I had to get a consumer proposal to consolidate some debts and that's been on my back ever since. I've got a few hundred left on it then it's paid off.

The weird thing is before we moved in together, I had an apartment in my name, at least 1 good credit card, and my life was somewhat in order, only I had no savings.

I recently got a small secured credit card. Just trying to build back my credit slowly. I waste a lot of money eating out and it's easy to see where my money's going. Gotta start packing lunches and cutting back, big time.

I had to do something I haven't had to do in over a decade and that's apologize. I think it might cool down enough for me to keep at least a place to stay here for the mean time.

She's the type of girl who's a home body and doesn't get out much besides work, occasional shopping, or rare lunch with girlfriends. I have hobbies and sports that keep me out of the house 8-10 hours a week. Her ideal evening after work is dinner and 3 hours of tv before bed. I've been slowly working on correcting this by treating tv as a reward for making sure everything has been done, dishes, cleaning and everything put away. I'm partly to blame because a while back I was coming home tired and…

Are you me? Seriously I just posted a few days ago about a nerdy coworker trying to act alpha and call me out on things because he believes he should be in charge. He's inventing mistakes that aren't mistakes to throw his weight around. The problem is we may notice small mistakes from others but we don't verbally call people out on them in front of all our coworkers because it's not in good practice. This guy is not really social and doesn't act well in social situations but I know he's doing th…

Hi everyone, I'm back to answer some questions. I really appreciate how some of you assume the worst about me right off the bat. So why do I feel like I should be making at least 50% more? Given how my work looks and the work of my associates and colleagues at other companies, they get more to do the same I do. The boss at my company really likes me, has given me two small bumps in pay in a year and a half, but the pay cap is really low. Is my work just really that shit and I have a "puke victim…

I'm not agreeing with feminist or saying it's the guys fault. From what I've heard the guy has never had a job and refuses to work, tries to leech from whomever gives him money. He's always been involved in small misdemeanors and scams to get money. The kid never sees the dad and resents him. The guy has been disowned by his own family.

The baby daddy was her first boyfriend. He knocked her up then didn't want anything to do with the kid and ran away. She works 3 jobs to provide for the kid, I only work 1 job. I've never provided any money for the kid so far.

I'm middle aged, getting closer to 40. I never really act needy in the relationship. I act more aloof and don't show much emotion. I'm more caveman in my actions. I don't do romantic or overly sweet gestures.

Haven't been really giving her much attention or humor, conversation is just a few sentences here and there.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
