What bothers me is the inconsistency of their stats. That maybe true, but as an equivalent, were there the same scholarships for women at that time? If so the yes the system is discriminating to men in that area and should have been challenged by a more competent lawyer or appealed till the end of time. At the same time we are not talking about scholarship, we are discussing whether or not a stem program for girls is discrimative to boys. Which in my opinion is not as boys have the same program. Has there been a program like that just for boys that has been shut down, fined and sued? Otherwise, that's speculative and so far not discriminating. Edit: btw the boyscouts have a program like that, just for boys. There's nothing wrong with having programs for boys or girls for fields they might not know or understand. Have you seen the underside of a toilet seat in a house of women? Its hardly more hygienic. There is always splash back. Also, toilets need to be remodeled, any guy knows the erk of having to tuck so as not to hit the side of the inner bowl.
