I lived for a few months in a town one hour away from Rio. People do have lots of casual sex in Colombia, but the culture is much more openly conservative, so it still is frowned upon. You're right though, your status over here would be stratospheric just based on your nationality. I find that a bit silly, but hey, you'd be my competition so I have my reasons haha. Plus you're something new to them, and if I saw a Ukranian volleyball player walking around I'd feel some tingling around my netherp…

Yeah, maybe, but still it's not a general phenomenon and people are adapting to globalization very fast. It also depends on where in the country you are, whether in the center or the periphery. I didn't think about Asia though, my bad. Maybe they're much more conservative over there. I always associate "third world" with South and Central America. Brazil has an overwhelming hookup/cheating culture. Haha no doubt. I lived there for a while and I was impressed by how casual they are about sex and …

I'm assuming you don't go out that much. I'm from a third world country as well and people fuck around like mad rabbits. We're not living in some anachronic, Medieval fantasy. Times have changed over here too.

This is all speculation, but I imagine that he holds frame within his anger fits. Remember, it's not what you say, but how you say it. He doesn't take shit from her and he aggressively demonstrates it. That's holding frame, despite being an emotional reaction to her behavior. Besides, I'm sure he doesn't look like a wimpy kid having an existential crisis and being oh-so-angry at the world; he's probably more of a Tony Soprano type who knows how to convey his anger clearly and (this is gonna soun…

Woah, the sole proposal of an open relationship by an LTR would make me instantly demote her, and if I particularly like her or am in love with, that's an immediate break up.

A father has the power to toughen up his own son, period. He doesn't need to be a transcendental fighter for masculine justice, he just needs to tell his son to man up when he's being a little bitch. One father-son relationship at a time and there's your fucking social revolution.

Wtf are you talking about? That's Red Pill 101. If you had an alpha dad that taught you how to navigate life like a boss, very rarely would you turn out to be a cucked simp like many of the guys that end up looking for a shred of hope here. Even dads could learn their share from TRP, it's a fact that masculine role models are in severe shortage.

I don't think calling it a philosophy means that we have a dogma. We do have a philosophy with many branches, narratives and even myths, and there's a constant debate going on that has made it evolve. Plus we do have a canon, which is the sidebar. It's subject to change and evolution, which is the opposite of a dogma, but certainly many of our tenets are not subject to change, like our disbelief in unicorns (AWALT) and the importance of frame, among many others. That's the price of holding a sta…

You're not wrong. Narcissistic personalities and the abuse they entail get them hooked. You must be in total control of the fight though, otherwise you're in her frame. If you want to stop the fight and she keeps going or withdraws or doesn't immediately start treating you well, as in to gain your favor, then you don't know what the fuck you're doing. It heavily depends on her personality as well. Still, not recommended. It's a dark trick and it's usually bad for everyone involved.

It's not hate or insecurity, it's just that nobody is immune to bias. Besides, you and I may have different ideas about what's a 9 or a 10, but to each their own.

For anyone wondering if this works, it does. But you need to have a brain, it's not like you're gonna get tons of pussy by treating randos on the street like shit. It takes some buildup, then striking with indifference and douchebaggery at the right time. Although honestly, I don't know if it's worth it. You feel like a god at first, but if you have any spiritual or ethical inclinations, it's gonna get at you. Trust me, I've done some fucked up shit to my girlfriend whom I love, yet she hasn't b…

There is a vested interest from pharmaceutical companies and psychiatric institutions to make sure this is not the case. Doing this would ensure they don't have customers. I understand. That's one of the few conspiracy theories that I see as plausible, but we need to understand that they're just playing the long game because the system allows them. A bit of a grey area if you ask me. They are not a depressed person, or an anxious person, but rather a person with depression or with anxiety. I lik…

The same way it dug me out of a hole, it will them. Huge assumption man. Some people truly are balls deep inside the pit, and even if you have been there as well, psychological makeup is all that matters to get out. Perhaps you had the luxury of a neurotypical brain, which is more resilient and adaptable. Changing your environment is no easy task, really, especially if your very same condition makes you hate your environment so you can't see it differently. It's all a huge loop of not being able…

Where do you draw the line between serious cases of mental illness and your arbitrary judgements about who's deserving of treatment? If the rise in depression, anxiety and PTSD is a result of bad parenting and a shit society, then surely you can notice that the brain changes imposed on those people were not due to them being fragile little bitches, they were caused by conditions out of their control. In other words, their little bitch behavior was programmed, but that doesn't make it any less re…

Sorry about your loss. PTDS and schizophrenia can be compared in the sense that they're both mental illnesses with a material basis. It's not self pity when you cannot control your reactions. It's not a problem of the will, it's a problem of the brain. I mean, sure, according to physicalism, the will (whatever that is) comes from the brain, but not everything in your brain controlled by you, and abuse and trauma in critical stages of development do change the brain and how you interact with the …

You're trivializing mental illness. I know your intention is good and you're trying to encourage him to break his mental barriers, but mental health is a serious issue. When you're having a panic or anxiety attack you can't think yourself out of it. Emotions are stronger than reason, it's your body overreacting, not just your mind. Coping mechanisms are fine and all, but sometimes medication is your only way out of hell. You wouldn't tell a schizophrenic to just snap out of it, would you? I know…

Yeah, no doubt. I'm saying that calling them dudes ignores their change in subjectivity. That doesn't change the fact that, biologically, they're not any less of a male, nor that fucking them is basically having sex with a drugged up man with tits.

A study of orgasms in female humans suggested that most men are quite accurate in knowing whether their partners faked orgasm or not.[Link] In this study, accuracy was varied (for example, one man suggesting that his partner never faked orgasm, and his partner suggesting that she faked orgasm 100% of the time), but the general moderate accuracy of men in detecting fake orgasm suggests that it may be an evolutionary counter-adaptation by men in order to not be fooled into believing female attempt…

He means that trannies on hormone replacement treatment are subjectively more akin to women, since their new hormones make them more emotional. It's artificial though, so they're still dudes in my book. Fun fact: There's a TRP-validating story out there from a guy who transitioned and started experiencing natural attraction to alpha traits. I'm sure you can find it somewhere on this sub. It's quite interesting and it was very well received by the community, since it confirmed the obvious fact th…

It's not a jab, it's a legitimate question. Sure, going out and being with people can be considered as a a more social activity than posting online comments, but being social is interacting with people, whether it's online or face to face. About the emojis: just no. Try to send as few as possible. They can make you seem needy and approval-seeking (especially when you send too many), not serious (i.e. they smell your insecurity when you need to cushion your words with an emoji) and ineloquent (i.e. you need emojis to express yourself since words won't do the job). Keep them to a bare minimum.
