There's no benefit to me lifting. I'm perfectly healthy without it. I do not need to lift to feel confident. Walking, jumping jacks and pushups is all I need. I don't need to join the "you must lift" hivemind. You don't need to lift to be an Alpha - ask any musician.

I'm in the healthy weight range for my height and I still have girls call me too skinny and scrawny. It's unbelievable. Everyone just keeps getting fatter and fatter and I stay thin....so now I'm the outcast. 5'8 and 145lbs is right where I need to be. Fuck all the fatties.
