I don't think u/Daddi0 is advocating violence. There are plenty of 'what ifs' that we haven't seen. What if they're a group that rode in together and he's been getting handsy beforehand? At my parents' diner, sometimes homeless would come to the back door and ask if we had any food. We'd usually fix them a sandwich or something. They always asked nicely and we would never turn away someone who needed food. I don't think this lady is homeless though and it looks like she probably ordered something expensive and figured they'd rather give it away than throw it out.

I also trained to deploy, which would mean possibly being the one to care for a wounded soldier. So I watched a lot of videos of real attacks.
