To support men's rights is to believe that discrimination against men and devaluation of masculinity are problems in society. This doesn't mean someone can't be MRA and feminist, for example. It's probably because of the stereotype of men in society. I.E. Men are STRONG and POWERFUL. This is intertwined with its flipside, that women are dainty and weak.
