Honestly like on Thursday I got the "I'm too old for you rejection" it boosted my confidence and allowed me to do more approaches. Who cares if 1 girl rejects you when there are millions more waiting for you

Honestly go to more low-pressure environments. Somewhere where people are expected to be social. Also, try to make yourself more available like eye content with an attractive man you spot... Walking past him waving at him or you can even approach him yourself. There is dedicated sub for this even though it's not active the top posts still are valuable r/fpua
