My figure has remained relatively the same (I fill them out a bit more) and they have not faded a bit. They have no issues. I'm wearing a red shirt right now from that time and it looks brand new.

Do you really need to, though? I'm 22 and still have shirts from when I was 17.

Or just mix and match what clothes you have into styles that look good and rotate them. You do not need an expansive wardrobe or to donate and then buy new clothes after a certain period.

Weed for one on one with both of you smoking. Alcohol for larger gatherings where everyone is drinking. Anything else is too much.

I wholeheartedly disagree with this. If I started reading this sub at 16 I'd have ended up a lot more socially adept a lot earlier. It's helped me a great deal in just a year.

MDMA kinda helped me realize that conversation is more about expression than content. I had some amazing conversations with women about extremely mundane things that they were extremely receptive to just because of my demeanor. It really is just all about "confidence", which in this case is just being in the moment with no overthinking.

But I can't tell if she is interested at all. Break out of this habit. You do not need to know. You should be making your attraction clear, so yes, you should be direct. Next time you see her, talk, flirt, ask her out.

Take matters into your own hands and show your own attraction. Never wait around to "find out" if they're into you. There is no real tell-tale sign of attraction, only possibilities.

Basically don't be a doormat and unless she's talking about something vile (being racist, sexist, insulting people, etc) don't be an ass either, at least not without being playful. Shutting people down when they go on tirades about other people is a pretty great thing socially in general.

Kino tends to be limited by thinking about it. For instance, thinking "Am I going to look creepy?" is an almost sure-fire way to make things awkward and thus, look creepy. It's very easy to tell when someone's actions are stifled, it's almost robotic to witness. I find that when I'm full of energy and motivation, I am out of my own head for longer and just moving according to how I feel (great). I end up touching women much more in this state. A lot of it is also quite slight, such as brushing o…

One of the things that struck me the most was that I read about guys holding their beer in front of their plexus (not sure if this is the right word in English for it, I'm not a native speaker) instead of just holding it next to them letting their arm hang in a relaxed natural way. This was one of the first things I worked on and now I observe almost every other guy doing it. It really does make a difference. If you want to improve your posture further beyond simply straightening out, do yoga an…

I've done a fair amount of research on it and haven't heard of any such side-effects from long-term Mucuna Pruriens use. On top of that, raw chocolate is a big source of L-Dopa also, and I've also never heard anything bad about that. The only side-effects I've heard so far are all pre-existing conditions that can be worsened by L-Dopa, such as mental illness. When it comes to plant-derived supplements however, they should be taken in cycles rather than consistently.

Do things. Watch the news, watch movies and TV shows, read books, get hobbies, dance, go places, travel, etc. Conversation potential is unlimited, you're being restrained by thinking about it too much. Ask questions and be at least somewhat interested in the answers, then go with the flow.

Alcohol not only lowers inhibitions, but also triggers the release of dopamine, a motivation and pleasure hormone. The more dopamine you have, the more motivated and happy you feel. Combine that with the inability to think clearly (unable to overthink), talking to a girl becomes much easier. However, alcohol is also a depressant and eventually, the more you drink, the less dopamine is released. If you want to improve the effect and gain some of that courage when not drunk, you should exercise he…

Not much different from first date ideas. Or third, fourth, etc. Go to a bar. Go for milkshakes. Go to a circus. Go bowling. Go ice skating. Anything, really. The activity doesn't matter too much as long as you keep a variety.

The only time giving a girl your number should be an option is if you're a bartender. In which case passing a note because you're a busy bastard will look pretty hot to her.

I wouldn't bother if they're working out. Smile and say hi when walking past them like normal. Ask if a seat is taken and strike up conversation in the lounge or whatever. Just preferably don't try and flirt during a workout, it's one of those times where someone doesn't want to be disturbed. Post-workout is the best for a variety of factors. People are generally quite a bit more receptive at that point unless they've been tired out.

Don't take the "toxic" thing too seriously. It just means they're not good for you on certain things, even if they are awesome in other respects. I love my family but they have a fair amount of problems that were stopping me from reaching my potential, zapping my motivation and so on.

If you're out and about doing day-to-day things, a slight smirk and bright eyes are pretty captivating. If you're interacting with people, then proper smiles are called for. Just make sure they're genuine and you actually feel good at the time. It's very easy to spot a fake, empty smile and it comes off as creepy. Master the Duchenne smile too, as it is vastly more sincere.

You're European, of course you're pale (assuming you're Northern). However, if you were so pale that you got bullied, it's likely that you were pretty unhealthy, sedentary or didn't go out much. Start taking fish oil and Vitamin D supplements. About 5000iu a day should brighten you up (the daily recommendation of 1000-2000iu are woefully weak). Improve your circulation through exercise too. Sprinting and weight lifting will help immensely with your skin tone.

Of course it's okay, neither you nor your dick are being held hostage. Just tell her up front that you're just not feeling it even though she's great (even if you don't actually think so). You might feel shitty for a few minutes but it's better than ghosting her or flaking or something. You gotta let your ego take a knock once in a while if you wanna be a good dude.
/r/seduction09/04/15 01:33 PM

Insulting people. Provoking jealousy. Flaking. Being cold/unreceptive. Being slutty. Basically normal asshole stuff. It depends on the exact situation. A girl with bad or no tastes is also a tricky one, they'd need to be amazing in other areas for me to stay interested.
/r/seduction09/04/15 01:22 PM

Low energy isn't too hard to get past, thankfully. Have a cup of coffee. Eat a banana or two. Take a 20 minute nap. Drink a couple pints of water. Listen to music that gets you pumped. Browse r/GoneWild for a few minutes. Sit in front of a mirror with your posture straight, chest out, legs wide and your fists on your hips and think about how well you're going to dominate the day.
/r/seduction09/04/15 11:54 AM

As long as your de-facto behavior with "outgoing girls" isn't "being an asshole" then you should just treat them the same. That is, talk to them, be somewhat interested, touch, tease, etc. Base your actions on her reactions. The more you think about it the more you set yourself up to fail. Social interaction isn't all pre-planned, you need to be able to adjust on the fly if you want to have any success with people in general. Does she seem uncomfortable when you touch her arm? Back off for a whi…

Body language (including posture, eye contact, etc) is a pretty well-studied and demonstrated field. I believe it's the section of PUA tactics with the most value. PUA tactics are cherry-picked and diluted methods based on information from the fields of psychology, sociology, biology and evolution. Many aren't proven in any way however. A lot of things are no-brainers. Smelling good and looking fit and healthy aren't PUA tactics so much as they are universal sensory representations of health and…

It's a bad idea. The fact that you're on a date is enough. If you like someone, show them through your actions.
/r/seduction06/04/15 07:12 PM

I know, I covered that too. You shouldn't really need a pretense to go to your room. If you need a girl to be drunk, you're really undoing any of your own progress.
/r/seduction05/04/15 04:40 PM
0

You really don't need any. If a girl is coming to your room there's a high chance she's already intent on getting down and dirty with you, you don't need it at that point. Using alcohol to get them there is also more likely to make them focus on the alcohol, not you. If you just want alcohol there for the sake of it and to pass time with them, decent beer is about the height of it. You'll waste your money buying rum, whiskey, vodka etc.

She's either busy or just isn't a big texter and only chooses to do so at certain times. Reply as normal. A girl I'm seeing right now is the same, and I'm having sex with her. The real problem is that you're getting hung up over it. You should be leading a fulfilling life without relying on a girl texting you back to feel good. Go do whatever it is you enjoy, preferably coupled with something productive. Also, are you seeing this girl? You should have set up a date already. If not, do it.

My ego's pretty average sized. Someone telling you to dance for them is not an insult, but it's also not something you should abide.

Do other things. Whether they be new and exciting (join a club, find new hobbies, meet new girls, go sky-diving, etc) or simply monotonous (work, gym, etc). This is always what reinvigorates and pulls me out of a slump. Your mind and body need stimulation from elsewhere once something's been "lost."

For the kiss, you should've said "I knew you didn't have it in you", then pulled her in and kissed her yourself. But as soon as she asked you to dance for her, you should've loudly said "HAH!" with a shit-eating grin and walked away.

Never get your hopes up on a first date. If she doesn't respond after a while, she simply wasn't interested by the end. The second date is used to ensure the first wasn't a fluke.

Also important to note that your physical energy levels matter a LOT. Don't skim on water and a proper diet, trust me.

I go out when I want to go out, usually when I'm particularly full of energy (after working out usually). That's all there really is to it. I interpret the anxiety as excitement.

Do not do a movie, you want to be able to talk to her. Just ask her out for coffee/drinks/milkshakes. First dates should always be low-key if you don't know the girl very well beforehand. It's not good putting a lot of effort into a really fun date only to realize the chemistry just isn't there.

You cannot "destroy" it. It's always there. The only thing you can change is how you view it mentally. Your inner voice and subconscious are indeed the things you should aim to change, and there are several ways to do that. Being happy both with yourself and other matters is a good start, you can achieve this through many avenues from accomplishing goals to being healthier. There are also physiological matters you could look into, such as testosterone levels. There is a direct correlation betwee…

Just because she smiles doesn't guarantee he'll approach. A lot of guys get anxious at that point. Take matters into your own hands and say hi. It's pretty easy for a girl to swoon me that way, personally.

Accept the Facebook request and leave it at that. If she's interested she'll likely talk to you. If she doesn't, give it a day or two and hit her up with something lighthearted preferably referencing something you two talked about. Talk a bit, then set up a date. I've neglected to respond to plenty of snapchats once I've seen them, from many girls. Doesn't mean I'm not interested in them, just not interested in snapchat.

Try and keep questions open-ended. Make statements. Make jokes. Converse, not interrogate. You're likely focusing too much on questioning rather than actually discussing anything.

I'm the exact same as you. Here's the solution: you focus on other things and keep women as a side-distraction. Really, that's all you can do. Your reaction to a text back shouldn't be HOLY SHIT OMG YES, it should be "Cool." I do fencing, archery, salsa dancing, resistance training, sprinting, watching TV shows, playing video games, going clubbing, going out to bars, and so on... you have to fill up your time and keep your mind out of petty worrying over women. It isn't worth the time or the emo…

Sex outside of a relationship? If a girl is already willing to have sex with you, your place isn't going to make a difference unless you're a filthy fuck (and not in the good way).
/r/seduction12/12/14 03:05 PM

You need to have strong inner game and self-assurance. Otherwise you're going to think negatively and end up showing it through your body language or expression. Don't be afraid to go in, grab one drink and then leave if you don't think the people there are worth it. That might actually help you get used to bars alone in the long run.

I'm not annoyed, just dunno why a simple "not tonight" is like a failure. He escalated as he should and there's an innumerable amount of reasons she'd still refuse even if he were the most attractive man in the known universe. Obviously banging a hot girl the night you meet is better than not banging a hot girl the night you meet. I don't personally agree with this, but to each his own. You took the plunge and that alone is a good step forward regardless if it was rejected. I would personally assume she isn't interested and move on to more ladies. Never put all your eggs in one basket, right away.
/r/seduction01/12/14 03:08 PM

She was probably on her period, why do you assume the need to go for sex the night you meet? You did everything right, don't assume that every girl is willing to fuck the night you meet. Many absolutely will not under any circumstances. "We should go to my place" is all you need to say for her to get the idea, and if she refuses, accept it. You have her number, just text her. Depending on how you are with texting, that could make or break your next interaction.

Others will cover pure mental state better than I can, but something I think that's terribly overlooked in seduction is your very own physiology. Your body and mind are at their best when they are one. There are several things in your body that will affect not only your "state", but also your confidence, happiness, how you perceive others, and so on. The number one thing is testosterone. If you want to be on your A game in general, testosterone is essential. Not only does it make you feel much m…

Intellect in itself is not a turn-off. It's never a bad thing in general. The mood changes because you perceive it to change. It's your general personality and how you "own" your intelligence that affects how people perceive you.

General physical and mental health. Testosterone affects quite a lot. Fertility, confidence, mood, stress, musculature, bone density, fat, etc. Low T also increases the risk of prostate cancer and heart disease.

You can have all of those and still have a deficiency. I had a full on beard at one stage but I had very low levels. Just something worth checking out next time you go to the doctor. It's relative. The biggest pitfall of masturbation is the fact that it can make you complacent with low energy. If you're a particularly energetic person with good diet and exercise this might not affect you much. For others, masturbating before a date is good because it takes the edge off the anxiety. Personally, that's never worked for me. If anything it makes it worse. Masturbating once or twice a week is the sweet spot. 4-5 times a day is bad. Porn is more damaging, overall.

You forget about her. If she's genuinely interested herself, she'll come to you. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, and all that. Always putting yourself forward is not going to attract her.

You are not the problem. She is. You can be the best in the world but it's not going to change someone that emotionally immature. That's not to say you shouldn't strive to keep improving yourself anyway. The second you fall into complacency is the second you've become the problem.

"Why?" To basically any of the standard questions like "what do you do", "what's your favorite movie", etc. People think little of giving a direct answer, but getting them to think about the reasons behind the answer will cause them to think about it. It spices up the conversation quite a bit as they'll likely get emotionally involved in it.

Find out. Asking Seddit isn't going to do anything really. There could be a myriad of reasons, we can't discern them. Just gotta take the plunge and flirt to see how they react.

I've actually always used this but never thought of it as a pick-up opener, since I would use it on friends of friends rather than randomers... gonna have to deploy it in that direction.

This is true, the "8 hours a night" is just an average guideline, but there is quite a wide level of variance between how much sleep each individual requires. It's genetic for the most part.

No, it just points obvious things out. Most people pick up on them subliminally.

I just do other things, mainly focused on self-improvement in other areas such as diet, exercise, work, hobbies, etc. Or just entertain myself with movies, TV shows, books, web design and so on.

Think of an army of puppies running towards you and trying to jump up your legs. Your welcome.

Fake it until you make/become it is a very valid approach to confidence.

If they want to call you daddy, they will call you daddy, or at least bring it up beforehand. Can't hurt to bring up name-calling as a topic when talking about sex though, then gauge how they feel.

Don't. They're a waste of time.

Curiosity over something like this is completely pointless and it's more of a stage of oneitis.

Don't do anything. Your text was enough. She isn't interested and you're mistaking politeness for interest. At least you put yourself out there, chalk it up as experience.

Never buy a girl a drink. Do shots instead if you really want to loosen her up. A lot of places do deals. Like say, three shots for £5. You can give her one then tease her about who should get the third or something. But of course, only after actually talking to her for a while beforehand. Opening with shots would have the same effect as asking to buy her a drink.

While there is validity in the idea of not focusing so much on reading material... it's still a necessity for many people. Not everyone is a natural and fumbling around in the dark isn't going to allow them to hit the bullseye. Fumbling around with at least some inclination of what's necessary is better.

If it's a woman you're into, just think about having sex with her. Literally "eye-fuck", but don't try too hard and again, don't get stuck in your own head. The fact that you get uncomfortable with eye contact coming from others is another reason you need to get good at it yourself. Unless they're staring wide-eyed and unblinking, you've got nothing to feel uncomfortable about beyond your own innate shyness. That's not a bad thing per say, but it's not helpful either. EDIT: And obviously don't h…

I first noticed this when talking to an old (female) childhood friend one night. Our conversation was fairly normal since I didn't view her romantically at the time, TV shows and whatnot. Eventually the conversation was somehow dashed with bits and pieces of information about sex. Nothing crass, just treated it like it was a similar topic to a TV show (if that makes sense). She talked about how one guy couldn't get it up, I responded with something like "Happened to me once... in a parallel univ…
