It’s physical intimidation that counts as DV.You have mixed up a lot of different unrelated scenarios there but in terms of what i was asking- so it is not the action but the intent, is what you are saying. So by that logic anyone can slam a door in frustration or from having poor coping mechanisms or from seeing their own parents do this. This would not be abuse or DV in your opinion.
