-1	Nice breakdown of how modern movies portray men Action heroes have infinite ammo, the guns are usually not accurate, and the type of fighting styles that is prevalent in action films have been falsified. Tom Cruise is 5’6 not particularly ripped is considered the world's best action star and has been showcased beating up people 3 times his size with training but if a woman does it then it is a problem. She has experience with ships and combat because she lives on a lawless terrain with people because she has always had to fight to survive and this isn't just off screen either it's all in the first film of the ST. Kylo was injured and a emotional wreck but he was actually winning until Rey finally used the force to get the upper hand similar to how Luke used the force to blow up the death star. Plus we seen Rey use her staff and be pretty compent in combat so it's not like it's out of thin air. Neo, James Bond, Batman, etc. I’m not trying to shame or criticize these figures at all just pointing out that being a Mary Sue is completely pointless in fiction. Rey in particular has been showcased to be a flawed individual with moments of weakness. If you don’t like her character that’s fine but either you were not paying attention to the film or you are just being very disingenuous. I agree a lot of creative minds have used tokenism but don’t become very similar to the Anti-sjw crowd and say everything featuring non straight white men is woke propaganda.
