1	Please help me if you can. I hate myself. I've been there too. In my experience, your sense of being trapped comes from seeing that your current actions will not lead you to women. And yet you feel too overwhelmed to even know where to begin changing anything, because you feel there is so much to improve on, and wonder if it's even worth the struggle.
