3	Strategy: How to know if a man is only after YOUR money and success I would like to add - if he ever jokes about wanting a sugar momma. I've dated guys with good jobs/careers but were renters while I own a home. I still felt they were angling to move in with me just to ride on my coattails housing wise. Just a reminder to women who have their own place, protect it with your life. Don't allow anyone to move in with you unless they are completely vetted and have put a ring on your finger.
