This just changed the past 2 years of my life. Back to the drawing boards.

I heard about that, where did you see those pics? He actually is a beta, his wife hits him and she's got a grip on him so tight he can't do anything.

. My mom fed me the "perfect girl for you garbage" all my childhood. I read this last night and it's been in my head since. I never fucking realised this. I've been here a couple weeks. It just keeps coming. It's bittersweet at first, now I just fucking want the final truth so I can work toward something productive.

didn't read this post but hell fuckin' yeah naps are great when your day is packed with work. Not that great when you're lazing around all day, ruins your sleeping pattern.

I moved on because it felt right, but I've been considering whether I could have moved into a position of laying down the boundaries and managing her. Definitely glad I didn't make that decision, would've ended badly for me.

This is childish, but I'll bring it up. There's a post that goes around on tumblr (a large source of the feminist movement) that states how "men don'thave birth control because the symptoms of the medication lists DISCOMFORT and CRAMPS and it was listed as INHUMANE!" (or something like that, essentially the same symptoms as women on birth control/period or something). Then a long ensuing post of how men are pussies because they think the medical board thinks men couldn't handle the current versi…

The only person I see here reminding you of your betaness is you, fucking leave if that's all you want to do. In fact, you're not even worth replying to because you'll find a way to attack me by making out as if I'mthe one keeping you as a beta. Your parents' degrading voices are in your head, get to work on it.

This is so common here. /r/raisedbynarcissists Your mom's a narcissist, your Dad's a weak enabler. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A5tAIIvmm3I You haven't even started the journey, I know where you are though. These goals of women that you want, come after the journey you have ahead. Your choice to take it, Call To Adventure. Good luck.

They largerly aren't, from what Jung's written on the topic. Women are more intuitive, feely, working under the surface. A woman never seeks enlightenment (full consciousness). It's the trait of men to be consciously aware.

You're reinforcing your own inferiority. I've come to find that looks barely matter at all, women operate more on an emotional level. If you're alpha, stern, it doesn't matter what your body shape is because you can have the power. Looks are much more of a manly thing, this post is equivalent to women who think having a good career is attractive.

This captures it. You can cry, but cry like a man, own it, be with it. Take the time for yourself and grow from it. But to seek her to mommy you, pathetic -- and that's what women are repulsed by.

Be straight with me and tell me if I'm going to learn any useful nuances in reading this whole thing, first.

You've got one hell of a journey ahead of you, you may be the sacrifice on this occasion, but you put yourself there so you'll learn to own it if you want to have a better life.

I mentally went through all the ones I wanted to know, I think you've got them all, but I intuit there's 1-2 more -- though I can't say if that's true. Thanks man.

What Asian country are you commonly referring to? (that you live in?) I'm mostly only attracted to Asians, recently laid down the boundaries to my Chinese (now) ex, because she was a greedy little shit who wanted to feed on everything I have (yet, this is what I'm attracted to -- I know how to handle them). Maintained frame and grew through the experience, but got sick of that because... as you said, which I didn't realise, the family encourages marrying foreigners as an escape route, which is e…

What happens after that god-like feeling? I'm feeling it right now, it's blissful and also disheartening looking back and seeing my friends still essentially seeking their mothers in a girl.

Can't agree more with that. I see a lot of boys follow their father, IceCoffee965 looks like he's aware of the situation and won't end up in the same place.

/r/raisedbynarcissists. Honestly, it's a gift if you accept the challenges. I can sense a person who was raised by a narcissist in an instant, a trend I have noticed in that the males tend to congregate together like this here at TRP. Daughters of narcissistic parents tend to emanate toward that sub I've posted. I was neglected from a young age (emotionally, I was still fed), raised myself practically whilst using this persona to keep me covered. Never had a Dad, was told he was evil and abusive…

It seemed that way, mother has a firm grip on the boys it seems. Without their awareness.

That's the only way I date, I don't accept anything but being the best. I've had the same experiences, they don't forget. Though, they're not usually vocal about it.

though I think many members of TRP are anger-phasing pretty hard and have convinced themselves that healthy relationships no longer exist in our society at all. Really glad to see this being said. I am in the anger phase right now, though I logically know that there are healthy relationships. Some of the other people I'm in the anger phase with, seem as if they want to stay there forever.

It's not going to happen. However, looking at China... They really embody the beta male, alpha female thing.

That's just how I did it too! Really glad to see this posted here. edit: I'm still learning, slowly. But looking at where my arrow lands, I'll be there eventually!

Speechless. Impeccably articulated. edit: also this guy is still absolutely defeated by his feminist mother.

I think what it comes down to is, they don't think their choices are their own choices. They think, oh, no, I get less money for doing pediatrician than being a doctor. Therefore, women are oppressed. Completely neglecting that they do have the choice. Because they prefer those type of jobs. They think that they have to choose those jobs. Because they're conflicted by their own desires. It's very childish.

I'm guessing it's a projection, that because she finds men's varying careers attractive, she thinks that men have the same type of impulse back on her. It's like how guys think having a big dick will get you a woman, when that's almost totally a male-male thing.

The fact he reacted to what the girl said shows he's under her control. Trying to get back at her by talking with a man and being masculine... That's equivalent to replying to a feminist.

I had an innocent girlfriend last. I was willing to father her into a good girl, walked out on her for still being innocent when I knew she wasn't. I'm attracted to the thing I despise.

Here's some quotes from the book, this book embodies TRP: https://www.goodreads.com/work/quotes/76692-the-way-of-the-superior-man-a-spiritual-guide-to-mastering-the-challeng If you're like me and get bored reading droning text(edit: this only has a few boring chapters), each chapter has a paragraph summary at the top. I read the book in a few hours, the summaries are pretty apt so just read them.
