Yeah and No I would say. Each persons body is different , but at 20 your body can deal with huge exertions daily and recover no problems. Do you do a split routine? Like full cardio one day, lifts another? Does your gym have a pool? The gym isnt the only form of exercise, Im down the gym every 2-3days, but I have an active and heavy job so I dont see the point. Everyone is different, but as long as you dont push through an injury or get lazy with your form, why not. Beast up Nd out mate.
