1	Struggling My mental acuity is decent when I’m not in catatonic states. Issue im having is , I had to move out of my house and sell it bc when it was empty it just reminded me of the good times too much, oh and also my stbx told everyone I had a restraining order, which was a fallacy. 1	Wife wants divorce, hasnt gotten paperwork yet, housing headache and need some kind of help. Similar boat but wife took off with our preterm girl, and 6 yr old. Was kicked out of house bc cops were called saying I had an ex parte but she never had one and cops never looked. Was with zero purchasing power alone scared with nowhere to go. Custody Advice Plz Better Strat is just to have a record button on your iwatch or some other device, never record with a phone in their face getting them to badmouth the other side let it come naturally, bc if you’re doing that it fn sucks for the kids that didn’t ask to be in that position.
