accurately guess what your tdee will be at a given weight. there are multiple calculators you can look up online, and guessing my tdee right now, it ranges between 1450 and 1650. so you could end up wasting time tbh and you wouldn't lose any weight at all.

Counterpoint: Assortative mating isn’t a lie — hypergamy is just overhyped. You’re saying women say they want equals but really want “better” (money, status, etc). But here’s the thing: people date who they meet — coworkers, classmates, friends of friends. That naturally filters for similarity in age, education, values. That’s assortative mating, not some smokescreen. Age gap? Yeah, women often date older, but that’s not some plot — it’s cultural and biological. Men are encouraged to mature slow…
