That doesn't make sense in this context, you're assuming everyone knows they transitioned. The body appearance appears more feminine and it's why majority of the people in this comment section assumed it was a she. Saying "see with your heart" gives no indication that they transitioned or not.

Yeah, that's going too far. Stomping someone's head onto the ground might be reasonable to do to others who have done way worse, but you can't risk someone else's life if they just spit on you.
